I let her know I could correct it and my cousin could help her move the funds, but she became very frustrated and spent about half an hour on the phone in the hallway with me instead of starting the services. I kept reassuring her that I would Zelle her regardless, but she seemed really upset with me. Once everything got settled, the appointment went more smoothly. My grandma's nails and toes turned out great and she was really happy. My aunt's nails were just okay, but I know the technician might have been short on time. I did not mind the small pricing adjustments since it had been a long time since my grandma had a pedicure and I was unsure what my aunt had on her nails beforehand. Overall, the service itself was helpful for my family and I am grateful they were taken care of.
