I'm a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings' mango habanero flavor, but I know it's been too spicy for my son. To my surprise, the whole family ended up loving this version! This particular store was very clean and spacious. It's kept clean inside and outside. They do have a drive thru if you rather not go inside. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. The counter has computers to place orders but there is someone there to assist you if you need help. I got my food quickly and it was hot. I ordered the two crunchy chicken tacos meal. The taco shell is definitely different from the last time I've had them, so I'm not sure if they changed it but it's still crunchy. Also, the chips seem thicker than before. This is the worst pollo ever. They never ever ever get an order right ever. When we order they ask us to repeat our order because they are multi-tasking and forget what to enter in the computer always. One time they forgot my pollo bowl so they gave me a free one next time I came. When I came the manager tried to deny my bowl because they didn't have documentation even though I brought my receipt with the name of the manager I spoke to on it. This experience was very disappointing. I went into the drive thru at 6:54 as the only car and ordered a 16 piece family meal and didn't receive my food or even have a person come to the window until 7:10. While sitting there, we could see a bag with our food in it by 7:00; however, this wasn't even the worst part. We saw workers handling food without gloves and when handed our food, there was no asking if we needed anything else, no question of wanting a receipt, no acknowledgement for almost 20 minutes, and nothing was said when handed food: they just shut the window. 1/5 stars service for a location me and my family really loved. read more

Did I get a bad batch? Well, I poured some avocado sauce on it to salvage this bland chicken but it was just as tasteless as the chicken. It's been about 5 years since I've had Pollo Loco and oh boy things have changed. The one star is for their rice. That was semi good. The girl I spoke to said she was the maneger and had know way to do that unless I come in. She also poinded at doordash for the mistake.
