I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location. I placed an order online and arrived to pick it up around 8 PM, only to find the doors already locked--despite the posted hours clearly stating the restaurant is open until 9 PM. When I called customer service, I was told the hours were indeed until 9. After waiting, someone finally let me in, and I was informed by staff that they had closed the doors early simply because they were out of dinner rolls. When I questioned this further, I was then told the reason was that they had run out of chicken--yet, I was handed my full 12-piece order and witnessed other customers receiving their orders as well, even being given extra chicken in place of the rolls. Clearly, there was food available, and yet customers were being denied entry for nearly an hour before closing time. This is unacceptable, especially for a brand-new location. Customers should never feel as though employees are trying to close early at the expense of service. The lack of professionalism and inconsistent explanations from the staff created an incredibly poor experience and left me very dissatisfied. read more

Ordered my food on the drive through and was directed to park in-front of the restaurant and was told they will bring my food out to me, waited over 30 minutes in the car and got frustrated, and went inside, asked about my order and turns out it was just sitting there the whole time and nobody was bringing it out. The girl taking the order was not familiar with the menu and made a few mistakes. Before paying I asked would the price be reduce since they did not have breast and wing. She stated yes. However, I was charged the same price. Manger came and stated that is how the company priced their items. Their drive thru speaker was not great because the cashier couldn't hear very well. However, when we got to the window customer service was still not that great. Had to ask cashier to repeat the order twice. Will not be returning to this location. It's overprice for what you get and the manger never apologized just acted like "oh well" Just know this location does not have breast or wings. So this place was newly added to our Jurupa Valley community. I've passed by it several times since opening but I always thought the prices were rather high. Today, I thought we'll let me try it and let me support the new added stores and restaurants in my community. The chicken was decent but was just a little dry, I walked for my French fries to be lightly cooked and even though I had to drive around to the front to wait for my food, the French fries were hard and cold. The macaroni had no flavor at all, cheese and pasta, the beans however were really good. I will say, I expected more for the price of an 8pm family meal. Went there to try out this place. So i ordered 4 pieces chicken combo. It comes in 4 pieces chicken 2 sides and dinner rolls or tortillas. Doesn't come with drinks tho. Since this is our first time there, we want to try the fried chicken and the grilled chicken so I asked for half-and-half. And for the sides We had fries and mac & cheese and dinner rolls. So, the fried chicken is good. Well marinated and juicy. But the grilled was horrible. It was so dry and lacked of flavor on the inside. So we ended up just eating the fried chicken and bring home the grilled chicken for my dog cause I don't want to waste it. The mac n cheese was pretty good. Didn't expect it was gonna be good but it did. And fries were dry. Their fries is the skinny cut. How can you mess up frying fries but unfortunately it was a disappointment. Dinner roll was just ok. Finally tried this location, I had pollo campero before at their south gate location but that was many many years ago but I remember it being really good. This location did not disappoint though I was missing one of my sides from the 12 PCs family meal with 3 sides I ordered but chicken was moist, juicy and crispy good. Hubby and I recently ate at the Jurupa Valley location, being just a few months after it opened hoping the food would be as good as it looks in the menu pics. We were massively wrong. The food looks nothing like the pics on the menu. Fries came out cold, I had to go back and ask for fresh ones. My chicken sandwich is 1/2 the size in the pic and came out barely luke warm. My husband ordered the cole slaw and that came out room temperature. We paid over $30 for this meal, I wouldn't say it was even worth half that. I left a review on their website. I heard back from mgmt asking me to contact them regarding the review. I tried within an hour of their message. The manager had already gone home. I tried the next day 4 times and the restaurant never picked up their phone. I'm not going to chase down a restaurant to tell them why they're not going to succeed because they are doing a good job of that on their own. read more
