They're horchata is amazing! It wasn't too cinnamony and was just sweet enough. The chicken here is super juicy. The fries container is similar to what you would get an apple pie in from other fast food places. The mac and cheese was okay. The service was quick and friendly. I got a flyer in the mail for a free 4-Piece meal so I decided to come over and buy a chicken sandwich to try as well. It was way too much food for me so thankfully my husband finished it but I'm glad I tried it. Inside was clean and looked nice.

This was my first time trying Pollo Campero. Right off the bat, the staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. The manager even made a point to personally welcome each guest, which gave the experience a warm, personal touch. I ordered the grilled leg and thigh, and the chicken did not disappoint. It was surprisingly juicy and bursting with citrusy flavor. For my side, I chose the sweet plantains--perfectly cooked and just the right amount of sweetness. The meal also came with a fresh-baked chocolate chip cookie and a drink. Speaking of drinks, it's not just the usual fountain soda lineup here. They offer fresh teas and horchata, which was a nice surprise. If you're looking for a quick, flavorful meal that breaks out of the typical fast food routine, I definitely recommend giving this place a try.

My husband kept bragging about this place and one time he got take out and i tried it thought it was good; we finally got the chance to stop by and the chicken was even better fresh! It was very tasty very moist lots of flavors. My daughter had the macaroni and it was pretty good. They have their own sauce which I wasn't a big fan of because it tasted like pickles but it was so much better with chalula, really wish they had Pica mas!! I also really liked their aguas The horchata was good but it tasted a bit watered down. My favorite agua was the mango it was super delicious!! I loved the service everyone was super friendly the guy that took our order was super nice Muchas Gracias!! They have great seating lots of tables. Will definitely be back soon

I hadn't been to a fast food chicken spot in a long time, so I was excited to try Pollo Campero for the first time, and I'm so glad I did! I ordered the 2-piece fried chicken with a side of mac & cheese and a dinner roll. We went for a late lunch/early dinner around 4 pm, which turned out to be perfect timing since we beat the crowd. The food was delicious! I usually expect fried chicken to be a little oily, but this wasn't at all! It was crispy and flavorful. I also tried the fresh mango drink, which had a peach-nectarine undertone... sooo good! They do have a drive-thru, but we chose to dine in. The restaurant was very clean, and the cashier was super helpful and friendly while going over all my options. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our meal. I'll definitely be back!

I'm currently injured with a possible fracture, so I decided to use the drive-through instead of going inside. The employee taking my order kept asking me to speak louder and louder so he could hear me. When I got to the window and paid, he told me to wait for my empanada at the stop sign instead of the window so he could hand out other orders. By the way, the drive-through is one-way. While I was waiting at the stop sign, cars started honking at me, so I had to move and eventually go inside to get my empanada. It was extremely unprofessional. I explained what happened, and instead of apologizing--especially since it's visibly clear I'm injured--he argued with me and walked away. I've been coming here since the restaurant first opened and used to recommend Pollo Campero, but the service and quality have gone downhill. The chicken was overly salty, and the bread was cold. The only thing I enjoyed were the plantains. The ambiance inside also feels unwelcoming and chaotic lately--it used to feel warm and family-friendly, but now it's noisy and disorganized.

Nice clean restaurant. The staff here is very friendly. The chicken tasted good. Nice mix of flavors. I ordered the fried chicken. It had a very nice crispy skin.

We stopped here for lunch after a trip to the mall. The building was very clean and well lit. The staff was very nice. The chicken was excellent my new favorite fast food fried chicken. The meat was perfect the skin excellent. My son had the nuggets which were also very good. The mac and cheese had some pepper on it so not his favorite but he's only 5 i tried it and enjoyed it. Don't get the regular fries and just get the yucca ones they were better. The empanada was so good though. I would defenatly go again.

I treated my coworkers to lunch and thought this would be a great option. Inside is very spacious and can seat large groups if needed, we went around lunch time and it was really busy, we waited for over 30mins for our food, the staff was really nice and professional and provided updates throughout. They also offered us some cookies and flan so it made the wait bearable. Ordered: Two piece White meat, fries and sweet Plantains. The chicken was seasoned all the way through, crunch on the outside and moist on the inside. The fries was cold so I didn't enjoy those, but the plantains are really good. I loved the food though the wait time was long the staff was awesome!

This place is like a sick joke... I went to grab food here on a Sunday night excited to try the place out. I walked in to get food and two of the workers were doing construction work. I wait about 15 mins before they decide to put down the tools and come take my order. They did not wash their hands after doing the construction and took my order. They grabbed the drink cup with their dirty hands full of dry wall dust and handed to me. I could see that they had fresh chicken cooking in the back and instead of giving me that I saw them reach to the back of the chicken box and gave me the smallest and driest chicken possible. It was not worth the 25$ I spent. Avoid this chain like the plague. If I could give it a negative star I would.

The food has always been GREAT. The service and staff have always been great. They are not overly priced and they offer a good amount of food for what it is you are paying for. Flavor profiles are great. I am creature of habit, so I get my usuals when I order here. Among those usuals include the yuca fries, beef empanadas, guava and cheese empanada (when I want something sweet), the plantains, the tostadas, and I also enjoy their bowls. I've never had their burgers or some of their other platters, but I know those that have and they have yet to be disappointed. Being that Super Rico is located on the ground level of the parking garage my job uses, it is a restaurant I frequent. They are pretty quaint inside with limited seating, but they do have a good amount of outdoor seating with covered umbrellas. So, as long as the summer rain isn't too heavy, it is usually quite nice sitting outside to eat. They will also set up screens outdoors when there are major games, like they did for the World Cup. So, if you're ever looking for a spot to watch sports, they definitely do accommodate.

The ambiance and the warmth of the staff took me back to the Caribbean--it definitely felt like home. Their menu features a Latin-Asian fusion, and I loved every second of it. We started with the Krab Salad. It was incredibly fresh, topped with avocado, and the perfect way to open my appetite for a sushi night. Next were the Pork Fried Gyoza, served with a sticky, glossy sauce that has just the right amount of kick. They were so good, you won't be able to put your chopsticks down. The Escobar Roll combines shrimp tempura and churrasco--the best of both worlds. It's topped with sweet plantains, chimichurri sauce, eel sauce, and spicy mayo. I had my doubts about all those flavors working together, but I have no idea how they perfected that combination--they absolutely did. The Mar y Tierra Roll was recommended by our waiter, and I highly recommend ordering it in tempura. It gives the roll a completely different texture, and it's absolutely amazing. The Pollo Loco Roll is topped with sweet plantains and teriyaki sauce. It's simple, yet packed with flavor. We finished it all off with a crème brûlée. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd be enjoying one at a sushi restaurant, but it was the perfect ending to an incredible meal. If you're looking for creative sushi, unique Latin-inspired flavors, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that makes you feel like family, The Escobar Kitchen is definitely worth the visit.

I believe it may have been the Havana Ballroom. There was plenty of food, drinks, and mingling. The Cuba Libre Restaurant staff were great, and the venue was well laid out and worked for this event very well. When we arrived around 6:30 PM on a Saturday evening for our event, we first mingled around the tables and near the cash bar. There were a bunch of large tables that we began to fill out. As our program began and announces made and awards given out, appetizers were passed out. We were offered Guacamole Cubano, Mama Amelia's Empanadas, and Shrimp Cocktail which we passed around to the entire table. Personally, I skipped the guacamole and shrimp dishes but absolutely loved the empanadas. Yum! Then, an individual Cuban House Salad was passed out with red wine vinaigrette. This was also quite tasty. Next came the entrees including a choice of Salmon Paradiso, Ropa Vieja, Citrus Chicken, or Paella Vegetariana. I was trying to decide between the Ropa Vieja (beef brisket) and the Citrus Chicken. While the Citrus Chicken sounded perfect, I asked the serving staff their advice, and they recommended the Ropa Vieja for a true taste of Cuba. I was happy that I did even though it may have been more heavy and with a kick than I was expecting. I'm still glad I ordered it though. It was wonderfully prepared! And then, everyone received Cuban Flan for dessert. The Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar celebrates Cuban heritage and explores Cuban flavors, music, art, and traditions. The mission of the restaurant is to provide an "escape" to Havana through exciting food and beverages and entertainment experiences to celebrate the Cuban people and their culture. Orlando hosts one of several of this restaurant around the United States. This restaurant is in the midst of the Pointe Orlando. You can find details on their website: https://cubalibrerestaurant.com/en/orlando. You can find menus, entertainment, blogs, make reservations, specials, and more. The Cuba Libre Restaurant is open for brunch on weekends from 12 PM to 4 PM, for dinner Monday through Thursday from 5 PM to 10 PM, Friday from 5 PM to 10:30 PM, Saturday from 4 PM to 10:30 PM, and Sunday from 4 PM to 10 PM. Happy Hour is at the bar and bar tables on weekdays from 5 PM to 6 PM and weekends from 4 PM to 6 PM. They have a special Chef's Tasting menu during dinner. They also host weekend nightlife and shows on Fridays with a live band from 7:30 PM to 12:15 AM and a DJ and dancing from 10 PM to 2 AM on both Fridays and Saturdays. It was certainly a great event and a fun place to be!

My partner's red snapper was NOT a red snapper. It was something else and extremely oily. It had no flavor. I think they should really take it off the menu if they're trying to disguise a porgy or some other fish as red snapper. The only thing I enjoyed was my sauvignon blanc and the bread.
