I mean if someone wants to cut through a solid pad lock to steal my stained potholders and shitty IKEA furniture, fine. Yeah, so I called up Burnet Road Self Storage. Remember up there when I told you to wait?...From the moment an employee answered the phone, this southern hospitality-starved girl felt like a camel getting water for the first time in weeks...years! When I told him my desperation, Ryan, the first person I talked to, was so accommodating and patient. He kindly listed that day's few available units and even helped me think through which I'd need. Beyond this, he verbally promised to hold one of their last available units until I could drive over to reserve it with my credit card. (Sorry if this gets you in trouble, Ryan!) Thanks to Burnet Road Self Storage, I was able to quickly reserve a clean, safe, and reasonably priced unit super close to my apartment. For the month our stuff was there, my bf and I had 24/7 access and even ol' Vladimir was able to roll that semi-truck right in. I just got the last of our stuff out of the unit yesterday, making sure to take my pad-lock, one of the classy BRSS beer cozies, and the smiles of happy employees with me. As I turned to leave, I promised, "I'll write you guys a great Yelp review". To that they replied with an enthusiastic, "THANKS!" No, thank YOU Burnet Road Self-Storage!

I had stuff taken off the boat, leaning post, yeti 120 qt cooler​ (cabled and locked), trolling motor (locked) and seats. I understand Burnet storage is not responsible for theft but today I picked up my boat and found the hitch bent, jack broken off, and wiring harness cut to pieces like it was mowed. Unfortunately the small boat next to mine had the same fate. Even if the prices for a spot were reasonable the cost for theft and damages is not. We originally called on Friday of last week to get a quote for work on our entry-way doors. Our call was answered immediately by a dispatcher who told me we'd be getting a call from a foreman to confirm a time. I next received a call from Cory who setup an appointment for the same day, letting us know they would be out after lunch. Nobody came and nobody called. I called Cory back that evening and left a vmail requesting a call back. Cory called the next morning and apologized, saying he was unaware that nobody had come out and assuring me that somebody would meet me at the business on Monday morning. Good to their word, in this case, I received a call from Mr. Snyder (owner) who was at our business at the agreed upon time. Unfortunately, I was running late and so we agreed he would go to another job and then swing back around to me later in the day. Mr. Snyder did show up again later in the morning and took a look at the job. He was polite and quick and informed me he'd have an estimate for us by that evening or the next morning. We did not hear back from him at either time and so I called the company again on Wednesday and asked to speak with Mr. Snyder. The dispatcher let me know she'd have him get in touch with me. I had not heard back from him by today (Thursday) and so I called once again this morning. As I was speaking to the dispatcher (apparently on a speaker phone) Mr. Snyder spoke up and said they were typing up the estimate as we spoke. I asked him why he had not contacted me sooner to let me know what was happening and explained my expectations when working with another business and my expectations of myself when working with my own customers. At this point, Mr. Snyder simply said something to the effect of "I don't need a business class from you. Best of luck." I offered him the same and we discontinued the call. Like I said, I have no idea whether these guys do good work or not. I can only imagine what it's like to deal with them after a job is accepted or when something goes wrong.

We signed the estimate on a Thursday and they were not sure if they would have the glass in time for install before the weekend but worst case would be Monday. They kept in contact with us throughout the whole process and they were able to get the glass installed on Friday before the weekend. They helped us turn an unfortunate situation of broken glass and into a positive experience with their company. Thank you for your help!!

Very impressed with the recent work that Garage Monkeyz did in my garage. The process of getting an…read moreonline quote was easy, and they were friendly and professional as I went back and forth with them a bit over some details and exactly how I wanted the project to be completed. After we agreed on the scope of work, they gave me a reasonable quote, and the final bill was that exact amount, no surprises. I ended up going with a monkey bar storage system, with overhead ceiling racks, and a slat wall. Jason was the installer who came to do the work, and he was fantastic. Not only was professional and delivered exactly what was promised, but made a few suggestions while he was there for how to optimize the shelves & racks to maximize space. He was very friendly through the whole process, and treated it as if it was his own garage and how he would want it done. Highly recommend, and will be using them again for future projects.

I never was told exactly what i did They changed the locks hours before they were supposed to. I WOULD NOTTTTTT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Stay away from them go elsewhere believe me. They will screw you over. Rent went from around $52 a month to around $84. I hesrd they raise it often but no employee knows public relations. They are rude as....yeh.
