The fish tastes fresh, the rice is balanced, and every roll feels like it was put together with purpose. What really stood out to me is that they don't try to cover everything in heavy sauces or overpower the flavors. Everything is balanced. You can actually taste the quality of the ingredients, which is rare. It's not trying too hard, it's just really good sushi done the way it should be. I've tried a few different things now, and everything has been consistent. That matters to me more than anything. When you find a place that delivers every time, you stick with it.
