This is a review for bubble tea. I got the brown sugar boba, small. Just under $7 which I thought was a little expensive, but then I tasted it and I was like "wow" this is very good. The boba is super fresh and perfect consistency. Also perfect amount added, not too little and not too much. Also the drink wasn't overly sweet despite having sugar granules in it, which tasted amazing and added crunch and presentation. I will definitely come back. read more

The food court is always filled with people eating their noodles, and the aroma always entices me to get a bowl for myself. I have visited this location many times since it opened, and the food has never disappointed me. Both my sister and me are now a regular of theirs. Even my mother occasionally asks to bring home a bowl for her. As someone who frequents Newport Centre, I have grown tired of many of the food choices in the mall. I have yet to grow tired of this place. You could never go wrong with choosing Poke n' Ramen. They give a generous portion that is guaranteed to fill you up, and all food options are full of flavor. It is the perfect choice for all seasons. Their staff are also very friendly and patient. Their noodle bowls are topped with corn, onion crisps, scallion, seaweed, sesame seeds, and slices of naruto fish cake. You also have the option of adding a hard boiled egg free of charge. They offer two different choices of soup, miso (soybean paste soup) or Tonkotsu (pork bone soup). Both options are tasty, but I definitely recommend the Tonkotsu soup. You get several different choices of meat, including a few vegetarian options, you would like in your bowl. My go-to order lately is their vegetarian Tonkotsu udon and a lychee Yakult with lychee jelly. For their poké bowls, I recommend trying the avocado crab meat bowl. It was actually a recommendation from one of the workers, and it is absolutely delicious! You should definitely give this place a try if you are ever in the area. read more

once AGAIN can't believe i'm giving such a high rating for mall poke LMAO. last time i ate from poke n ramen 360 it was through doordash/uber eats/whatever but this time we ate there before catching a movie. ordering a poke bowl was actually super easy because they hand you a sheet of paper and you just mark down what you want in your bowl. so convenient and i feel like more places should do this!! especially because ordering in person can be difficult! what we ordered: - poke bowl with 2 proteins (spicy salmon, salmon) - thai iced tea the poke bowl was great and the fish tasted fresh, i really liked the wasabi dressing sauce too. for the price though the portion size for the poke was not bad at all! the thai iced tea was very mid, i thought it didn't have that much flavor. read more

This is just for the onigiri and not anything else. I got the salmon tuna and crab for 10.99 (it was advertised 9.99) all of them fell out of the seaweed wrap, they use tape to stick it together but the minute you peel the number 1 they're all falling out. Salmon and tuna weren't good, they don't taste good. I couldn't even tell if they were fresh, definitely not stale but more or less not tasting like the fish they should. Food court stalls normally don't get a lot of good reviews but this spot definitely stands out. We came here to satisfy our ramen cravings and were really surprised how good the service and ramen was. Staff was super helpful in explaining the different options and add ons for the ramen. We had two different kind of ramen and both were fantastic, creamy flavorful pork broth with delicious flavor profile. We will definitely come back here to try other things on the menu. We were attracted to this place as it smelled really good when we were walking by and we wanted to try the sushi burrito/ riceballs that they had. We ordered 3 riceballs (they were 3 for $10)- we got shrimp, chicken, and crab. We also got a shrimp and chicken sushi burrito. The riceballs were pretty tasteless- they did not have much flavor or filling. It was just sushi rice with some mayo and a very small amount of the meat that tasted like it did not have any seasoning in it. The sushi burrito was a lot better- it had a lot of ingredients like edamame beans, corn, cucumber, cilantro, scallions, and contained a nice amount of the protein. 2 stars because I used to be able to get a decent amount of food for the price, but won't be back after bad service/pricing issues. The poké itself is ok, and it's the only one available in the immediate area. In one instance, she charged me the extra for avocado, when I didn't ask for/check it off on the menu. When I saw it on my receipt, I asked about it, and she said I did check it off. I said I was sure I did not because I always order the same thing. Ultimately, she did check and I was right, I didn't check it off. I was charged for it and paid it anyway. The next time, apparently, they've increased prices, but are using old menus to fill out orders. I'm handed the menu with the old price, but am charged the new higher price. She didn't mention it until I asked about it. Poor management, as they shouldn't be handing out menus to customers with outdated prices. At the very least, they could have informed of the newer, higher prices. Unfortunately, probably won't be back as the service has not been great, nor is the food worth tolerating the service/pricing issues. read more

Surprisingly good Poke located on the top floor of an otherwise uninspired and a bit meh mall. The ability to select from dozens of items and sauces, and have your poke bowl individually made, while you wait, is great. If you don't want rice for the bowl, you can get lettuce or spinach as well. I didn't get ramen, as I'm more of a ramen snob than a poke snob, but the poke looks more varied and tasty from looking at other meals. read more

Three stars for the ramen. They got my order wrong - I asked for pork belly it got ribs. The ribs were cooked like Chinese five spice. Not bad on its own but a bit interesting in Japanese ramen. Appreciate the availability of tonkotsu broth and it was fairly tasty. Noodle was meh. Some of it was still in a clump when I got it. There egg is the probably the best part with a perfectly soft yolk. Mild spice level is actually pretty strong. 11 price point is very good. All in all not bad for a good court. $3 drink with an entree order is a good deal. read more

Tl;dr - solid ramen with amazing portion sizes for the price. As a ramen enthusiast, I was skeptical when my girlfriend said this was her favorite new spot in Jersey City. Mall ramen? Come on. Turns out she was right (as usual). I ordered the chashu pork ramen. While the meat was a bit harder than I liked, the ramen tasted solid. The noodles were chewy (the mark of a half decent place), and the broth was creamy without being overly salty. Best of all, the portion sizes were incredible. I got what felt like half a pound of meat along with an egg. Not only that, the amount of ramen we got was 1.5x more than a typical place. All this for 12$ incl tax, which is lower than a typical ramen in Jersey City. Given that we're ramen fiends, we'll be coming back. Good stuff! read more

I originally went to their location in Fort Lee and I was so excited to hear that they were opening one closer to me. My boyfriend and I ordered poke bowls and I was super excited, since my previous visit at the other location was so amazing. I came to be pretty disappointed the portion was smaller than their other location, my rice was pretty hard (as if it were sitting in the rice cooker for too long), and that the whole dish was pretty lacking in flavor for me. I do understand that this place just opened up, so they probably still need to find their groove on things. I will come back here in the future to re-try my usual dish though! read more
