With gas prices being high, it didn't make sense for me to drive another 30 minutes round trip for about $8 worth of food. I explained that I wasn't trying to get free food--if someone were trying to scam a restaurant, it certainly wouldn't be over such a small amount. I was simply asking for a refund for the items I didn't receive. Mistakes happen, but the situation was handled in an unprofessional way.
