I ran into the owner while she waited for her client who is my neighbor. I asked her to do an estimate for me. She did. But I was bothered by personal matters and put off for 2 years. Catalina gave me a time quickly and agrees on a deep clean. There was 6 people. They arrive on time and finished within 4 hours as she promised. I was impressed that one girl knocked over the bulletin board. She put it together. They also organize my counter that made it look neat. Most housekeepers don't return things back after they are done, but they did after I asked them. I had done deep clean before but this is one of the most positive experiences. The price is fair given the work they did and it's a big house. I'd highly recommend them and ask them to do regular cleaning once my budget is stabilized. read more

I called Polancos on Tuesday to schedule a walk through and she came through to check the house and give a quote within a few hours. We then scheduled for a cleaning today (Saturday). 3 people came and did a deep clean in around 3-4 hours. The house looks brand new. Catalina and her team are the most reliable and best cleaners we've ever had. They confirm their arrival time the day prior and are always on time. They take extra care to wipe down our shutters, clean our glass doors (inside and out), and keep our very-tough-to-clean shower sparkling and free of the orange mold that I could not keep up with prior to hiring them! Their vacuuming is methodical, they've learned where we keep sheets to make each bed, and our kitchen is always left sparkling. The three of them always wear masks and are so kind and friendly when in our home - always happy to see our new baby and forgiving when she is sleeping or making a new mess. I was looking for deep cleaning for my empty 10x12 bedroom with an attached 1.5 small bathroom. They responded fast when I asked for a quote and booked the following day. I was excited to see that there were three people that were going to help deep clean my master bedroom. Only to find out they were done in less than an hour and left after lightly dusting some areas. There was no deep cleaning involved. My bathroom sink is still dirty, they didn't clean the shelves or cabinets, my ceiling fan has a lot of dust, they didn't wash the walls. There were still cakes of dust on my windowsill. I told them that there were a lot of things that were very dirty and a lot of missing places left to be cleaned. They apologized and asked if I wanted to come back to fix those spots which I replied that I do and if they can come back the same day to no response. It has been 2 days. I guess they were sorry, not sorry. Later in the night, I found spiders and bugs in the middle of my bathroom. Obviously it wasn't thoroughly cleaned, much less deep cleaned. read more
