The crisp of the breading outside isn't too greasy, but has the perfect level of indulgent oiliness that balances out. All perfect with a fluffy bed of rice and the demi glace brown sauce added a deliciously savory, slightly sort of fruity ketchup-y flavor (added this to my rice too!).
