Off York Road in Hunt Valley. Easy access. Parking and a solid quality meal. Pick or point. They scoop and load. And you end up with a bowl of sustenance.

The food here is great! Always fast and ready. I have made it a semi regular lunch spot when I'm in the office. Would highly recommend!

I can't believe I haven't reviewed yet! Poke bowl is right up the street from both home and work so I get bowls fairly frequently. Staff is super nice and the portions are huge. Lots of topping and sauce choices. I think they also have pre-built bowls you can order (like menu items if you don't want to create your own-- but I always create my own!) You can also get sushi rolls here too, but I've never done that. It's very affordable for the amount of food you get too! Check them out!

I love poke and I wish I could give this place a better rating, but my experience was just okay. There were no other customers when I arrived in the middle of the afternoon. I opted to make my own poke bowl. The woman behind the counter was very impatient and rushed me through my order. I did not see any prices posted, but was surprised at how reasonable my large portion was--that's a big plus. On the other hand, I was told that I could only select one protein and my salmon turned out to be not so flavorful. (Most poke places I've been to give you the option to pick one, two, or three proteins!) The rice was the majority of my bowl and it definitely needed more sauce. I've been to much better poke places. This on is in the middle.

How did I hear about it?: I love poke bowl and just Yelped the closest ones with good reviews near me. What I ordered/tried and food ratings: Build your own poke bowl (shrimp tempura as the protein) (5 stars*****) Customer Service: It was great! How long it took for them to prepare the food: Made to order so it's quick! Parking situation: Easy parking in their lot. Would I go back?: I would definitely go back!!! COVID-19 Precautions: You must wear a mask. They have hand sanitizer at the front. No dine in at the moment just take out.

I have been coming here since it opened a few years ago and I love it. I always create my own poke bowl to try out variety of flavors and options. The portion size is wayyy over for the price and they always load you up unlike other poke bowl places. The staff is friendly and quick and very nice and willing to help. With corona- I try to reduce my appearance in places so I placed an order online through their website and picked it up. It was ready within 10 minutes while still fresh and warm. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is my first visit to poke bowl and I am surprised how impressed I was. The place is new to the neighborhood but inside looks kinda old and worn. I ordered a burrito (see pics) it was wrapped in seaweed and was awesome . My friend ordered the poke bowl and he loved it also. Everything tasted fresh and the flavor was awesome.lol The staff is not a bubbling personality more of a business transaction . The menu is short but with a million combinations you could eat here everyday and not have the same thing twice. The have designed poke bowl or a make your own list to choose from. This is a definite go to if you like sushi and raw veggies. Oh an FYI ..no yogurt served in the winter. Don't know why and ain't asking .

Certainly a new awesome place with fresh sushi and poke bowls. I had the tofu and spicy tune which was delicious. I love how options they offer for your bowl or burrito. My bowl was a superstar and had so many wonderful flavors. The shop is simple and easy to get to, service was friendly.

It looks like recent reviews haven't been favorable but our experience here was decent. I got the make-it-yourself poke bowl and loved the variety and size. The salmon tasted great and I felt like the quantity of salmon was sufficient. On the other hand, my husband got some sushi rolls wherein the non-salmon fish (namely the tuna) tasted less fresh. On Yelp, there is a free soda with check-in. Unfortunately the owner didn't seem to know anything about it but he was kind of enough to honor it for my husband and actually let me have a free soda too. It wasn't crowded at all here on a Friday night but we did see others coming for take out. We may come here for poke again but we'll probably skip the tuna rolls.

First of two Salmon bones I found in my Poke Bowl.
    Phil G.

Quality has dropped like a rock. About a week ago I ordered a sushi roll lunch special. One of the rolls had salmon and the salmon had a bone in it. I've never run into a bone in a Sushi order before. Ever. I figured the bone was a one-off incident. I went back today and ordered a Poke Bowl with Salmon protein. First bite and there's a bone in the Salmon. I pick through the Salmon and fine yet another piece that has a bone. Three bones in two orders. One could be a mistake. Three is just bad quality control. I won't be back. If you order from here, be sure to double-check for bones.

My date arrived before me and got a table and some tea, when I arrived we ordered some miso soup which came piping hot and delicious and we ordered four different rolls of sushi. We got a California roll, we got a son-in-law mango roll which was shrimp tempura topped with crispy spicy tuna and mango and it was absolutely delicious, it was probably the most favorite of the four rolls that we got. We also had their first year roll which was an anniversary sushi roll and had Old Bay crab meat, avocado, and shrimp tempura style. To cap off the four rolls, we got a spider roll which is soft shell crab, cucumber, and roe. They were all really good but the son in law mango roll was probably the best and our favorite of the four. My date had never had sticky rice with mango and that's one of my favorite desserts ever. So we got one to share and she loved it and it was different than I had had in other places and it was really good and really tasty. This place offers a lot of unique sushi as well as unique dishes. I think the last time I was here I had a combination of sushi and a regular dish from the menu. Our waiter was fantastic and our service was great. Every time I water glasses were a little low he came by and refill them and got us another pot of tea. I can't say enough about our experience last night and I highly recommend this restaurant and I look forward to going back.

I decided on sushi for this evening. I had a Shrimp Tempura roll as well as an Avocado and Cucumber roll - both delicious. We ordered Orange Chicken to go. Everything was just perfect. I was greeted promptly, and the host tried to seat me even though I mentioned twice that I wanted to place a to go sushi order. I was given a menu, a pencil, and a sushi order form, but the form wasn't very self-explanatory. I tried to get the host's attention to ask a few questions about quantities and how certain items were prepared, but he seemed distracted by other activity in the restaurant. While waiting, about 10 minutes, I noticed the decor was bright, the sushi chefs were neat and clean, and the preparation area looked well maintained. In the end, I took a guess on my order (California roll and lump crab meat) , and once I got home, I realized I made a solid choice. The sushi tasted very fresh (although the crab didn't taste like lump - it was still tasty) which definitely stood out and made the experience better. I ordered enough for lunch that day and still had leftovers for the next. Will I go back? I'm not sure, but I might try again on a different day and dine in.

So, we arrived early on Saturday to meet friends for a 6:30 PM dinner time. This is a small restaurant with 8 tables total with seating for approximately 27. The restaurant is charming and cozy. We were lucky there was a table for 4 by the window. It was a rainy evening, and the restaurant was chilly. It is a BYOB with no corkage fee, which is very nice. Our friends arrived shortly after we did. They served us water right away, and we asked for wine glasses which they brought as well. Because I was cold, I ordered decaf hot tea. Their menu is quite extensive. My husband decided on the Grilled Salmon with the Terriyaki sauce. He was not thrilled - he did not feel the salmon was fresh. I had the Shrimp Stir Basil, which was decent size portion of stir-fried onions, bell peppers, fresh basil leaves, carrots, string beans, zucchini, and snow peas in a brown sauce served with white rice. I did ask for no spice on my dish. Our friend ordered the Wonton Soup, which looked nothing like the Wonton Soup she was used to - the dumplings were completely different looking - she did eat them, but she did not eat the broth as she did not like the flavor. I tasted it, and it was not good. She did enjoy the order of Spicy Tuna Roll she ordered - she did say it was very spicy. Her husband had the Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura, which he said was very good. I have to say the service was just okay - they certainly did not make you feel very welcome to be there - we probably will never go back.

This restaurant is pretty large - there are several dining rooms and spaces available. They sat us pretty fast considering we had a reasonably sized party. Both were of good quality and my aunts in particular loved the seafood ramen. Of course, the main draw of a buffet is the food! The food here is pretty good! They have a good amount of variety and keep the quality good as well. They offer a lot of sushi options, and some hot food options as well. Their crab was excellent too - I haven't seen any good buffets recently with crab offerings. They also offer milk tea in the fridge and ice cream for desserts. The milk tea is pretty good - the thai tea was my personal favorite. Overall, a nice place to grab some sushi at an affordable price.

For us, this is reserved for a special occasion. We decided to go for our 45th wedding anniversary which was in a very cold January. We were seated all the way upstairs. We also experienced a lengthy wait for our entrees. After nearly 30 minutes, I had to ask our server about the status of our food. For dessert, I tried the pineapple pound cake, but it was extremely dry and dense, with a texture more reminiscent of angel food cake than pound cake. I've dined here many times over the years, but unfortunately the quality of the food seems to have declined. Given the high prices, I expected much better flavor and overall quality. Sadly, this experience was disappointing enough that I do not plan to return.
