She was professional and offered great service and quality work. She only works Saturday and Sundays but the salon is open 7 days a week. They never close. They offer bottled water, sparkling water, champagne and a variety of alcoholic beverages. I have no complaints. Because I get simple and easy services, I'd return again. I had no issues.

I returned under an hour later at 11:05am and was told she was already with someone else and I mentioned I was back in less than an hour later. That's when the receptionist could have cared less. She stated she didn't tell me that, and that it was someone else, which it was. The lack of communication and care clearly relayed we don't want your business, or you can just keep trying. The dismissive attitude was clear. So, time to move on. What a shame. I have come here for years and now none of that matters.

Plus I feel like the outcome isn't worth the money, nor is the customer service.
