My favorite poke place. I wish we lived closer but we will go out of our way to come here. We love the friendly people who work here. The food is always fresh and the mix of flavors in the poke bowl are perfection. The sushi rolls are also delicious. I haven't taken pictures of others we have ordered but they are always quality. The ramen bowls have been a hit with the kids. I agree they are good but I can't help but default back to the poke bowl. It's me, hi, I'm the problem it's me. Walking into every restaurant ordering Tonkotsu whether they specialize in it or not. And I'm ok with that. Ok so I initially came here because, as you've guessed it, they have ramen. The Tonkotsu, while not made in house, is surprisingly delicious. Really delicious broth (but don't expect too much spice if you get it spicy). The chashu is outstanding and seasoned really well. The egg, however, is a complete failure. It's legitimately hard boiled and not seasoned, like those pre boiled eggs you buy at the grocery store. But, as stated, the ramen isn't made here so...yeah. I figured it wouldn't be fair to give a review without trying the Poke. Though I'm not over the moon about poke in general, theirs is delicious, as other reviewers state. The Bulgogi is good choice if you are looking for a warm dish, but it's just rice & meat so if you want some veggies the poke bowl is the way to go. U also can complete Ur order or continue to add to Ur Ofer w/ Bobba Tea & other refreshments they offer. Just a note, I was surprised that they offer Perrier (LuViT). They also make sushi and ramen=*} CounterTop. 1ce U walk up to the counter, they great U while they create Ur order. The counter where all the ingredients R placed, is very clean. Found Poke Factory early in the summer looking for something new and different. Loved it! I got a medium bowl with salmon, spicy tuna and shrimp. The bowl was a nice portion size that filled me but didn't make me feel stuffed. Everything was very fresh and tasty - including the veggies, and I love the sauces. Prices are very reasonable too. Fresh fish and fresh toppings I was definitely impressed with the quality of care that goes into the food. The spicy aioli definitely has a kick, I wouldn't recommend for those who can't handle spice like that. This place definitely doesn't skimp out when it comes to the sauces. I dare say it was actually a little too much sauce for my bowl, but nothing bad. It was delicious. By all means they don't skimp out in toppings and protein, but I'm used to bigger cuts of fish compared to the smaller cuts they do here. They still added enough fish for the 3-protein bowl, but it was something I'm just not used to seeing as most of the poke places I offer larger pieces. A tidbit I did like was they didn't charge extra for the Kaiso which I've seen many places do as well as the masago topping. That was definitely a plus for me! I got a small build your own poke bowl for $10, and green matcha bubble tea (30% sweet) for $4.25. The small was a little on the small side (well, that makes sense), so I'd recommend the regular size for most people. I do like that you get to load up on a variety of toppings for no additional charge. The only problem I encountered was the cucumber salad tasted weirdly sour. Not sure if it was not as fresh or if the seasoning was a bit odd. To be safe, I just threw away that part. The separate topping of plain cucumbers by themselves tasted fine though.
