Stopped by on Sunday, 03/23/25 during lunch time. Located inside the food court area at the Montclair Place Mall, I ordered the following: - 1 2-scoop bowl = $14.49 TAX = $1.49 TOTAL = $15.79 You first choose your base (I got brown rice). Secondly, you choose 2 sides (I got crab meat and spicy crab meat). Thirdly, you choose your protein (I got the tuna and scallop). Fourthly, you get to choose your toppings (unlimited) - I essentially opted in for everything (especially the corn!). Lastly, choose sauces. Overall a fulfilling meal. I had leftovers!

One of my favorite poke spots to come to.. The fish, seafood and ingredients is always fresh they have a nice selection to choose from the poke bowl is my go to with a side of Shrimp Tempura I love the Seaweed Salad.. so if your in the Montclair mall stop by you will not be disappointed....

Came in today around 7 after a long day of work and girl refused to serve me saying they're closed.. I got food next door instead & 25 mins later she's serving someone else. Wth!!! Never coming back here again!

Affordable. Fresh. And filling. The options are great and the portion is even greater. My mom and I came in for lunch, and we were pleased with both service and our meals. 10/10 recommend! Also, there is plenty of seating both inside and out on the patio. Casual food court ambiance.

Pretty good place but not great. The price is okay. I probably wouldn't come back. The quality of the fish was okay. Also didn't offer avocado or tempura flakes which are both my favorite toppings. They also don't mix your fish with the sauce. They just drizzle it on top. They're also a little skimpy on the seaweed salad. read more

Poke in a shopping mall food court is a first for me but I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The portion sizes are about average (I got full off the 4 scoop, which is their largest size) but the flavor is solid and everything tastes fresh, which is great. The staff is nice and very generous on toppings. I will be back again. read more

I eat pretty often and I love that they have the EAT 24 app. You can order your food ahead of time with no hassle. They are always on time, and always super nice. The poke is fresh and delicious! Definitely give this place a try if you're ever in the Montclair Plaza. read more

I've been going here since this place open, and today had the worst service, I went in about 4:45 and the 2 girls that were helping me were rude, one corrected me on the way I asked for a sauce apparently I said it wrong. Ask for extra sauces and she just threw them on the tray. Then when I got home noticed they did not give me any utensils. Looking for a new place won't be going there again. read more

I ordered a tempura burrito and it was good! The only thing I have to say is that they put way too much greens in my burrito. Not portioned well it should be even with the rice and the shrimp. Overall it was a good burrito though. read more

I've been to other poke places just usually there a distance, I get lazy after my classes. This is down the street from me so after my classes I can just run in and pick it up. It's pretty good and better then I expected for being in the mall. You get a lot for what you pay, I usually eat about half for lunch the rest for dinner. The guy who I'm guessing is manager? He's super cool. I always see hi since I've been going pretty frequent and he always has a smile on. The other people that work there are pretty nice as well. I've been going here for a bit, sooner after it opened, and I'm not sure why i didn't write a review sooner. Personally I love the spicy shrimp and spicy salmon, my fav from here. I have yet to try there other dishes though. It's worth a try and worth your money. read more

This place is probably one of the best poke places in the area. I have a lot of experience with poke since I live in the SGV and theres a poke joint on every corner. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, especially Candice, she's so sweet and her customer service is on point. If you ever go here ask her to make your bowl, it'll be worth the wait. Pokeway has the freshest fish and the most savory rice I've ever had, at least for a while. My favorite is the egg cake and salmon, topped off with cucumber salad and pineapple. The sauce is homemade and delicious. 5/5 for friendly staff and delicious food. read more

This is not based on food which it's not that bad but the customer service sucks I went and told the girl I needed 3 bowls, after she she finish doing the firs one she tried to charge me and I said we are not done after rolling her eyes she started doing the second ok one and then she went to charge us so I said I need one more, and she got all mad and said "next time order all together ", I told her I did and she said, all rude " no you said 3 scoops, well she doesn't have to worried about next time cause I wont be back for sure. read more

Very delicious but pricey. You definitely get your money worth though. I highly recommend. I ordered the tempura sushi-ritto and it was amazing. Definitely could not finish it all in one setting. It's around $12 but worth it especially with the eel sauce. read more

Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and the owner/manager has always been very nice whenever I've interacted with him. They also have a loyalty card program where you earn stamps toward free drinks and free poke bowls, which is a nice bonus for regular customers. The restaurant itself isn't trying to be a fancy dining experience, but it's clean, comfortable, and exactly what you'd want for a casual poke spot. The focus is clearly on serving quality food at a fair price, and they do that very well. I can't really comment on the rest of the menu because I always order the poke, but based on that alone, I highly recommend this place. Consistently fresh fish, good portions, friendly service, and a great rewards program. I'll definitely keep coming back.

Good customer service experience Drinks: So far i have liked all the one's I've tried. I will say that they are very sweet so I would suggest half the sugar, which is still sweet enough. The iced churro latte tastes like you'd expect, a sugar cinnamon bomb. It has cajeta around the cup so that adds to the sweetness. It's probably the sweetest one l tried, but was very good. I tried this as is so I would suggest 50% sweetness and maybe no cajeta The iced Coquito latte is essentially a coconut latte. I liked that the coconut is not super artificial and it ends up being more of a coconut hint. I got this with an extra shot since apparently a 16 oz only comes with one shot. Idk if that's the same for all the drinks so I would ask. I'm used to 2 shots as a standard so thought that was weird. The iced cafe de olla iced is ok. It has a strong clove taste that can be a little much sometimes. The irresistible iced latte was pretty good. I believe it's brown sugar based. It's also supposed to be stronger because it automatically gets an extra shot. Pastries: they were actually disappointing. The strawberry croissant was probably the worst. The pastry dough is not flaky and the filling is bland. It was not worth the sugar/calories so I didnt have more than 2 bites. The churro coffee cake was dry.

Came here around opening as a preworkout meal before hitting Gold's! Got the medium but before that the kind employee asked if it was a pre// post workout as my gym outfit said it all and recommended getting half brown rice for energy and salad! From there i got seaweed salad then I asked for recommendations on light proteins and she recommend getting the ones without sauce and boy was she right! Got all the toppings as they have many choices to choose from! Asked for light sauce recommendations as well and she asked if i liked something like soy sauce (house) and she can dilute it with some sesame oil. Ingenious. The best mix thats not too heavy but full of flavor. Im posting this as i have time after workout and errands and Throughout my workout i felt so energized so shoutout to the only girl working this morning! I wish I asked for her name but she was Asian & had black hair & was really sweet, tiny, and cute smiling all the way! People need more employees that can fulfill a customers needs by just conservation, dietary ones too + concerns and it was on point. This gem is hidden near Noodle world and way across from Panda, chill ambience and not very busy in the morning. Great for fish lovers like me! Just stopped by Pokeway and my wife and I love to come here but barely had anytime to ever make a review, ha! Anyways shout out to candace for making my bowl even though she was suppose to be on her lunch break (i was wondering why she was looking so flustered but unlike many workers around the food court she brushed it off with a big smile and positivity and said she did not mind working overtime at all, my wife likes her alot!) and the other girls working tonight because their service was excellent! My go to is spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and spicy shrimp with ponzu, wasabi mayo, and eel sauce, yum! If youre a first timer to Poke, i recommend trying Pokeway. If I had to put infinite stars I would ! This place is amazing and super fresh . I got a small bowl with both regular and spicy crab and salmon and spicy shrimp , I wish they brought back their spicy salmon .
