These ladies are LAZY! Omg, it's been awhile since I've been to a salon like this.. wow. Definitely not coming back, the job she did on my nails cut so many corners... At one point she was using the cuticle tool to cut my nails, I was like no, use the correct tool. On top of that she didn't even ask me what length I wanted. She was super rough on my nails as well. The other girl who did my toes attempted to do a French manicure and did a terrible job. On top of everything they were rude like I was the problem. Updated review after my second visit: Absolutely horrified at my SECOND experience there. Dip nails is a complete rip off and I'm guessing scam to get customers to spend more money. First appointment was my first time getting dip nails, I was so gullible! I was told it was such a better option compared to gel or acrylic nails. I was told how dip nails don't destroy your natural nail, since there is no filing of your nail before the dip is applied. This is true on your FIRST appointment. After three days I had one nail completely break while opening my car door. Never have I experienced such sharp pain with gel nails while opening a door. I figured it was just an accident and decided to go back when my nails grew out and get a "fill" done. Guess what? Regularly when you get a full set of gel nails you pay around $50 for the set and then around $20 for a fill, give or take a few dollars. Well with dip nails you have to pay the full price each time you go back! Insane! And they charged me a $5 nail removal fee! So I ended up paying more the second time than I did the first time. Complete crap. So I got charged to removed the dip nails that polish nails put on themselves and reapply dip. Oh and here's the funny part, they file off your dip nails with the electric file and OH MY GOD DOES THE FILE GET HOT!!! And the lady filing them off thought she would just switch fingers instead of letting the file cool down. She put such big craters in my nail beds when she did this. Also, the first and second time they filed under the tips of my nails. Safe to say I will not be going back. Spent about an hour today trying to remove my dip nails. Got most of them off. And now my nails look beyond repair and I'll have to cut them super short, which I hate. Oh, and both times I went to get my nails done they filed under the tips of my nails, I didn't really think anything of it at the time. But after soaking and removing the nails my natural nails are paper thin! And I was told how it was SO much healthier for my nails. I'll be going back to gel nails. At a different location. Sadly. Previous review: Love love love!!! Do yourself a favor and go here and treat yourself!! Hugh is amazing at nails, and took the time to really make my dip nails look amazing! He made sure the nails were curved just right for my nail bed, how awesome is that?! And he took the time to explain the difference of acrylics, gels, and dips. This was my first visit to this salon and such a negative experience! The salon was dirty and first off I was asked "to go pick a color". Hello...covid! The lady that did my pedicure was servicing her family, so she rushed between them and me. She didn't file my toenails or work on my cuticles. As she was rushing to get back to her family, she cut my toe. I wanted to get a dip done also, so she sat me in the chair next to where she was working on her family. She went back and forth between us. She filed my fingernails flat at first when I had asked her to round them. As she was filing, she did it in such a hurry and very vigorously, that it hurt me. Several times I had to pull my hand away. She just laughed. She charged me $70 and had the nerve to ask me about her tip! Needless to say, she was given zero! I'll never go back to this salon again!! Worst pedi ever! I was greeted at the front door and escorted to a chair. The woman in the front seemed to be the boss (maybe an owner) came over and introduced me to my technician. After my feet were in the water this same woman came over and proceeded to grind my toenails with an electrical apparatus. It hurt a bit. After my toes were painted I noticed that large areas had been unevenly ground away. It was very noticeable after the topcoat had been applied. I called her over and asked about it and she said it was needed and would "grow out". My nails were uneven, had sharp edges. This is by far the worst pedi I have ever had. If I had looked more closely before I left the saloon I would have refused to pay. It is going to take at least a month for my nails to grow out evenly. The technician assigned to me spoke no English, he painted a lot of skin in addition to the nails. He was very inexperienced. I have never run into this situation and I have had professional pedicures for over 20 years. This salon needs to be closed down. read more

Went in this valentine's Day after work, I had an appointment. I asked for a natural looking pink to white acrylic gel ombré with what I guess you'd call a coffin shape? and that is exactly what I got. I believe it was Danny who did my nails. He was delightful. He was also extremely fast and well spoken. I will say that he did go in a little bit on my cuticles, which was definitely needed, but I had the smallest bit of bleeding on one of my nails, which doesn't bother me because I'm not there to relax I'm there to leave with great looking nails. As far as those who are going for a more relaxing spa day, I can't really speak to that aspect of the Salon. However the nail teach I had knew exactly what he was doing. It was my first time coming to Polished. I have been a regular at another salon in town for years but a friend told me to check out Polished because they were new in town. I normally get Acrylic with gel polish but this time I opted for Dip Powder. It was amazing! They have so many different color options with was overwhelming (in a good way). The salon is very clean and hip, and the staff is over the top on customer service. They have an great selection of colors which are well organized and easy to choose. The changing colors in the sanitary foot spas makes for a trusted and serene experience. Never a question about their cleanliness. Tools and bowls are sanitized. The chair massagers work well! They are my go to for a perfect manicure. Regardless of whomever does my pedi delivers consistent results. I've been there 5-6 times now. The pedi prices are in line with the quality of service. There was two guys working on my nails and they kept looking at me very weirdly and looking at each other and laughing. One of them made a comment about my legs.. ( i was wearing shorts. ) having them working on me and making comments about my body made me feel so uncomfortable. Then one of them asked me if I was single.. so unprofessional. This place doesn't deserve one star talk about unequal treatment first we waited over 30 minutes with an appointment and than my mom and I got the same pedicure she got a foot scrub and my lady insisted I didn't need the foot scrub or rub like she did. We paid $60 for the same pedicure but she didn't feel like putting any effort into mine. Than she burned me twice once with the hot gel you dip your feet into and the other time with the hot stones.
