Empanadas, Pencil shavings with broccolini, dry cornbread and patas bravas.

Came for a girls afternoon. Hotel is nice. Great decor. To start off the drinks were served after the appetizers. Appetizers were not it. A lot of dryness and lack of flavor. And overpriced. Drinks same thing lack of taste, nothing magical about them. The staff is really nice. It's unfortunate that the food and drinks are not at same standards as the staff.

Don't go for breakfast unless you have 2 hours to waste. So slow and service completely ignores you for the most part.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was outstanding, especially Kelly. She was incredibly patient, took the time to explain the menu and dishes, and even surprised us with a complimentary dessert at the end of our meal. We're in town for another week, and we'll definitely be stopping by again before we leave. The food was exceptional, everything we ordered was delicious, and there wasn't a single dish that disappointed. The drinks were also fantastic and very reasonably priced, especially compared to what we're used to back home in Miami. We travel to Atlanta frequently, and this restaurant has officially earned a spot on our "must-visit" list. Highly recommended!

I thought it was interesting that they serve two different types of tortilla chips. I definitely preferred the ones that came with the guacamole--you could tell they were freshly made in-house. We ordered several appetizers to share. The pork belly was cooked perfectly, and the Thai chicken skewers were excellent. The peanut sauce was packed with flavor and kept us coming back for more. The Korean beef tacos were absolutely delicious--we could have eaten several more! Last, I ordered a carnitas taco and shared it with my husband. It also delivered a big punch of flavor. The service was great. There was a female busser who was incredibly attentive and on top of everything. Having that level of support in a busy restaurant is priceless. We will definitely be back!

We started with crispy potatoes in a tomato sauce. The potatoes were not crispy at all, and the sauce made them soggy. Next, we ordered shrimp in a garlic butter sauce. The shrimp were extremely bland, but the sauce was tasty. Since we don't eat much meat, it was tricky to choose a tapas without meat. The cheese board wasn't great too! Overall, I didn't enjoy my meal and probably won't return. Nothing memorable happened, and I didn't feel like I had a great time.

The food was spotty- the hits were the Spanish tortillas- (maybe the best I've ever had), the Brussel sprouts, and the churros - all great. The bad- anything with seafood- and this is where the purchasing comes in- the paella- great rice- cheap, frozen seafood. The Gambas Al ajillo - tastes good but the frozen peeled and deveined u-25 shrimp from Kroger were just sad. Calamari were disappointing. - I just think they're buying cheap seafood. There were other misses- the patatas bavas were undercooked and not crispy and the sauce had no hint of paprika or chili - (there's no excuse- it's fried potatoes! ) and everything needed salt. For dessert- again the churros were great! But the chocolate basque cheesecake was bitter on bitter- did anyone try that and think- "yes! This is great!" - it wasn't. The top should be dark with some black patches, not burned to a charcoal. Could I have ordered in a way that didn't let the kitchen shine? Sure. And Tapas is difficult- lots of dishes. But the ingredients need to be great- simple and elevated.

We sat on the enclosed patio area which is a gorgeous part of the restaurant with lots of natural lighting. She also helped us choose a menu for the evening that helped us decide what we wanted for our event. Everything was fantastic but the standouts were the pulpo, salmon, and peppers for the tapas. I also had the classic and grapefruit gin and tonics and they were delicious and worth the money. Service was very kind and attentive. For their happy hour, you have to sit at the bar or at high tops, which was fine for my party of 2. Cool ambiance. My one complaint is the $16 burger which was good, but pricey for a happy hour "deal" and didn't come with fries. Overall: nice upscale spot for drinks and small bites during happy hour, some items are not worth the price (like the burger) but everything tastes great and high quality.

Yum YUMMYY! I really…read moredon't know where to start but I absolutely love Buena Vida! I guess thats a great place :) location, Location, LOCATION! I admire that area of Buena Vida. All the entertainment is right there in front of you. You're just steps away from the belt line. If you like to people watch, this is for you! They have outdoor seating. A fire pit. Local spots that has live music and you can tend to hear from the patio. This is by far one of my favorite spots in the Ponce area. Let's start with the service. The service is absolutely amazing. I've never had an issue here. Got my food promptly. Always been helpful when conflicted on food options. The service here is 10 out of 10. Phemonenal customer Service, make you feel welcome. Feels like a small community of people, everyone I encoutered were super sweet from servers to bartenders. Treated me like family and I love establishments like that you can get my money ANY day! I'd like to highlight someone special: Alyssa is truly exceptional. She served as my bartender on my latest visit, and I can't say enough good things about her. I look forward to coming in whenever she's working. She's genuine, fun, and her positive energy is a gem. Turning to the cuisine, I have visited the establishment before, and the food is truly exceptional. Two standout appetizers are the Gambas al Ajillo and the garlic-forward, succulent shrimp; the accompanying bread is full of flavor and serves as an excellent introduction to the meal. The Patatas Bravas also deserve special mention--the garlic aioli, chef kiss. As a pescatarian, which is evident in many of my reviews, I cannot comment on the meat options. Nevertheless, there is a noteworthy selection of vegan and gluten-free dishes available. I sampled the Spanish grilled cheese with truffle and garlic aioli--being a fan of garlic, the generous use here was particularly appealing. This reinterpretation of a childhood favorite significantly elevated the dish. Another highlight was the scallops. Although the dish included corn (which I generally avoid), I found it delicious, nonetheless. The scallops were cooked to perfection and infused with rich flavors. The chef demonstrates considerable expertise in crafting these recipes, and I have no complaints regarding my dining experience. Now, a few of my favorite drinks--though everyone might not share the same tastes. When I visit a Spanish-style restaurant, I have my go-to options. One of my favorites is the passionfruit margarita; it's so delicious, it feels like you're on an island. Of course, my all-time favorite is the strawberry margarita--so good and flavorful. It has just the right balance of not too much lime, with a subtle hint of mint--who knew we needed that? Another top pick is the 'Dragon on Vacation.' I usually avoid spicy drinks, so I had the habanero removed, but it's still the perfect blend of dragon fruit flavor in a margarita--so good. I also love a good Paloma; I appreciate its little kick. Overall, I have no complaints about these drinks!

It's always a good time when we meet up with my friends cause the conversation and fellowship is always so sweet, however this time I'd say it was somewhat interrupted. The live music/saxophonist is nice however, it's overbearing. There's a soundtrack playing in the background in addition to the saxophonist and honestly it's just too much. There was always someone yelling over another and we had to continuously ask someone to repeat themselves. They do half off bottles of wine on Wednesdays and that might've been the one thing I enjoyed. As for the food, it was also subpar. I ordered the CRISPY PIMENTON CHICKEN which was essentially a fried chicken with hot honey sauce and that was enjoyable. The caprese salad was good but my tomato's were a bit mushy. I also enjoyed a few of the potatoes brava as well but they weren't anything spectacular. My friends said the steak tasted burnt and needed less charring. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cute as there is indoor and outdoor seating but honestly, I'm not that eager to go back.

My date loved the empanada and the bravas and skewers were incredible. The only thing we didn't like was the brussel sprouts. They barely had any flavor at all and seemed undercooked. The drinks were also STRONG so watch out for what you get. Loved that they have indoor and outdoor seating, and they had space for bigger parties. They also have a way to split the bill at the end which is always AMAZING! Overall except for the really bland brussels, spectacular spot!

Seeing this relatively new restaurant open up at PCM excited me as they were offering Spanish-style chicken. Not sure if it they rotisserie style or baked but either way it's very flavorful. The first time I went they were offering a lunch special of a quarter chicken and fries. It was awesome and their fries are different from your typical style as these are crispy, yet fluffy wedges. The second time I visited, they were no longer offering that special so I settled for a chicken sandwich which was very good. The sandwich is on focaccia which is my favorite type of bread. It's definitely worth trying amongst the sea of options at Ponce City Market.
