Was craving some Poke and had to come back to Poke Time. Food and service is always fantastic! Even brought my friends and they loved their bowl & Rolli Polli dish.

First off, the service was amazing The girl at the counter was very friendly and polite and answered all our questions. The portion was reasonably priced and generous. The interior had spacious spots to sit and eat. Only gripe is parking is a little difficult. Solid spot Would return!

Paying $19 for such terrible service? They don't even fill your bowl, and at this place, it depends on who serves you how you get your bowl. It's not worth it. They used to fill it up properly. I won't be coming back. They really should take care of their customers.

My favorite go-to spot for poke! I love coming here because the service is always friendly and efficient. I also love that I can add toppings with little to no extra add-on costs. My bowls are always filled and they've never let me down. The fish always tastes fresh and they currently have a purple rice base that I've been getting as often as I can. There's ample seating inside and it's not too far away from Knott's Berry Farm for those looking for food before they head home. Would highly recommend for anyone passing through Buena Park or Beach Blvd since it's right off the main street!

Great speedy service, employee Simon was attentive and kind :) asked me questions along the way to make sure I got my bowl how I liked it, food smelled fresh at 6:40 no fishy smell, lots of sauces good portions

Here I am again, now my son loves it here so looks like we'll keep coming back. Perfect for when I don't feel like eating anything heavy or fried. I finally figured out my custom combination, I get the shrimp, salmon and tuna with the Sweet Hawaiian and Ponzo sauces. The person that helped us was really friendly so I felt guilty about not tipping so I did, hate when the stupid machine asks me. Lots of seating inside and lots of parking outside.

First time here. A small restaurant with occupancy of 12 people or more. We ordered a medium for 4 protein and spring salad. The protein barely touched my salivary glands the portioning did not even fill up the very small scooper they have to pay $16.95 for this is not worth it. Management should correct this or else you will run out of customers visiting you as customers know what a good quality scoop is. We also ordered their famous Yubu which is just stuffed tofu skin with rice as a base and a little protein on top. They also do not have any water cups so you are forced to buy their soda. And their restroom is out of order? Sorry we are not coming back here.

Customer service is so bad , they have very rude workers , i tried to talk to the manager she was more rude , zero out of ten

Solid spot for poke bowls if you're in the Cypress area!…read more I was in the area for work - and the hotel I'm staying at is right next to Uroko Poke. Have gone here twice now! It works just like any other Build-your-own Poke Bowl spot. Assembly line-style with the employee on one side and you're on the other side of the glass picking out how to dress up your poke bowl. Employees are friendly, prompt, and efficient. Bases are white rice, brown rice, salad, broccoli - the white rice here is pretty solid - moist and fluffy - not dry or old like other spots. You get your choices of up to 6 sides - I picked spicy crabmeat, regular crabmeat, seaweed salad, avocado (first scoop free), mango and pineapple. Choice of protein - pricing based by # of scoops: 2 @ $16, 3 @ $18, 5 @ $21. I got my usual 3x Salmon. The fish here is fresh, does not carry any smell, didn't taste slimy or frozen. Sauces - I went with my usual mix of sesame oil and spicy mayo. Toppings - First scoop of masago is free, and a dash of green onions completed my bowl for me. Everything tasted fresh - and when you consider that what sets the price is the # of scoops of protein - it's a pretty good deal considering the base and everything else is normal serving scoops. Lots of seating both inside the restaurant and in the outdoors dining area. I just took my order back to my hotel. Tons of free parking alongside the food court, near El Torito. The only downside is their "revamped" Rewards system. Based on the previous reviews, it used to be a punch-type system where you get the 10th bowl free. This is how a lot of the other Poke bowl spots I've gone to work. The new system really works against you. You get 1 point for every $14 or so spent - and 24 points gets you $10 off. My medium poke bowl with tax and tip came out to $20.51 - and yes, I only got 1 point. In other words, not only do you not get a free bowl even after buying over double the number of bowls needed to previously get a free bowl, but once you hit 24 points - you only get $10 off. Pretty pathetic, hence the reason I knocked off a star.

What I love most about Poke District is the quality of everything. From the poke to the rice, everything is consistently fresh without being overly expensive. I always get the build-your-own bowl with salmon, white rice and the Hot Lava flavor. One thing I really like is that they mix the flavor directly into the poke rather than simply drizzling the sauce on top, which is a major plus for me. They're also super accommodating with modifications. I don't really like seaweed salad, so I always ask for it to be replaced with an extra scoop of crab meat instead! I've also seen some reviews complaining about the kiosk and people not liking it. The kiosk is simply an additional option, so if you don't want to use it, you don't have to. I honestly didn't even notice it at first and just ordered my meal with one of the staff members as usual. Poke District is always super quick, never taking more than five minutes to prepare my bowl. They also make sure your bowl is prepared exactly how you want it before packing it up, which I really appreciate. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend Poke District to anyone looking for a higher-quality poke spot in the area!
