Many of them had not been and only a couple had heard of it. It's a family owned single location. We found it while camping at the Launch Point RV Park located nearby. I tried the birria and the brisket but the highlight for me is the Carne Asada. It's great in the tacos, burritos, and especially on their french fries. Something about the cut of meat that they use or the way that they prepare it is different from most places and really flavorful. They have a really good assortment of sauces and the staff was super friendly. We went here three times in three days because it was that good. I highly recommend you check it out and I hope you have as good experience as I do because I've been craving these ever since I left!

On top of that, right after they took that one order, she looked at me again and then called out, "I'm going on my break!" ‍ She looked at me again and then walked off, so I got even closer to the counter, having another cashier look at me and one of the chefs look at me. No one saying anything. After another minute, finally, someone approached me. I said that I'm pretty sure that's my order and she confirmed it. I should have checked it before leaving. My child's meal was missing macaroni salad, which I specifically asked for and the cashier repeated it, and had it on my receipt. We got home, no mac salad. Cue sad music. So guess who didn't get to have mac salad? Me...I was craving it, the entire reason I went there. And what made matters worse, the crispy shrimp was overcooked, so I traded one of my white fish filets for the overcooked shrimp. And the filet I had left, cold in the middle! Ugh...I don't plan on coming back to this location again. It was all just a huge disappointment. At least we got a stitch bag, so that was the win of the day. ‍ It just felt like they didn't really care to be there. I mean, when I was getting some katsu sauce, the cashier was cleaning the counter and kind of just swiped everything quickly, having them hit the wall and then the back of the sauce dispensers. I can give grace for people having a bad day, but I've worked customer service before too, be a professional and be upset on your break. Don't have that kind of attitude at work.

Unfortunately, my experiences at this particular location have been consistently disappointing. I live within walking distance of this restaurant, and nearly every visit has involved some type of issue -- either my order is prepared incorrectly or the shake machine is unavailable. Most notably, the shake machine has reportedly been "down" during my last three consecutive visits, which has become increasingly frustrating. What makes this especially disappointing is that In-N-Out has built such a strong reputation for excellent service, attentive staff, and operational consistency. Sadly, this location has not reflected those standards in my experience. And I hate to say this but, its the demographics of this location. I say this eith the upmost respect but its TRUE. At this point, I have chosen to drive approximately 30 minutes to the Menifee location instead, simply because I no longer feel confident visiting this one. I truly hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works toward improving the reliability and overall experience at this location.
