We come there often for the lobster rolls. We love them, especially the warm ones with butter. Yum!

I was visiting my family from Florida and we decided to go to Point Pleasant for the day. After holding my hunger the whole day at the beach, I wanted to go somewhere for some seafood. I looked up some places on Yelp And Point Lobster Co. caught my eye . I read some reviews and decided to give it a try and ....man I did not regret it! They had outside seating which was spaced apart and the server came to our table as soon as we sat down to take our order. We ordered the food and it came out soooo fast. Did I mention this was my first time eating a lobster roll !!!' What a great experience!! It was just what my body was wanting after a long day at the beach. I would suggest this place to anyone who is wanting some fresh seafood. Everything was honestly so tasty ...The service was great and the food came out super fast. If I'm ever at the beach again I would definitely stop by here and hold my hunger again for the whole day. Got takeout during quarantine. Food here is fantastic. We ordered the Fried Trio and Crab Cakes platter. The breading on the fried fish, shrimp and scallops is nice and light so you can taste the freshness of the seafood. The crab cakes come in two and are huge. Flavor is great and it comes with fries and cole slaw. I'll definitely be back to try their lobster roll. read more

this is our go-to place to buy seafood to cook at home, and now they have branched out to serve casual food onsite, think garage doors instead of windows, right next door to the shop. They also have a spot in DT Point Pleasant now, it is a big bar plus tables. Totally different vibe. Liked both...but the retail carryout is still the best part. read more

Solid food, with a few minor tweaks it could be great. The Connecticut style lobster rolls were a bit overcooked, leaving the meat somewhat tough and the bun fell apart from being drenched in butter. The buns should have been butter toasted on flat top and the meat warmed with a little butter. Fixing these things would have elevated them to a level on par with the popular Maine lobster trucks seen around the country. The fries were tasty, but largely unsalted. The fried clams had great flavor and breading, but were sliced way too thick, a definite no-no when it comes to fried seafood. Food is amazing. My husband and I had a hot lobster roll, lobster mac&cheese, and coconut shrimp. The roll was great and a lot of lobster. Lobster Mac&cheese very cheesey. Coconut shrimp were well done and crunchy. The fries were great and well done. They were not soggy. Customer service can be a little better, my husband was told to wait outside since food was not ready and they were going to bring it outside to him. He was checking in periodically since he saw people approaching and leaving with their food. After minutes going by he eventually went inside again to check in and they had our food waiting already on shelf which no one brought out to my husband. This place is amazing. It's pretty much always busy, but they have an amazing system and a bunch of respectful, knowledgeable employees that keep the line moving fast.
