The attendant "beatriz" was excellent. The workers are not the problem; It's the food that it's horrible. Yes, I agree there should be changes, but to better the product. Definitely a first with this one but we ordered two baked potatoes with carne asada and both were given as just chunks of potatoes, no skin or anything. Obviously the skin isn't the main deal but I just don't understand why? It seems like they scraped the potato out of the skin into the foil but why? Is skin too expensive to include now? Found a glove in my nachos tonight after ordering from the drive through at the S. Carrier location in Grand Prairie, how disgusting. Called to complain asked to speak to a manager i was put on hold and the manager refused to come to the phone. I was at a location in Dallas about a month ago and I had the best loaded potato I've ever had in my entire life have been dreaming about returning. Walked to this location and there were about three or four ladies standing around talking about non-work related issues. Waited a very long time before they even took my order. it took so long to get my food that I actually thought they had forgot about me. I ordered the chicken this time with my loaded potato because I couldn't afford the carne asada this time. To this day, you cannot convince me that there was any chicken in that plate. I sat there digging through the plate looking for something that resembled chicken. Kept. biting something tough that I hope to God was the chicken Cartlidge. To add insult to injury I'm sitting there, struggling through the meal and the gentleman cleaning the floors comes behind me, banging my chair with the broom as he was attempting to sweep the table behind me. I finally moved and apologized to him using comedy as a way to deal with my anger and frustration. Finally looked at the dates of some of the reviews and noticed they were 3 and 4 years ago. I picked up a couple of carne asada torta (Mexican sandwich) plates for dinner tonight for my hubby and I. We decided to give them a second try despite some of the reviews (first time, about one month ago, we had quesadillas which were delicious). The torta contained beef fajita, refried beans, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, and mayonnaise. Wish it would have had a little more meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado. It also came with yummy, crispy fries and a tasty green, creamy mild salsa. The food was hot, tasty, and so good! I would go back to try more items on the menu! read more

Bottom line, the food was gross and not prepared fresh. I ordered the #12 Burrito with chicken, but was convinced by the cashier to get the steak because it had more flavor and tasted better. This being my first time to eat here, I went with it. Upon inspection of my burrito, after arriving home from the 5 minute drive, it appeared to be "left over" or reheated. The tortilla had the texture and quality of having sat overnight. I took a shot at eating it and it indeed tasted like leftovers. It was truly gross and I threw it out. This one just opened near us and I was excited about it, so I told my parents they should check it out. Here's their text when I asked them what they thought... "Not impressed.
