I ordered the Chicken Yakitori, which comes with two perfectly cooked chicken skewers on warm rice, topped with onion chives, sesame seeds, and avocado. I paired it with the poki spicy sauce, and it was a perfect match; fresh and delicious! The restaurant is clean, organized, and offers plenty of indoor seating plus a couple of tables out front. If I could give zero stars I could. For the second time, I ordered through the Poké bowl website. It directed me to pay through Clover. Which I did, both times. On both trips. I was told they had not received my order and there was nothing they could do to help me. I showed them that I ordered through their website showed them my bank statement showing payment for the food. Yet they told me there was nothing I could do. I was told that I must be doing something wrong, and that Clover was a third-party website and there was, again, nothing they could do. Zero stars for customer service. It was my first time here, and I have to say it was a really good experience. The customer service was amazing and truly went above and beyond. The employee who helped me-- I believe their name was Kyler -- was incredibly friendly and had such a great vibe. They didn't just connect with me, but with other customers as well. They answered all my questions and gave great suggestions on food combinations and ingredients. As for the food, the price is definitely on the higher side, but considering it's a smaller town and there aren't many poke options nearby, it feels somewhat justified compared to driving farther out. The portion sizes were great, especially the protein. I got salmon and shrimp with a medium spice level, plus avocado, furikake, green onion, onion, and cucumber. It was simple but really good. Their topping options are a bit limited compared to other poke spots, but they cover the basics that most people usually get anyway. Most importantly, they are not skimpy with the protein, which I really appreciated. The inside was very clean, well-kept, and welcoming. They also carry a variety of Hawaiian Sun drinks (my favorite!) and even sell Dole Whip, which I didn't try this time but definitely will next visit. I had high hopes after seeing the 4.4 stars, but I was super let down, the food is just not that good... they give the SMALLEST scoop of avocado and charge for edamame?!?! Like what who charges for beans?!?! They had 0 napkins, 0 soy sauce, no cucumber at all. The chicken skewers were super average and the selection was bare minimum. We came here on 3/21/26. We got a to go order that was $48.24. That's for 2 large poke bowls with some extra add ons and a miso soup. When I got there to pick the food up a young guy was working on our bowls. We had put in the special instructions area to leave the sauce on the side but he had already finished a bowl with the sauce on top and was adding sauce on the second bowl when I asked him if he could please leave the sauce on the side. I got the bowls and got to my car and realized he didn't give me the miso soup. I went back in and let him know and he said the machine was down but someone from the back came and helped him and it was weird because he filled up the container half way. I don't know if that because of the size we got or what. The bowls tasted fine, the experience just left me with a bad taste in my mouth. For $50 I'm not sure if we will come back for a while. Restrooms are available. Parking is fairly easy since it's a private lot - the shop is in a small plaza with a few other very popular spots, so it can get very busy. The food is fresh and yummy. As you can see in the pictures, the bowls are jam packed. Everything, from the protein to the sauces, is so flavorful. They have a lot of food options, including tofu, so there's something for everyone. I was kinda skeptical because there aren't a lot of poke places around here, but yelp led me here. They have three sizes, small, regular and large and it just depends how many proteins you can get. We opted for the regular bowl which is $16.75 before taxes and it has 3 proteins. What I like about this place is they have the additional yellow tail as an option (not a lot of places have this). Well I'll say the poke is pretty fresh, the sauces are also I think what gives it a notch up. My friend did non spicy and I did medium spicy and it definitely stood out. I can really taste the citrus flavors and it definitely enhanced the poke! I opted for the additional sauces on the side. I got all of them and they were all so good! They have spicy mayo, siracha, eel sauce and their miso sauce. All are really flavorful and highly recommend on the side! My friend got the sauces drenched on the poke itself, but idk about it being drenched on top like that but they liked it. But I mean if ur not gonna eat right away I'd say get it on the side for sure. The place is inside a small shopping center with a lot of different food around it-Starbucks, Ono and Dave's chicken. There is not a lot of parking and we went during peak lunch hour and we had to park at a 10 minute parking spot bc there were no spots. That's the only downfall bc it was annoying to find a spot. Puna, our server, was very professional and clean when serving us the poke portions, she had multiple gloves and kept changing them so as to not cross contaminate any of the food. She was also very kind bc I kinda had a big order and she was very patient and thorough! Anyways I recommend all the sauces, the yellowtail, tuna and salmon.
