4/28/24 I had a geiser shooting over into my back patio since 7am. I called and emailed PMP and when I called I got someone that took my info. No one has called or shown up as of yet and it is 8:35am. I guess this is the "great" emergency service you can expect from PMP Management. HOA's, please do not utilize this management team's services. For over a year now I have been requesting basic services like a gate code pass for my car, and vandalism footage to be reviewed. As well as making complaints about the dirtiness of our pool. They respond as though they are going to handle it right away, but never follow through. I have a year's worth of emails back-and-forth and was promised today that they would meet me outside of my gate to ensure I have entry to my neighborhood. They didn't show up. This is the last straw for me. They are quite possibly the worst management company I've ever experienced. read more

I had to get an RFID on my new car and Savannah could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I was only there to get the new sticker, but ended up getting information about the gate code that was beyond useful and helpful. Garett Guenot is our Community Asset Mgr. I have been told false information and asked reasonable questions which have never been answered in the months that I requested. I reported a theft promptly including the location and time the video footage should clearly show the thief. I reported this to PMP management / Garett Guenot, as well as to Cobalt security. Garett said Jackson from Cobalt said the guards did not take the property (a crank), yet Jackson contradicts Garett by telling me and the police that Jackson told Garett the truth, which is the guards did take the property. Yet Garett and PMP have not confirmed the truth nor apologized for this terrible handling of this whole situation, nor indicated what will be done in the future to avoid such problems. I was told, "Nothing was able to be identified from the footage." I asked: How was this conclusion made? Did PMP look at the footage which should clearly show the theft? Did they take the word of Cobalt who took the crank and then told Garett they did not? What will be done to make sure Cobalt / Jackson behaves properly in the future? I received no answers. When I gave Garett an opportunity to explain his side of what happened before posting on Yelp... instead of thanking me he became defensive, refused to help further and stated I should bring it up at the board meeting. I asked PMP if someone would explain to Garett that PMP and the HOA board have a duty to help homeowners and help Garett to be better at customer service and saw no answer. I'm aware of the situation that you are referring. I think there may have been some miscommunication over the months since this occurred. But, when you speak to three different parties you're going to get three different answers, even if slightly different. The guards did not "take" the crank. One of the guards found the crank removed from the window and took it back to the guard house. This is what the police officer was informed of and if Garett asked if one of the guards took the crank it may have been a misconstrued he was asking in a malicious way. I apologize that the situation has caused you so much grief and Jackson has been talked to about the communication and expressing in a more clear manner the answers that he is giving. I sold my property in June and PMP owes me prorated dues. What did I receive? a bill for July and August. They charge enough to transfer ownership and then bill for a property I have not owned since mid June. Total incompetence. read more

My frustration level with this company is an all-time high. I had a horrific time getting the paperwork to transfer to my new buyer and now I'm being billed for HOA dues on a property that I don't even own. About a year ago we purchased our home in a wonderful community that my wife loved. After a few months we came across a few minor issues and needed clarification on them so we got in contact with our management company PMP. From the initial call their staff has been responsive and professional. On a few occasions we left messages and got a call back the same day. Recently we decided to have family and friends get together for our little ones birthday but needed to go through PMP to secure the place and to get access to our community clubhouse. Savanna was great in helping us expedite the application for approval with management. she helped answer our questions and was prompt with confirmation comments. She made sure if we had any additional questions to please call the office for any assistance. PMP sends out bills late in order to collect late fees. Every year PMP intentionally waits until the very last minute to send out the bill. Several homeowners did not receive a bill at all. PMP runs multiple associations in the area. A friend of ours in a different association, received their bill from PMP 10 days AFTER the due date. PMP dates the bill much earlier, but the post mark tells a different story. PMP keeps the penalties as part of the agreement with HOAs. This must be a great revenue source for them. If you have PMP be proactive about your bill. Call and inquire. Don't wait for them to send it or you will be paying a late fee. If you are looking for a property management company for your HOA, take note of this unethical behavior. read more

I've dealt with my fair share of management companies over the years. PMP Management is far superior to any management company I've ever dealt with. From the top down all the employees are well trained and extremely knowledgeable. When it comes to assisting in the management of your HOA you can not ask for a more comprehensive and thorough company to support your requirements. They are #1 in my book. read more

Pmp was the management company for our condo complex for a number of years and we had never made a request for anything from them the entire time we lived here. In March of this year we had a major plumbing issue that happened on a weekend. We paid for the entire job out of pocket to the tune of $3000. We submitted a request for reimbursement to pmp and they approved a partial refund for $1500 of which we have yet to see a penny. I have the approval email saved, BTW. Ive been trying to contact our account manager and have numerous emails back and forth. Fast forward to the current month of October and as of the 1st of the month they are no longer employed by our association and didn't have their contract renewed. (Judge for yourselves why this is.) So after telling me that we will be reimbursed they now say to take it up with the new management company. Last time I checked you don't get to transfer your debt just because your contract wasn't renewed. Maybe situations like this is why it didn't get renewed in the first place. But if you did get to transfer your debts in this manner I wouldn't want a renewal either. Just run up a massive amount of bills and then when your contract is up just hand it over to the new property manager. Nice try PMP (seems to me this is missing the letter I in the name. Much more appropriate. ) This is still your responsibility. If anyone out there is on the HOA board where you live make sure that you check up on this company prior to hiring them. You might save yourselves lots of grief. read more
