Nice place in the shopping mall on the corner wasn't very busy when we went in my daughter and I had delicious bubble tea and we had a crazy Korean corn dog. That was huge and delicious. The inside is a very nice clean environment and staff behind the counter, gave us information about some of their dishes. I will definitely try there Chinese food to go as I live down the street prices were mid range and their takeout food is limited, but in expensive price range for most things. read more

You really can't find a better boba place than this! I love all the food and tea options -- it's genuinely what keeps me coming back. I alternate between the jasmine, Thai, and brown sugar tea. They're all great! I've had a lot of the food items too but my go to is the crab Rangoons. You get so many pieces for only $9 when most places only give you 4-6 for the same price. The service is always fast and friendly and there's tables inside to sit and eat as well. read more

Found this great little place been visiting the beaches. You can order on a touch screen or at the counter. There is sesting inside and outside. They will deliver your food and drinks to your table. Everywhere inside and out is perfectly clean. I ordered the eel rice bowl. It was amazing. Had some seaweed included. On the side I got crab wonton. All of it perfectly made with flavors. read more

This place is a nice place free parking as long as you are patronizing, the business in the plaza. The boba tea were really good especially the Mojito boba tea. I was disappointed with chicken sandwich... on the picture it was a lot of chicken but the 1 I order only had 2 chicken tenders. Very disappointed. They had just open for the day. We went in they started talking in their language. I started taking pictures. I told them that I was apart of yelp family. They stop talking. Other than that it was ok. I love Tsaôcaa, my go to after a long day of work to grab a drink to hold me over as well as a bite to eat. The ambiance is very inviting,The food and beverages are always made fresh for you. This place was completely packed when we came in, and there was just one guy running the whole show -- cooking, making the teas, and taking all the orders. Even with how busy it was, he did an absolutely amazing job! The drinks were delicious, the ramen was incredible, and to top it off, he even gave us some crab rangoons since our food took a little longer. The ambiance was great -- clean, welcoming, and very kid-friendly. 100/100 would recommend, and we'll definitely be making this a weekly habit! read more

Food is freshest I've had in Neptune Beach. I've eaten alot of wings but I'll for sure be back here for the secret spicy wings. Amazing. Same with the wantons. They gotta be putting crack in them. Staff was a little quieter than I would have e preferred. But it doesn't hurt their business. So go definitely recommend if you like Ramen or fried chicken. Also got some macarons. This shop is a cute little find by the beach! We got the peach and grapefruit green tea to try and it came with lychee jelly. The fruit flavors taste fresh like puree and not artificial. The drink was more peach forward and there was a fresh grapefruit slice in the drink. The tea flavor was also very complementary. However I can't quite put my finger on it, but there's a strange almost burnt aftertaste to the drink. I'd like to try some other drinks on the menu to see if the aftertaste was a fluke. read more

Happy to have Tsaocaa at the beaches now. Brought my girls here for an after school snack. The restaurant is beautiful and the servers were all great. The vibe was so welcoming and the boba squishmallow pillows around the restaurant made it feel homey. My girls have the same ones at home. We ordered the taro milk tea, strawberry yogurt slushy, lychee yogurt slushy, popcorn chicken, and my girls also picked up an Oreo mousse pie and cheesecake. We enjoyed everything. I wish my taro milk tea had a stronger taro flavor but nevertheless it was still delicious. The chicken was hot, crispy, and well seasoned. When my girls first took a sip of their slushies, they said they didn't really like it. I mixed it up well for them because the fruit was at the bottom. After doing so, they said it was good and they liked it. Tip: before drinking, be sure to mix up your drink well to get the maximum flavor. read more

Honestly, I want to rate them as 5 stars. BUT: they messed up my order. When someone tells you they have an allergy, you cannot put said allergen in their drink. That's just bad service. So after throwing up said allergen, they remade my drink (i think I should have gotten a refund but whatever) and the drink was AWESOME! Their boba is prepared just right: chewy perfection. I prefer to have more of the tea taste versus the creamy/sugar taste, but it was still good. My hubby got the mango yogurt drink? He said he liked it. Idk, couldn't try it. Dairy allergy. Although I have had some great experiences at the other locations the Neptune Branch location needs more training. For example the brown sugar milk tea that i have purchased every time i come here, so far this location is the only one that seems to not fully cook the boba balls the three times Ive come all the same i get a mouth full of chewy powder even though its good tasting I don't wanna be sippin' on powder. Come on now do better! read more

The food not only smelled like actual dog crap and it also tasted like it too! The noodles were not cooked and this place is severely over priced. The food and drinks took like 30 minutes to come out. The staff was rushing us and they kept rolling there eyes at us. The workers were cleaning off our tables before we even got to eat. Don't recommend to anyone in this world. Just head to the fancy sushi restaurant next to it if you're hungry! read more

I got the pho with tendon and brisket and I opted to pay an extra $1 for the fresh noodles, but totally not worth it. The brisket was chewy and some of the tendon was inedible (had to pay $2 extra ) . The broth had a chemical taste to it like they didn't rinse their pots thoroughly enough. The one good thing I can say about the place is that they offer a plethora of Asian noodle dishes from Vietnamese to Filipino to Thai to Chinese. If I ever do go back, I'll definitely try something different.

The rice bowl was heaping with fresh veggies, kimchi, and bbq. The meat was tender and tasty. The kimchi was mild. The provided fresh herbs tray complemented the food.
