    Octopus Salad

I had a lovely dinner with my sisters for an early Mother's Day treat. Overall the food was really good 8 out of 10, the octopus appetizer was on point, oysters were delicious. Chicken was cooked perfectly. I felt a little rushed to place the order as our waiter seem impatient with us. For the amount of money we spent and didn't feel our waiter deserved 20% but we still tipped 20% bc the other staff where helpful. The lady who was busing the tables were super kind, nice and prompt. We made last minute reservations and was lucky to get in within 30-45 min. Thankful they were able to accommodate us. I would come back when I'm in town but will definitely remember the waiter and will request another waiter.

Amazing food with great services, the restaurant hided somewhere in the deep and feels like an Southeastern Asia venue. The seafood was so freshly and cleaned, especially the smaller raw oysters from the blue point. The red snapper fish was tender and sweet. We also ordered angry lobster by pounds. Everything was fabulous including the side dishes. The drink no matter rose, champagne or the martini, the one with coffee beans made it so special and tasted so good. Highly recommended. We will come back for sure!

Located on a pretty desolate street. I have been here a few times. Food and service are always great. This time we were seated upstairs. The bar area was pretty occupied. We started with some drinks. They give a nice bread basket, and eggplant carponata. Nice and tasty. We had oysters from their specials. We enjoyed a 1/2 Order of linguine white clam sauce, and we shakers the Chicken Milanese with the truffle sauce. Everything was out of this world!!

Absolutely fabulous! Could not find a better restaurant if I tried...service is impeccable. Wouldn't want to eat anywhere else!! Yours truly, Erin

It's one of our must go places when we visit Greenwich. Staff and food are top draw. Reservations are a must, is always a good indicator.

The reviews are on spot. The host was not particularly friendly and the service was slow. Food was ok but a bit expensive.

We had lunch here today. The food was expensive and pedestrian and the service was awful. Don't waste your money.

The food was tasty, the service was friendly and I left feeling like I actually had something positive to say about the area (for once). The special Pan Fried Oysters were the perfect garlicky and tomato-y start to take the edge off our rumbling stomachs. My main was the deeply satisfying Sweet & Spicy Arrabbiata, which came loaded with plump shrimp, juicy mussels and chewy calamari, over lots of al dente rigatoni with fresh basil. Exactly what I want to be enjoying on a warm, summer day. The special Clams and Chorizo in Wine Broth was equally satisfying, with lots of clams for what was billed as a brunch appetizer. Prices were at Manhattan level, but with bigger portions, so there wasn't as much sticker shock. I don't see myself donning a pearl necklace or tying a J-Crew cardigan around my shoulders anytime soon, so I probably won't go out of my way to intentionally visit Greenwich again--but if I do accidentally wind up there again, I know where I'll be brunching.

Our server was very friendly and attentive, and both the drinks and food came out quickly since the kitchen wasn't too busy. We ordered several appetizers to share, and my favorite was the grilled octopus--it was perfectly seasoned and incredibly tender. For my entrée, I had the shrimp risotto, which was nicely flavored and very satisfying. We also ordered a variety of desserts to share, and I liked the churro bowl the best. Overall, the drinks were strong and the food was delicious. Would definitely come back!

Amazing place to get dinner in Greenwich Avenue!…read more My favorite appetizers were the mezze plate and the burrata toast. The mezze plate came with small bowls of hummus, baba ghanoush, tzatziki, and roasted pepper dip, as well as pieces of pita, cucumber, carrots, celery, and olives. All the dips were delicious. The burrata toast had roasted squash, apples, maple walnuts, pomegranate seeds, a little bit of greens, and a balsamic glaze. I'm a burrata lover, and it's usually served with tomatoes, but I loved this unique blend of ingredients. For my main dish, I had the Maine lobster roll. This was served cold, with mayo, on a potato roll, with a side salad. The portions were huge and the lobster was so good. For dessert, I tried the skillet chocolate chip cookie, the chocolate lava cake, and the pavlova. Everyone at my table agreed that the chocolate chip cookie was the best dessert. It's served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzled with chocolate syrup. In one word, heavenly. For drinks, I had a yummy lychee martini. My dad had wine, and he asked me to add to my review that he thought the wine markup was very reasonable. It's a beautiful restaurant, and service was great. Highly recommend stopping here for dinner.

Light, crispy, and not greasy at all. The fried peppers added a wonderful kick that complemented it beautifully. The wild cod was cooked perfectly, and the sauce was absolutely outstanding. We also enjoyed the day boat sea scallops, which were imported from Japan and incredibly fresh and delicious. The risotto that accompanied them was exceptionally well balanced. The skirt steak and fries were fantastic. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, while the fries were crisp and satisfying. We also loved the Taiwanese tea it was milky and aromatic. To finish we had the pistachio cheesecake and the chocolate mousse. Both desserts were beautifully executed and not overly sweet, which we really appreciated. The cream was especially light and fluffy. Honestly, everything we had was excellent. The quality of the ingredients, the cooking, and the attention to balance and flavor were impressive throughout the meal. The servers were very polite and attentive. I thought it was an order at the counter and then find a seat restaurant so I was disappointed when they said there were reservations and they couldn't accommodate our party of two. When I had looked on the website, there was no place to make a reservation so I was surprised by this. I wish it had been more clear. Additionally, there was a sign to inform customers that the prices on the menu would be higher due to increased costs. The staff was friendly and asked if we wanted to order takeout instead- which we did. However, one of the reasons I chose this place was because I thought it was a casual counter style restaurant, that would have lower prices. I do realize seafood is expensive, but I would've chosen a seafood restaurant that would allow us to sit down. We ordered lobster rolls Connecticut style. They were fantastic and crabcakes, which were full of crab. The food was 5 stars but the lack of info about reservations coupled with the increased prices is 3 stars so I am settling on 4 stars. This restaurant is good as long as you know to make reservations and expect higher prices.
