Lots of hate for Pollo. I got take-out a couple of times in recent weeks and for the most part, everything was fine. We did the drive-thru and the staff were friendly and reminded us of the sauces and asked if we wanted them. We got the whole chicken family combo whatever and each time, we got everything we ordered. We also got fried yucca. While the food is not the greatest ever made, feeding a family for $25-30 is fair trade. I usually dont feel the need to give a fast food chain a review since it's just fast food but this place lacks customer service so bad that it sometimes stops me from going back. I do gotta give it to them on the food, it's always fresh and hot but the employees are so so rude that it's just such a turnoff. Lines are always long but they actually move pretty fast.
