Ordered coconut mango milk tea and a custom poke bowl. The milk tea was pretty good but I was disappointed with the poke bowl. I selected "crab meat" and my bowl had zero crab in it. Only the imitation crab meat that is made from pollock. They should not be allowed to list "crab meat" if they don't use actual crab. Either spell it krab like other restaurants or label it properly as "imitation crab" I do not think you would appreciate it if I paid with Monopoly money or counterfeit bills so stop deceiving customers read more

However, although that aspect of restaurants has become less relevant, I can see that they have made an attempt to put something visual on the walls. This is a cool place to eat and get bubble tea. The owner is really knowledgeable about bubble tea and doesn't pack sugar into their awesome bubble tea. Stopped by for some fast food and this place did not disappoint. Looks like I caught it when it just opened, doing a soft opening according to the manager there. Got some milk tea and tasted exactly how I like it, just like flushing/Chinatown NYC. Poke bowl is nice and fresh, and healthy. A really nice atmosphere and interior is brand new. Came here after coming in from out of town with my fiancee and was looking for something quick and easy to get nearby where we were staying. We were lucky to stumble upon this place, and we're glad we did! Pricing Very reasonable for what you can get. You can get something on their pre-set menu, or you can customize your own bowl. I think customizing is probably the best value since you can pick what you like for your own bowl! Food Everything tasted great! Each item I got in my bowl felt clean and fresh from the ahi tuna to the cucumbers. They let you choose a base (which is essentially a starch), a protein, up to 4 sides, up to 2 sauces, and a topping. As you can tell, there is a lot of room for customization for however you want your bowl to turn out. They also have a little cut out of the different sauces and what is in each of them, which I found very helpful to choosing which sauces to pick. Service It's order at the counter. Each time I went with my fiancee, the people have been really nice and helpful. Overall This place is great. I love being able to custom make your food, and at a reasonable price. The quality of the food makes everything taste very fresh and the portion sizes are very reasonable for the price. I would highly recommend for anyone who is in the mood for some quick, fresh, Asian food. I had Ahi Tuna on a bed of white rice and spring mix (half and half) with choice of "Mix" topped with Ginger dressing and Crispy Garlic! It was so good, decided to get Thai Chili wings to go. I got the chicken poke bowl and my mom got the shrimp poke bowl. They were both really delicious and we felt good about eating it cuz it was healthy and very fresh. I got the poke Kai dressing on my bowl and it was really good, kinda sweet but went well with the chicken. The people working there were really friendly and also made us delicious bubble tea. We got coconut bubble tea and honey dew bubble tea. The coconut bubble tea did not have any added sugar and my honey dew tea had the perfect amount of sugar and did not taste overly sweet. If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in, I wasn't greeted at all. I wasn't sure how the whole thing worked, so I asked how to create a custom poke bowl, Dave then laughed and said here and just handed me a paper and walked away. He went to his coworker and whisper "I seriously can't" what did I do that was wrong? I waited about 20 minutes for my order. My order was ready at about 10 minutes in, I watch them set it aside and get other peoples order ready that ordered after me. The whole time I'm waiting Dave is staring at me whispering things to his coworkers and laughing so obviously he had a personal issue. I also saw he was extremely flirtatious with a group of high schoolers that walk in after me. He also offered everyone a punch card except for me. I drove about 50 minutes because I saw the reviews were pretty good for this place, when I got home I had about 2 pieces of ahi tuna in my bowl and about 20 tomatoes. If I wanted a salad I would of gone to saladworks. The Poke bowl was terrible no flavor at all. I asked if I could have sriracha and chop sticks in the bag, Dave told me it was for dine in only when I saw three people asl for the same thing and Dave was right on it putting it in their bag. Extremely unhappy about my experience and hope other people are not treated this way. I hope that Dave maybe finds a different career that doesn't require people asking him questions, because that is obviously too much for him. I will not be back. Disgusting place! read more
