The first set I had THREE broken nails before 1.5 weeks went by. The second set, different tech, and a nail broke opening a ziploc bag. I've never struggled with broken nails before, I get fill ins every 2 weeks and I'm a SAHW who works from a computer part time, I don't do any heavy lifting so there's really no reason I should have had so many broken nails. The 2 pedicures were okay, the first one I got the woman really dug into my nail bed and it hurt pretty badly. The second one was fine, she just had to service another customer for 20 minutes during my pedicure so it took a lot longer than it should have. I normally don't come back after a bad experience, but I made an exception because the staff is really nice, but now I will definitely not be back unfortunately.

I tend to keep it simple with one color, but she can do complex nail techniques and nail art if that's your preference. She uses high quality products and I can see and feel the difference. Charming Nail Shop is located on the second floor, and there are two seats to wait at inside if she's finishing up with previous clients! You can pick a color while you wait - her variety is pretty extensive, and she recommended me to try a polish with "diamond finish" that truly held up flawlessly for almost three weeks, and is still holding up strong as I grew out my nails for the next three months lol.
