Second strike, entire long pieces of cilantro. Cilantro needs to be chopped. Third strike is this large 4 inch slab of salmon. You need to train employees or whoever is cutting these ingredients is ruining the experience for your customers. One star until it's fixed and to be honest I probably won't come back for a long long time. We spent nearly $100 on 4 poke bowls. All 4 bowls were like this. LAZY LAZY LAZY. I come to this place regularly and have always had a good experience, but unfortunately, today's service was very disappointing. I came in around 5:45 PM, and one of the employees who served me had an unfriendly and visibly annoyed expression the entire time. I specifically asked her to put a certain sauce on my bowl, but instead, she added spicy sauce, which I did not ask for. She also didn't offer me a bag for my order to go. When I was leaving, I politely said goodbye, but she completely ignored me and didn't say anything back. Right after that, she started laughing and talking with her coworker, which made the whole interaction feel even more uncomfortable and disrespectful. I'm a regular customer here, so it was especially disappointing to be treated this way. I really hope management pays attention to how customers are being treated, because one employee's attitude can completely change the experience. read more

The girl serving us was careless, literally throwing ingredients into the bowls with food falling outside. The portions were also about half of what we normally get. Her attitude and body language made it very clear that she was annoyed we were even there. She forgot to ask about several options, didn't mix the protein with the sauces, and overall the service felt rushed, sloppy, and unwelcoming. I struggled to finish the plate. I almost gave up, but I'm no quitter! I got white rice with shrimp and tuna and some good sides of pineapple, cucumbers, eel sauce, and spicy mayo, and it all blended great together. This spot is located below the Regal Theater in the NoHo Plaza area. Plenty of parking and plenty of stores open to keep you in the area for a bit. A lot of sitting space to just sit and enjoy your bowl. I quickly have become a new fan. Can't wait for my next poke run! read more
