You can order ahead and pick up or you can order on their kiosk. It's been forever since I've seen rolled ice cream and that trend has long past, so it's very nice and nostalgic that Polar Bear Rolled Ice Cream exists. I honestly think there's only 1 left in SoCal near me and unsure if they're still even open. You can watch them roll the ice cream as well, iconic for what these eateries are. There's some tables and seating inside and they have drinks here as well. I got their seasonal Pink Hawaii which was a passionfruit mixed with vanilla flavor, shaved coconut shavings and dragon fruit on top. The flavor is very light, definitely leaning more towards vanilla than the fruit, which is nice in its own way. Not tart whatsoever. Good combination of creamy rolled ice cream, slight tartness of the dragon fruit and the sweet coconut shavings. So glad that I found a business that sells rolled ice cream besides Icicles. We saw this business as we were driving by to an appointment so decided to stop by after lunch. There weren't any customers inside when we arrived on a Saturday around 3:30pm. We saw the kiosk so decided to order from there even though we could have ordered from the employee. We ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake (without cream cheese) and it was delicious. The vanilla, strawberries and graham cracker mixed well together, and I didn't taste any clumps. They even added two sticks of strawberry pocky! I normally do not like whipped cream but it paired well with the ice cream and fresh strawberries. I would definitely come back to try their other flavors. Kudos to the employee that was fast and efficient with our order. The interior was also very clean and spacious. Went in around 430-5pm today because me & my kids were craving for icecream. The kids suggested this place again because the first time we had it was really good. I ordered the same thing which was Strawberry Cheesecake with 2x toasted marshmallows. My daughter got Strawberry Banana & my son got Smores with a toasted marshmallow as well.. I got my order with both my Marshmallows burnt. I went ahead and ate the first marshmallows and i regretted it... so when i saw the same burnt marshmallows on my son's ice cream, that's when i got up and told the kid who was working there (i'm calling her a kid, cause she was acting like one, answering back to me the way she did) if she can change both marshmallows. She questioned me why and what was wrong with it. I told her that the marshmallows were too burnt. She responded saying "they're called toasted". I told her that i know what toasted marshmallows are and these are burnt not toasted. She then took the cup & my son's cup as well. I told her that this wasn't our first time so i knew it shouldn't be this burnt. Also the ice cream tasted horrible because it tasted like just ice... like no flavors like the first time we had it... she then responded to me saying "i'm sure it isnt." I'm a mom of 3 kids and for someone to have to talk back to me that way, i know I was dealing with a kid.. I sat down & just held my composure because i knew it wasn't worth it. But she sure did made me lose my appetite when i was excited walking in there in the beginning. I hope her manager sees this because the way she handled that, was definitely a no. My kids heard and saw the whole conversation. I should have asked for her name but she got glasses, not sure what ethnicity & brown hair with washed out blonde color. For the manager, i hope you'd do something about this & speak to her. Not much service, as ordering is through the tablet kiosk on the side counter. I stopped by for some ice cream with my friend and he ordered one of their mango specialty ones, while I opted for the create your own one - I ordered a large size, matcha base, and with whipped cream, bananas, strawberries, & condensed milk. We thought our ice cream was decent, it was on the more expensive side though, depending on what you get / your add-ons. About $25 for 2 larges - I would probably just opt for the medium one next time, as there seem to be just a slight difference in size for their medium & large, but a $2 surcharge for the size upgrade. read more

There is ample seating area here too, so it's definitely a nice place to talk as well! The ice cream was a cookie monster, which was basically their Oreo/cookies and cream flavor. It was topped up with whipped cream, Oreo crumble, and chocolate syrup, which was actually kind of nice on its own despite not being much of a whipped cream fan. The ice cream itself was pretty good, you got the strong cookies and cream flavor and it was definitely dense and smooth, a characteristic of liquid nitrogen cooled ice cream. I just thought that the milk base felt a little too sweet, so the ice cream itself was sweeter than I had liked. Overall, it's a solid place with a nice staff whenever you need your ice cream fix! The lady also gave us a sample of coconut jelly to try as they wanted to try selling it in the summer time and wanted feedback, so I thought that was nice!
