My cat is fully interested in the sushi burrito.

Big ass sushi burrito !! So good!! GO GET IT!! I used to skip over this place when browsin online for food because I thought they only had poke bowls (which I'm rarely in the mood for), but they have sushi burritos, so obvs I had to try it. The sushi burrito is well worth the price. My sushirrito was truly the size of a brick. It was hefty and filled, and wrapped properly so the contents were properly contained. (On a side note, I generally don't like eating burritos because they're messy.. but the sushi burrito had the nori wrapped around the sushi rice which held its shape and didn't fall everywhere). You get so many options for proteins, sauces, adds-ins, crunchies.. you'd never get tired of it. Probably the first time I ordered take out and felt full and satisfied, and probably the cheapest I've paid.

Watch out for your food folks! . I ordered a delivery order paying for a double portion of salmon and they literally put only 4 little cubes on my bowl. yeah only 4 little miserable pieces.

Best poke place in New Haven hands down! I come here at least once a week. The fish is consistently fresh and chopped into perfectly bite sized pieces (I find that some poke places make the fish pieces too large). The best part is that they don't skimp on the fish or other toppings! I also love that the crab salad is included in the price of the bowl (some places make you pay extra). They have a small preset menu, but I would recommend making your own poke bowl. (I'll put my regular order at the bottom of the review). You can choose from a rice bowl, salad bowl or sushi burrito, but I would recommend the rice bowl. Seating is pretty limited, but most people get their bowls to-go, so I've never had a problem eating in, even with a group. My only complaint is I wish they had later hours or a late-night menu, like Junzi. I think a night menu would be very popular with college students. Here is what I recommend ordering: Regular bowl with white rice, 1 scoop salmon, 1 scoop tuna, mango, cucumber, edamame, sesame ginger sauce, crab salad, seaweed salad, pickled daikon, green onion and sesame seeds.

Poke is poke, if you pick the right ingredients, you'll have a great bowl! Pokemoto provides you with the chance to make the right bowl with fresh ingredients and quality proteins.

I love Pokémoto!! Their poke bowls are so delicious and fresh. They have a wide variety of toppings and mix-ins and are very generous with their portions. They do charge extra for avocado which isn't surprising but is always kind of annoying but otherwise you get as many toppings and mix-ins as you want. They also have Dole Whips (dairy free) which are delicious! I recommend m getting a twist of the two flavors. I recommend trying this place out!

    Rotten fish

The fish has rotten taste. This happened several times recently, made me sick. It's not safe to eat this kind of fish.

Brown rice and mixed greens, with tuna and salmon, spicy mayo, and a bunch of delicious mix-ins!

Super delicious poké and they are always stocked! Much better alternative to the other fast casuals around NH. Usually go for half/half brown rice and mixed greens, half/half salmon and ahi tuna, black seaweed, seaweed salad, mangoes, orange seaweed (I forgot the correct name!), cucumber edamame, garlic chips, sesame seeds, very light spicy mayo sauce, wonton chips. It's filling and powers the rest of my day without giving me that heavy feeling. Price around $11-12. Nom nom

Poke bowl about $13.00 (avocado is $2 more) the drink was $2

Great good and fast service. I love poke and this spot does it very well. The medium is a good amount of food but the large is also doable.

This is a chain, but it's solid poke. Ingredients are good and fresh for when you need your poke fix! A regular bowl costs around $11-12.

Hawaiian Kitchen, based in Bethpage, absolutely knocked it out of the park! From the start, they were incredibly easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I had originally requested 2-liter bottles of soda, but since they didn't have them in stock, they proactively delivered individual cans instead to ensure our team had plenty of drinks. Now, for the food--it was phenomenal. Our office hasn't stopped raving about it! The Coconut Shrimp and Grilled Shrimp were huge hits, and the Angus Steak was incredibly tender. Even the Chicken Fried Rice was a standout, and all of their signature sauces were delicious. They also did a large house salad for us with the most incredible Ginger dressing. I had numerous people ask me where I found them, and I couldn't wait to order for their next small house parties or to pick up dinner on the way home. It was all so fresh and not greasy. We also ordered spring rolls that were so light and crispy, pineapple fried rice that was really delicious, and marinated chicken and steamed broccoli. If you're looking for reliable catering that people will actually get excited about, I can't recommend Hawaiian Kitchen enough. THANK YOU for making me look like a superstar! We will definitely be ordering again! PS - they are a small, family-owned business, and I love supporting businesses like that that really care. Give them a try!

It's not a brick and mortar store, its more like a mini three-wheeled food truck parked in the rear lot of "It's Playtime" - an indoor kids' playground and playscape. We saw zero signs directing us to its location -we just kind of knew about it from a Facebook post. Cuckoo's is owned by It's Playtime and is open more or less the same hours they are (roughly from 9-5). Because the cart sometimes goes off premises to an event, it's worth your while to call before you scoot over. Cups of shaved ice are sold in 2 sizes for $4 or $5. There had a ton of flavors including Blue Vanilla, Grape, Lime, Mango, Cherry,Tigers Blood, Pickled Mango, Lemon, Blue Raspberry, Banana, Sour Apple, Blueberry, Cotton Candy, Pina Colada, Cola, Pink Lemonade, Guava Passion Fruit,Li Hing Mango, Strawberry, Passion Orange Guava, Blue Bubblegum, and Cake Batter. You can trick out your shaved ice with a Snow Cap (for an extra creamy sweet texture), or Fairy Dust (glitter), or candies for half a buck or so more. No review of Cuckoo's would be complete without a glowing report on the young lady running the stand. Isabelle was delightfully charming, informative, helpful, and as sweet as the shaved ice she served up. We ordered a snow-capped small banana and a snow-capped small blue vanilla They totaled $10.21. As our temperatures hit the 70's and 80's, why not check out Cuckoos to cool off?

I liked that they had curated bowls as I'm not a fan of build-your-owns (this is an option if that's more your style). I got the Park Market Bowl that had both tuna and salmon, on top of rice, seaweed, corn, lettuce, and cucumber. There was a lot of spicy mayo and eel sauce drizzled on top--way too much for my liking to be honest. The staff was very nice and swift when they see a line forming. The Build-Your-Own orders hold up the line. The price was too bad for a poke bowl, under $20. On other Parkville visits, I've gotten boba tea from this stall as they share it with the Okinawa Boba Co. I love the Ube Milk Tea. If I'm in a poke bowl mood at Parkville Market, I'll try another bowl and/or have them go light on the sauce.

I had the pork tamago onigiri sandwich ($6.95). It was a fried slice of spam and a sweet egg tamago inside seasoned rice and nori seaweed with a Japanese spicy mayo present. This was very solid. The crispy spam went well with the egg and crunchy rice. The addition of Japanese mayo was key to the entire sandwich. It was needed so it was not dry. Will I go back? Yes.
