The first cleaning was okay,…read morealthough they didn't clean our basement and that was supposed to be included in a first time clean. They also took our personal cleaning supplies and we had to ask Geovana about getting them back but we never followed up and figured the cleaning people just mixed up their supplies with ours. They also threw away our curtains, towels, gloves; we have never had to tell cleaners not to throw away our stuff before. The cleaners also don't speak any English, so we have to communicate by calling Geovana. Also, their website says they are never late- they are late 80% of the time, once they were an hour late, another time they were an hour early. Their reminder system constantly sends the wrong time like 12:30pm Thursday when we have a 2:30pm Friday. They will send you the wrong cleaning date or time- EVERY SINGLE TIME. And the kicker is that their email system tells you that you have 48hours to cancel the cleaning or you will be charged a full price, but the email is sent 36hours before your fake appointment that they just made up. They also do not listen. We made 3 requests to stop making our bed as they don't wash their hands between cleaning the bathroom or the kitchen. We also told them 3x to stop folding our tissues into bows, it wastes 5 tissues and is gross during COVID and such a waste as we can't use them. We chose them because they told us everyone was fully vaccinated and we requested they keep their masks on. They never sent us the COVID vaccines we requested but we thought it would be okay since we are vaccinated and they will wear masks and we wear them as well if we are working from home. Well, I caught them taking their masks down multiple times when we are downstairs and they are upstairs. We took a break from using them during one of the peak COVID spikes and when they came back, the owner, Geovana, told us because it had been a few weeks they would charge us for a deep cleaning. We agreed to this and it made sense to us. However the cleaners cleaned our home in about an hour and when we pointed out they were suppose to do a deep cleaning, the cleaning lady said it was just a normal cleaning, so we texted Geovana while the cleaning lady also texted Geovana...then the cleaner said 'Ohhh yes it was a deeper cleaning, just not a deep deep cleaning.' They are so disorganized and Geovana does not give anyone in her staff instructions on who's house they are cleaning and the expectations. We used them 5x with hopes that it would improve, as they were the only place we found where the entire staff is supposedly vaccinated, but finally had to let them go. I cannot recommend them and am pretty sure all their positive google reviews are fake.

After everything was thoroughly wiped down, they mopped and left the place spotless. I have two newborn baby girls and moving into a new place that was free of any post construction dust is critical to their immune system. They bring all the supplies plus a HEPA vacuum. Plus Denise and her team are so nice and very thorough... I would recommend them to anyone and especially if you have a post-construction cleanup need.

Before I get to the reason for the 2 stars, I do want to thank Paul for completely flexible with my last min cleaning request and do want to apologize for being late for the appointment. I think it should all start with after Paul left, I notice several places were still dusty. I specially asked Paul to clean the inside of my appliances. When I opened my fridge after he left, it looked completely untouched with stains and grease all over. Same thing for my coffee table and the island in the kitchen. I watched Paul dusted the coffee table and he didn't use any cleaning products to clean the stains on the surface. This is my first experience with a cleaning person so maybe this is what you're supposed to get? However if that's the case, I'll choose to clean myself and save $80 to treat myself a nice dinner afterwards.

Throughout the move, him and Francisco were so easy to work with. They were professional, friendly and careful. I was stressing out about moving and they calmed me down.
