So, as long as the summer rain isn't too heavy, it is usually quite nice sitting outside to eat. They will also set up screens outdoors when there are major games, like they did for the World Cup. So I am not exactly sure how you can have so many different experiences with this company. But since there's no way to report the garbage service, I assume that's why they never get better and nobody ever checks Yelp reviews. So I have to update a bad review that I had at this location and say that I appreciate the African-American gentleman or young gentleman that was working the counter or drive-through counter about five minutes ago. 120 PM. Super pleasant gentleman with good customer service skills who really needs to go over to the international drive location by Deezer and teach them how to run that store. Both at the counter and probably train their management as well, since he is the epitome of customer service. I was extremely hesitant to come to this location, seeing as a bad experience I've had in the past that nobody ever followed up on, and then a recent bad experience at the international drive location where I had to sit and wait for food that never showed up. I hope you're able to recognize this young man and give him the credit he deserves because there's not many people like that these days, especially in his age bracket. read more

I am a Doordarshan delivery driver and pick up at this location. Nobody ever acknowledges that people are there, they basically ignore you. I had to say really loud that I'm picking up an order for a specific name and the guy looked at me said, just a moment. 5 minutes later I repeated myself and said that be again and another person saw a bag, which I already knew was the one for me customer and she gave it to me. People there are rude and simply don't ware. The same happens at the new International store. I will never go there again read more
