I've been here several times, and the yubus are always juicy and flavorful. The tofu skin has the perfect amount of sweetness and balances well with the toppings and rice. I love how each bite is a different combination of flavors which keeps things interesting. They often sell out of options. Often times when I visit, they're not fully stocked. This one time I went later on in the day and more than half of the options weren't available. There is limited seating here and parking here. This spot is located in a small strip mall.

Really really unique flavor profiles. I got 3 and it filled me up! My favorites I tried was the salmon, the bulgogi, and the creamy roe. I also tried the lemon pepper which was too strong of a flavor for me super duper salty. If they add less lemon pepper on top it would taste better. I can't wait to try the garlic butter crab next time! Loved how fresh everything tasted and it left me feeling full and great!

What a treat. While the inside isn't anything to talk about, it was at least comfortable. You're able to watch your order being made. I wasn't a big fan of tofu before, but I am now! Just remember when it says spicy, it is!! The spicy tuna and grilled spicy pork were delicious but next time I would ask them to tone down the spice a bit. The garlic butter crab was delicious even though it was imitation, but for me the fluffy egg didn't have much taste. Parking was tight and very small area. The employees were welcoming and quick with your order. I will be back to try the other numerous choices because the prices are excellent!!

I have been hearing about this place for some time now and I'm glad to finally have visited! The place is definitely worth the hype! Came in on a Saturday afternoon. The place was pretty busy with dine in and take out orders. Our order of 4 yubus came out pretty fast! As basic as it is, my fave was the fresh salmon yubu! Perfect balance of flavor and the amount of fish and rice! The other yubus were good as well. I wanna try other flavors next time but they were very filling that i could not get more

Wow!!! This is a hidden gem! I happen to find this spot on Instagram and happen to be in the area this week. When you go in to order, there is a kiosk for you to order on, however, the workers are all super helpful and gave recommendations. I ended up getting the spicy tuna which had a strong kick to it! I also tried the Beef Bulgogi, Garlic Butter Crab, and Ginger Tuna. These were all amazing but my two favorites were spicy tuna and beef bulgogi. The flavor of the beef being torched was so yummy. I can't wait to come back and try more!

Located in a small plaza. Keep in mind that there isnt alot of parking and this placeis very popular! I was excited to try this place out and it didn't disappoint. Got most of their selections. My fav was the seared salom one for sure and least favorite was Bulgogi just because it tasted like normal Bulgogi that I would prefer not in yubuchobap. Overall a pretty solid place, as it is popular not sure if you could find seating. So expect to eat this on the go!

Solid food! Thought some were way too sweet because of the sauces/mayo paired with the semi-sweet tofu skin. I honestly just rather have fresh sushi. There are loooong lines on the weekend so just be aware! I had to park across the street at the Target bc how full the lot was. This feels like more of a takeout place than a sit down restaurant.

I found Atoyubu while browsing Yelp and decided to check it out. I probably wouldn't have discovered it on my own because it's tucked away in a very small plaza, but the good news is there's parking right out front. I went on a Friday right when they opened at 4 p.m. When I stepped inside my first thought... did this place just open? There are tables and chairs, but not much else. No photos or decor on the walls. There were two men behind the counter and I wasn't greeted, so I walked up to the digital menu to place my order. I also noticed the all-gender restroom, which I liked as an option, though it wasn't very clean during my visit. For food, I ordered several of the yubu rice balls. I tried the lemon pepper salmon, chipotle salmon, sweet barbecue gyro, and another one with crab. The sushi rice was cooked great and the fish tasted fresh. My son was a really big fan of the sweet barbecue gyro and liked it so much that he ordered another one. The barbecue sauce was very sweet, maybe a little too sweet. As for the little wrap around the rice, I couldn't quite figure out what it was. It didn't really add or take anything away. For three of them the price was just shy of $20, which felt a little on the pricey side. Overall, the yubu was a new experience for me and I really enjoyed it. I'd come back.

Stopped by to grab a quick dinner, and these yubus hit the spot! The salmon and tuna were yummy, and each one had their own unique flavor. The inside was clean and they made them fairly quickly despite a line out the door.

A little expensive in my opinion but I'd pay anything for "sushi". I do think they could have put more fish than rice. It felt like the rice almost filled up the tofu skin and the fish was just placed on top. Here's my review of the 4 pieces I ordered through DoorDash. Spicy Tuna 9/10: Personally really enjoyed this one. The buldak sauce was spicy good. Definitely not for anyone who can't handle spice. Fresh Salmon 8/10: Very fresh. Wish they filled it up more. It felt like rice with a side of salmon. Fresh Ginger Tuna 6/10: Average, nothing too special but it's like a loyal guy friend who will never be your boyfriend. Garlic Butter Crab 7/10: So good, but it's imitation crab so you can literally stop by the grocery market and make this yourself for a fraction of the price but if you're lazy like I am then it's a 8/10.

...today, after my chiropractor appointment, I was asked again to get more Korean Dubai cookies for my friend, Chloe. As I'm walking to the door, I pass another place where two guys are sitting close to the window and I notice they are eating stuffed inari sushi. I backup to see the sign above. ATOYUBU!!! I go in to check it out... and the lady starts talking to me in Korean, then quickly switches to English asking if it's my first time. People are casually sitting at small tables, so I discreetly glance to see what they're eating... then, decide to try it out... My choices: - Eel - Korean BBQ - Garlic Crab Hard to pick up with your hand, so I use a fork to eat from the top. Flip it over to eat the soy bean curd and I leave half of the rice. The eel was by far my favorite and the garlic crab was my least. Happy I got to try something new today. They are all about $5-$6 each...

Can these be make gluten free?

Without the rice? You can maybe try asking for the tofu skin, and only fish? But I'm not sure if the sauces with the fish are gluten free.

Is there anything else inside aside from the protein like rice or crab meat?

The Yubu does contain white rice and there are two options on the menu that have crab meat.

Is the tofu wrap gluten free?

This is my question too. If the tofu wraps are seasoned w soy sauce, it will contain wheat.

Do you have a tofu based/vegetarian option?

Incorrect. The rice contains minor bits of pork.

    Is there vegan options?

Well, you could order the imitation crab as it is not real meat....

After some waiting, they start calling out orders and somehow the couple behind me got to the front and took the bag. I thought I had heard the employee say #62, but in all that chaos and loudness, I couldnt confidently say or hear it. Eventually, order #63 came up, but was never claimed for a good 20 minutes. I asked the cashier if they can check on my order #62, and they checked the kitchen. Turns out my hunch was correct, and that the couple behind me took my bag. I didnt make a big deal out of it, and the employee said they will remake my order. After waiting for probably 30 minutes total, they were all they way up to calling orders in the 80s. When they gave me my order #62, the employee gave me 2 free gift cards for the waiting and hassle. Im very glad and appreciative of them for handling it very professionally. This was my first time at this particular In-N-Out, but I've been to about twenty others and loved every one of them. The Buena Park location was as good as the rest. There was a long line at the drive-thru, but parking was easy and the actual restaurant wasn't that busy. We ordered and had our food within fifteen minutes, probably less time than it would've taken us to get through the drive-thru line. (I have found this to be true at almost every location.) Service was great, as always. In fact, my three-year-old dropped his cheeseburger on the floor after a few bites, and we got it replaced on the house, just like that. The kids also got little In-N-Out sticker activity books to play with, which kept them entertained for minutes at a time. I got my usual order, a double double with grilled onions and a heaping side of whole yellow peppers from the condiment stand. Pure deliciousness. My boys got a grilled cheese and a plain cheeseburger, and they both ate well. We got some fries, too, and while I'm not a particular fan of In-N-Out fries, I ate my fair share of them. We hit the bathrooms on our way out, as we had a long drive ahead of us, and I noticed the bathroom situation was less ample than the typical In-N-Out, maybe because this one wasn't right off the freeway (I do think the restaurant was smaller overall, but this was the only way that mattered for us). Just a couple of single bathrooms instead of the usual stalls, and we did have to wait to use them. In any case, this was an excellent, easy dinner, the perfect way to end a long day in Buena Park. I look forward to my next In-N-Out meal, wherever it might be.

We also added an order of corn cheese because... how could we not? The chicken lived up to the hype. Perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and coated in a sauce that had me licking my fingers without shame. The cheese tteokbokki was exactly what I was hoping for. Chewy rice cakes swimming in a rich, spicy, cheesy sauce that kept me coming back for another bite. The corn cheese deserves its own paragraph because wow... I understand why Korean restaurants serve this. Sweet corn covered in gooey melted cheese is one of those dishes that sounds simple but somehow disappears before you realize it. The fried potstickers rounded everything out nicely and added another crispy bite to the meal. And because apparently we hadn't eaten enough, we finished with Dippin' Dots for dessert. It was such a fun way to end the meal and brought back a little childhood nostalgia. Overall, the portions were generous, the food came out hot, and the whole spread looked as good as it tasted.
