    Avocado Double Salmon
    Monica L.

Awesome food! We 3 had different bowls and all of them were fresh, super tasty and really filling!! My double salmon was good!! The portion of raw salmon was perfect so i did not end up with leftover rice . The sauce was perfectly pairing. The other two were the chashu (it seems that everything was really yum) and the build your own which price to price compared with the double samon might be even a better deal! Will def order again

This is a review for bubble tea. I got the brown sugar boba, small. Just under $7 which I thought was a little expensive, but then I tasted it and I was like "wow" this is very good. The boba is super fresh and perfect consistency. Also perfect amount added, not too little and not too much. Also the drink wasn't overly sweet despite having sugar granules in it, which tasted amazing and added crunch and presentation. I will definitely come back.

The ramen here was very good. It's a very great option for a food court. The staff was super friendly and food was prepared quickly. It's located in a very sunny spot in the food court. Very clean.

once AGAIN can't believe i'm giving such a high rating for mall poke LMAO. last time i ate from poke n ramen 360 it was through doordash/uber eats/whatever but this time we ate there before catching a movie. ordering a poke bowl was actually super easy because they hand you a sheet of paper and you just mark down what you want in your bowl. so convenient and i feel like more places should do this!! especially because ordering in person can be difficult! what we ordered: - poke bowl with 2 proteins (spicy salmon, salmon) - thai iced tea the poke bowl was great and the fish tasted fresh, i really liked the wasabi dressing sauce too. for the price though the portion size for the poke was not bad at all! the thai iced tea was very mid, i thought it didn't have that much flavor.

A dependable poke spot in Newport! I'll always get a custom bowl with salmon & tuna with white rice and a few toppings and it always tastes good! The Thai tea wasn't the best I've had, a little disappointing but still satisfied my craving for boba. Can't go wrong at this spot, though!

Cute little place in the food court inside Newport mall. They offer varieties of Poké Bowls, Ramen, Rice Bowls, and bubble tea! Great place to grab a quick bite or drink before/during/after your mall trip!

Not great Poke. The shrimp tasted twice cooked and not fresh. The salmon and tuna was OK, but also not particularly fresh. Additionally while the $3 boba offer with a meal was nice, the mango boba wasn't that good and tasted off. Overall not the best food.

My friend and i met up at Newport mall and decided to try out this new Ramen place in the food court. I must tell you - Mall food couldn't get any better!! This has to be one of the best Ramen I've had and also the staff was friendly and service was quick. I tried the Halal chicken ramen with vegetable broth and my friend tried the braised pork ramen in pork broth. Spice level was just as right and both tasted soo good. I also had the cappuccino boba tea and a coffee-lover like me couldn't ask for more!! After all that mall shopping, this is wasperfect way to relax! Definitely going to visit this place again!

Kani Salad and Pork Belly Ramen
    Thomas L.

Good noodle place in Newport Mall, food court. Price is decent since its by food court. Pork Belly is delicious. Ramen noodle is good also. Decided to venture out to lunch and found this place. Kani (crab) salad was interesting, but I think its fake crab is used. I would come back again, if I need to get lunch near work. Ordering is easy and quick. Order came out in about 5 minutes. I have to admit food court is like jungle in lunch time.

    Tonkotsu Ramen

Pretty decent ramen for a shopping mall ramen shop. It was decently spicy, but only because of the pepper flakes that were added - not really because of any special sauce or anything. Price was reasonable and they do a special deal where they take off $2 if you order a boba tea as well.

A Decade of Love on a Plate: A Local Favorite That Punches Above Its Weight…read more This place is the definition of a neighborhood gem--the kind you almost want to keep secret, yet can't stop yourself from praising. Cheap and cheerful on the surface, it punches way above its weight class, delivering inventive, clean, Asian-inspired food that's masterfully cooked by clearly skilled hands--and made with real love. I've been coming back year after year for most of this restaurant's 10-year lifespan, and that consistency is no accident. Every dish tastes intentional, thoughtful, and deeply satisfying, with a clear goal: to feed people love on a plate. It's a super veggie/vegan friendly that easily wins over even my "meat and potatoes" husband--who happily cleans his plate every time. In an era where genuine hospitality feels increasingly rare, Perry single-handedly restored my faith that quality service is not extinct. Warm, attentive, and authentically kind, Perry makes every guest feel seen, welcome, and cared for--without pretense or attitude. This is food that nourishes, service that uplifts, and a place that keeps you coming back not just for the flavors, but for how it makes you feel. A true neighborhood treasure.

I've seen this restaurant circling my YELP for the last few months and put it on my "want to try"…read morelist. This place is absolutely solid! If you're looking for good flavorful food options, this has got to be on your "must try" list, I genuinely do not think you'll be disappointed. I ordered the blueberry lemon iced tea, maitake mushroom medley with the option of udon noodles & added chicken, the coconut curry with the option of ramen noodles and the rice pudding with caramel sauce for dessert. First things first, my absolute FAVORITE thing about this restaurant is the food contains no GMO's no preservatives, pink Himalayan salt to season and NO REFINED sugars- only agave and palm sugar to sweeten. I WISH I would've known about this spot sooner JUST for that detail alone. I am always on the hunt for a place that offers refined sugar free options, and with that comes this level of safety knowing what I am consuming has a heath standard/holistic approach to meet and me not having to feel guilty or worrisome after a meal. Absolute 10/10 in that aspect. I saw a few reviews mention the blueberry lemon iced tea, as someone not even a fan of lemonade I decided to give it a try. Let's just say, I was slow sipping my drinks to not finish it all and avoid getting another in the same sitting lol. It's well balanced, not sour, blueberry flavor is present and knowing it's sweetened with agave led to guilt free pleasure. Would recommend everyone to try it, even if you're not a fan of lemonade like I am. Another mention, lemonade tends to make my throat dry, due to its sourness and tanginess and that didn't happen at all. Think the blueberry was more prominent than the lemon, it was really enjoyable. The curry ramen was a highlight! If your a fan of curry, I think you def have got to try this. I actually didn't get it (my partner did) because I didn't wanna be let down, but it was absolutely delicious. I got the maitake medley udon noddles with added chicken and what a blast of flavor. It had veggies, mushrooms, chicken, udon, eggs, kimchi and was extremely flavorful. I was very surprised that each element of the dish had its own flavor and spice that really jumped out, but paired well together. The least favorite thing for me on this platter was the eggs. Just your standard egg, I'm a fan of soy-marinated eggs on my noodles and not a fan of regular boiled eggs, but they are always an added protein plus! One honorary note, is the kimchi. I like kimchi, don't love it, but this was the best kimchi I have ever had. I even ordered a side to go. Another cool thing is the food is cooked fresh, right in front of you. Tbh, we were the only ones in there at 6 PM and food took quite a while, but I appreciate and prefer freshness over quickness always. The rice pudding is light and the homemade refunded sugar-free caramel addition makes it so much better. As there were only two options of dessert on the menu (rice pudding & matcha ice cream) I decided to give it a go although I'm not really a fan of rice pudding. Was it amazing? No. Would I get it again? Possibly. This place was on the pricier side I would say. My bowl of maitake mushroom w/chicken (added chicken being a $6.50 dollar up charge) was $34. Worth it for that price point? Not really, but good none the less. I also ordered a small side of kimchi (the small clear containers) and that was $7 which I think is crazy, but also it was good. For a better price point, I might've asked for a jar lol. Customer service- the workers were nice, but not really personable, which I don't really care for much, but bringing this up because there was this sense that maybe I shouldn't be in there or they just possibly didn't want to work. I tipped nonetheless, but for being the only couple or people in there I thought we would be greeted by everyone, just a simple acknowledgement, but it felt more like we were bothering them by walking in. I understand that people have their days and you have no clue what someone is going through personally, but it was distinct enough to mention- especially as someone who never really comments on the customer service aspect. I see through it cuz the food was great! Something about it was also just a let down, but I can't put my finger on it. Although it was good, I don't see myself frequenting this place. Maybe the price point is deterring me, but I do think it's worth a try!

She'd been there once before with friends and liked it, so she wanted to try it again. As we looked over the menu, he provided glasses of water. Once we ordered, our drinks came out immediately while the rest of the food came out in perfect procession. He occasionally checked on us, refilled our water glasses, and settled our tab once we were done. All was chill and straightforward - arigato! PARKING (Varied; N/A this instance) My friend and I took the 20 minute walk from her place, so parking wasn't an issue for us. Otherwise, the business was located in a pedestrian-only section of Downtown Jersey City, so the only feasible parking I saw was either street parking away from the location, you rode a bike, took public transportation, or used some sort of driver service - 'nuff said. OVERALL I was happy to finally have my first ramen experience in Jersey City at Miso Ramen and would consider another visit to try more of their menu. I wouldn't say their ramen was on-par with what I've had in Los Angeles and Japan, but it was good with nothing else to compare to in the area. The menu had enough options, the prices were comparable, we enjoyed the food, and the service was adequate. And, whenever possible I liked to support small family-owned and/or local businesses. I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $53.00 BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... AMEX! 4.0 STARS
