While cleaning, they left some of the slats upside down and off their tracks. What a hassle it is to get those back in place. I have 2 artificial plants that were never touched by a rag or a Swiffer. Shouldn't they at least be looked at? The cleaners may have worked in hotels but no experience in residential homes. I don't really blame the cleaners, I blame their training. Obviously, their trainer was too lazy to make sure they learned what they were taught. Too many more things to mention, suffice it to say it was a waste of $635.
