Family and I happened to be in the area and were hungry for cheesesteaks. We were not disappointed! Restaurant was quiet and very clean. Service was fast and prices were fair. We had mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and then each had a cheesesteak with sauce and onions. The sandwiches were large and fully filled with meat; comes with a side of fries (which are very good). Since they have taken on new management or possibly sold to new owners I think things are better here. The sauce used to be like runny marinara and the wait staff was kind of nasty. My husband and I decided to try this local Italian hot spot. We were disappointed after 5 minutes. We were not seated or welcomed. Menus were not offered I got them myself and my husband got his own ice tea. We opened the menu to see the price list to see prices compared to a place in the city. Not Pekasie!! The sandwiches were all over 9.00 dollars and an entree over 18.00. I think fries were 7.00. We decided to pay for the ice tea and return to our usual favorite friendly place in Dublin. Ate here about a year ago and it was great. Tonight the pizza was average. Hawaiian pizza was very wet - created a small puddle on the plate when drained and it was lukewarm when served (we ate there so it should have been hot). Service was really poor. Brought over plates for bread and olive oil then took them away. No idea what that was... when pizzas were delivered I went to ask for parmesan cheese but the waitress was gone - no do you need anything else. No check ins for refills. Then when we did get a refill- 3 cokes. She took all 3 cups and I knew that would not end well. No idea who's cup I got back but the straw was chewed up and i dont do that. Took long time to get check and pay. If it weren't for the nice young waitress who stepped up to take care of us I'd probably still be sitting there. read more

Ever since the new owners this place has gone downhill. The last 3 times we got takeout they have messed up our order. This last time we ordered two sandwiches and a side of fries and didn't realize till we got home that one of them was missing. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE!!!! If you want an Italian hoagie, do yourself a favor and just stop into Landis. Pomodorino's was terrible!! Regular ham, a sliver of cooked salami, and cheese. No spiciness. Absolutely bland. Not even a dash of oregano. When I called to express my disappointment they could not have been more apathetic. My husband gave his a try and was equally displeased so we decided to return them and get our money back so we could go somewhere else for lunch. Sounds simple enough, but when I got there I was told I can't get a refund because I ordered them online. They argued with me for 15 minutes about how they don't have the money because I used a third party system to pay and they don't see it till the end of the month. I'm sorry, but you'll just have to take the loss until then. I paid for a service that I am unhappy with and I want my money back! It's called doing good business!! I was even told at one point "I'm sorry you don't know what's on an Italian hoagie". Pomodorino told me they couldn't take that money out of the register & that I had to take it up with Menufy. Bologna! The email verification I received from Menufy said if I needed further assistance to contact Pomodorino Pizza. This is just a runaround they play with customers so they don't have to take any accountability. I dissected the tiny portion I cut off before returning the rest of the hoagies and searched high and low for the capicola they claimed was on there. I WAS a repeat customer. Not anymore. Stay away from here if you want your patronage to be appreciated by the company you are giving your money to. read more

This place had really good food and the atmosphere was clean and light. The major issue that we had was that we felt rushed through our entire meal. The waitress was literally clearing the table before we finished our meals and even collected our glasses with beverages still in them. It was a shame because we had tried it before and did not have a bad of an experience. The best part was that there was NO ONE in the restaurant! We are not talking about a line out the door and being rushed to get to more customers there were three tables with people and very small groups (maybe 2 or 3) and it was about 7:00pm on a Saturday. Stopped in for dinner based on a recommendation from another Restaurant Owner. The Pasta dishes were amazing. Having grown up in an Italian household, dining out for Italian is difficult, but the food was just like being at home with homemade pasta and sauce. From the Alfredo sauce to the Vodka sauce it is just like home cooking, and the service is like your part of the family, not to mention the byob option is great. Will definitely be back. read more

Figured I'd give them another chance and I'm mad I did. We ordered a Sicilian pizza and the crust was NOT fresh. Tasted like it was frozen or prepackaged. They plopped canned tomato purée on it. Then threw handfuls of a sub-par cheese on top. No seasoning but basil. Easily the worst pizza I've ever had. Wow, incredible. Went today with my parents after church, wasn't sure what to expect (had only read the reviews on here). Walked in to an empty restaurant but greeted right away with such a warm welcome from those working. Waitress was quick to get our order and super friendly. We were brought house-made rolls (phenomenal) and a dipping oil to go with. We ordered the buffalo cheddar poppers, which were good. Mom got the buffalo chicken panini, came with fries. It was too spicy for her but she kept commenting on how delicious it was. Dad got the chicken parmigiana, which was huge, and he wasn't very chatty which usually means he's busy eating (compared it to Luberto's). I got a large Stromboli and it did not disappoint. Almost two feet of taste bud indulging melt in your mouth deliciousness. I ate half of it and will have an amazing dinner as well. Prices are quite reasonable, and I'd venture to say cheap given to the portion sizes, quality, and taste. Highly recommend this new-to-town Italian restaurant. First time dining here at Pomodorino's. My husband and I were first greeted right away by the owner with a friendly hello and a big welcome. The hostess proceeds to ask where we would prefer to seat, which we thought was nice, usually when dining out you don't have a choice. I had the lobster ravioli in a pink vodka sauce which was out of this world, by far the best I have ever eaten. My husband got chicken with spinach panini and a bowl of cream of broccoli soup, said both were fantastic. Overall our server was quite attentive kept up on filling our drinks and removing our plates in a timely manner. All employees were friendly.
