3 scoop bowl with Tuna, Spicy Tuna, Scallops, Crab
    Dusty S.

So, we have seen the PokeLand Extra sign for years but assumed it was some sort of Pokémon store. ‍ Ordered online last night, two three scoop bowls. The ingredients were fresh, flavorful, and absolutely incredible. Online told me it would be 14-20 minutes but it was ready in 8 minutes. Staff was kind and friendly, building was clean. I had Tuna(raw), Scallops, Spicy Tuna(raw), and Crab, with all the fixings, white rice, edamame, onions, pineapple, avocado, cucumber, and the eel sauce. It was like a deconstructed sushi plate, and so much food! It was fantastic and we will now be regulars! Also, how sweet is the cute note!?!

Food was good, although not anything super special. I got the ahi tuna bowl with a medium spicy sauce that ended up being pretty mild. Everything tasted fine though. It's pretty pricy, $18-20 per person if you get a drink. Everything is pricy now so for fresh ingredients this is probably typical. The restaurant has nice decorations and there are lots of tables. Service was fine.

Yes please!!! This place provide us with just the right amount of fresh and a hearty lunch!! I love that the portions were decent and staff was more than willing to provide one decent scoop with a minimum of three items per section without having to charge extra plus everything was nice and nutritious. The atmosphere was welcoming. Staff were kind and welcoming especially the two ladies serving :-) The place had ample seating and also had a nice window with good lighting. I love the variation of sauces available, it made it exciting to try and combine various flavors. I would most definitely be going again in the near future!!

Kids and hubby went here twice of the days we spent in Redding. The young lady remembered my hubby on the second day going back. I love that they take all the ingredient and mix the sauce onto it than serve onto the bowls. It's an extra step to make things blend with the ingredients. Not all poke spot does this and I appreciate it. Not sure if I would ever be back in Redding. If I do,I know, where to get my food.

Great food, great service and nice and cool inside area to eat in during the hot summer months! Please support this business if you want this kind of food to be available in our area. As a small business owner we've got to support each other!

Large Order (5 scoops of protein) plus all the included toppings/sides except pineapple and corn = $14.03 total

I took Poke Land for granted and was truly depressed the day that I pulled up and thought that they were closed for good during Covid *cries* I always get the Large bowl (5 scoops of protein) on mixed salad greens for $14.90 (including taxes). Some recent reviews mentioned "rancid" raw fish, so I was weary and on high alert. I walked the line BEFORE I ordered (just in case). *Pfffftttt* Nothing to see here, same as I remembered from my last visit *YAY* I did opted for 2 scoops of tuna and 3 scoops of salmon because the salmon looked super fresh and never disappoints. I had them mix 3 sauces: house spicy sauce, spicy mayo and the wildfire sauce *perfect balance between spicy and flavorful - for me* All of the toppings were super fresh, the lettuce chilled, crispy and had a good crunch. The bowl was filling and refreshing! I couldn't eat it all at once, but during the road trip... I did notice that having it sitting on the floorboard with heater going had a negative effect on the overall freshness, but the flavor was still there. Note: "Crabmeat" as listed on an earlier menu has been corrected to "Krabmeat" on today's menu. Call it what you want, it's texture and flavor is on point *YES Please* In town and have time to sit and eat? This IS A HIDDEN GEM! On Highway 5 and getting tired of processed garbage food? Yes, this place is for you! 5-STARS. Excellent Value - Large Portions, very filling Fresh Ingredients - never had a temperature issue here Customer Service has always been friendly and inviting Good for Low Carb, Health Conscious and guilt-free big eats.

Very clean and inviting. All of the food looked very fresh and tasty. Generous portions and a great selection. The staff were very friendly and I was pleasantly surprised to find out in if the workers is from Hawaii. Disappointed in the lack of flavor.

Anyone know of they are open right now or still closed for covid?

They are still closed. I have a feeling they won't be opening back up.

The staff is all upbeat and positive starting with the hostess and her bubbly personality, she took any negative feelings we might have had away. Our server was amazing, close when we needed something, but never a bother PLUS she recommended the Jayden roll, thank you . The cook engaged and made a show of heating our food. The inside is very comfortable as well and set up to manage all of the activity that comes from making your own plates. Extensive sushi menu and bar menu too for those who want. Too many options for proteins, veggies and sauces to list making it possibly the best bang for the buck around.

We were seated along the large window overlooking patio seating and the Sacramento River. The views are truly lovely. Our server, MJ greeted us kindly and took our beverage order. I ordered a glass of their House White, which was a 2022 California Chardonnay and was quite good. My partner ordered an iced tea. For dinner we ordered the Ribeye and the Filet, both cooked medium. Our food arrived approximately 30 minutes after ordering. The quality of the beef here was absolutely top notch. Prime beef for sure. This was the best steak I have enjoyed in Shasta County in over 10 years. Absolutely cooked to perfection. My partner's filet was massive. This had to be at least a 20 ounce filet and he enjoyed every morsel. The sides accompanying our mains, mashed potatoes and carrots for him and mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts for me, were fair to good, but not great. The carrots were raw. As in, not only very crunchy but cold all the way through. Mashed potatoes were nice and buttery, but not nearly warm enough. These spuds sat on a plate until the beef arrived. The restaurant was very kind in offering us a complimentary slice of cheesecake since we were celebrating an anniversary. The cheesecake was dense and rich and accompanied by berry sauce and caramel sauce, both of which were lovely. Freshly piped whipped cream and mixed berries and powdered sugar on the dessert plate made for a very lovely presentation, indeed, and was most appreciated. Service the entire meal was excellent. Price for our meals: $135 + $27 gratuity for a total of $162. We have paid nearly as much for a steak dinner elsewhere in Shasta County for a meal that came nowhere close to this. Worth. Every. Penny. Cannot wait to try the Brunch Menu. Highly Recommended.

We were taken care of right away and our food came out perfect and as ordered. We did try the wings, we had the 6 piece wing and we really liked the sauces that came with them. Our favorite however was there mains. They make some great Korean style food. We tried their Fusion Sandwich which is a Crispy Korean infused chicken patty with Asian coleslaw on a super toasted bun. Asian Infused Tacos, you get three and they are served with fried chicken and coleslaw and chopped green onions in fried tortillas. These were great. Also great was there chicken potstickers and spring rolls. We were happy with everything and will be back.

The lady who took our order was friendly, and we quickly scanned through the menu to decide what to get. We originally planned on ordering wings to bring some home for the kiddos, but they were a bit on the pricey side for the amount we needed. That said, they looked absolutely delicious and it's easy to see why this spot is popular for wings. Instead, we tried the taco, which was very saucy but still overall good. The fries were amazing, definitely a highlight of the meal! I also had the teriyaki chicken. The sauce was a bit too strong for my taste, but pairing it with the coleslaw helped balance the flavor nicely. Overall, I'd give it a 4/5. We'll probably be back, and next time we'll go all in on the wings since that seems to be what they're known for.

We ordered a variety of appetizers, sushi rolls, and stir fry's. It was surprisingly pricey, but I'm told that they're comparable to other sushi places. As someone that doesn't frequent sushi restaurants, I felt like the amount of food didn't really match the prices. The main reason for removing stars was the service was lacking. We waited for over an hour before any food (we even ordered apps) hit the table. The waitress wasn't on top of keeping drinks full, or even making sure we have silverware or napkins. It was a bit of a struggle to get what we needed during our time here. Would I eat here again? Yes. Would it be my first choice? No.

We've passed this place many times before, and a while back, we even found it on Yelp listed as a Chinese restaurant nearby. For some reason, we never stopped in--until now. This weekend, we decided to finally give Tokyo Garden a shot. Now, we've tried other local spots like Grand Buffet and Golden Star. While they're fine, they tend to fall into the "meh" category--edible, but nothing to rave about. Nothing, that is, until you compare them to Tokyo Garden. Sure, you can swing by Panda Express if you're just after a quick fix, but when you want a sit-down restaurant that consistently serves food a notch above the rest, Tokyo Garden should be at the top of your list. From the moment we walked in, the place gave off a warm, welcoming environment. The décor on the walls was tasteful, the tables were covered with colorful floral designs, and the atmosphere felt both inviting and relaxed. Our waitress greeted us quickly, took our drink orders, and even brought us water while we waited--a small gesture, but one that shows thoughtfulness. Not long after, my Arnold Palmer arrived alongside my wife's Pepsi. As we browsed the menu, we landed on the Food Box Number 3, which came with Teriyaki Chicken, Miso Soup, a fresh salad, three pieces of sushi, white rice (brown rice available for just $2 more), and fried vegetables with Tempura Shrimp. But before committing to the main course, we couldn't resist starting with an appetizer--Crab Rangoons. Let me tell you, we've sampled Crab Rangoons from plenty of places, but Tokyo Garden's were next level. The exterior was perfectly crispy, the filling had that distinct, real crab flavor (not just cream cheese), and the balance of flavors was spot on. Paired with their Sweet and Sour Sauce, it was the kind of appetizer that makes you want to order another round before the main meal even arrives. Then came the main event. The Chicken Teriyaki was tender and flavorful--yes, a touch on the salty side, but still addictive. The salad was fresh and bright, with a ginger dressing that tied it all together. The Tempura Shrimp had that perfect crunch without being greasy, and the fried vegetables were just right--soft on the inside, crisp on the outside. The sushi was fresh and simple, a nice touch that rounded out the plate. From start to finish, the entire experience felt like a win. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, the food was consistently good, and the price was fair enough that you don't walk out feeling like you overpaid for mediocre food. Finally--we feel like that we have finally found a Chinese restaurant we can actually get excited about. One that: 1: Doesn't break the bank. 2: Doesn't leave you wishing you'd gone somewhere else. So, if you're tired of rolling the dice on new places only to walk away disappointed, do yourself a favor--go to Tokyo Garden. Whether it's your first visit or your fifth, you'll walk away full, happy, and already planning your next trip back. Thanks, Tokyo Garden. Your food, your atmosphere, and your staff have earned you two new regulars.
