    Delicious penne ala vodka.

Delicious food. Pizza is amazing. Nicole is an outstanding waitress who is super attentive and very nice. I'm from downstate NY and always enjoyed the old Joey's Pizza next to Jamesway/Ames. Glad that Pomodoros has kept their delicious pizza recipe all these years.

we arrived on a sunday afternoon to get some italian food. They have a special there for two dinners and appetizers for 39.99. I got the garlic chicken with penne and broccoli and my wife had the pasta with meatballs. Both dinners were delicious and we had to take the extra for another day. The waitress was quick to come over and take care of us.We also had soup and mozzarella sticks before our dinner.. Both soups were good.,I had the french onion and my wife had the pasta fagioli soup. We've eaten at several italian restaurants and they didn't compare to this one.

My partner and I always enjoy coming here for their lunch specials. Our bill came to a total of $35 dollars and we got a lot of food! We started off our meal with a nice salad, and again, it's a lot! Try the house vinagrete, it's delicious. You can't go wrong. Their bread is amazing too. Very garlicky and buttery. Our pasta were delicious too. Our waitress, Lisa, was wonderful. Very down to earth, polite, funny and most importantly, caring! When I asked her name she said "Lisa like pizza". Absolutely loved her!

    French onion soup; delicious!

I was a little skeptical about this spot, but thankfully we ended up here anyway! The French onion soup is phenomenal! The garlic chicken was great! They have an extensive menu all around. They have lots of entrees and desserts as well as beers, cocktails, and wines. I really liked this place. It's located in what seems to be a small shopping area, but it's so cute on the inside. If you're in the area I would definitely go here. Great service too. Our waitress Samantha was awesome and attentive. Very sweet girl. If I'm in the area I will definitely go back again! Good for groups, couples, or families.

Warm delicious pasta fagioli! Get this for sure! IG: karagariglioofficial

We were not disappointed. We were seated promptly by our lovely hostess, and Shaun immediately came over to recite specials and to take our orders. He was attentive and we knew we were in good hands! We started with the Dr. Fox Cocktail: Angostura bitters, Bulleit Rye, Apple Liqueur, Dry Curacao, and Sweet Vermouth, which was perfect. It was accompanied by a hummus trio to spread on the bread. There was also a delicious foccacio. Next we were served a perfect salad, delicately dressed, and what made the salad so delightful was that the lettuce was torn into manageable pieces. A pet peeve of mine is large lettuce leaves that are difficult to wrangle, and this was not the case here. There were also tiny bits of cauliflower that gave the salad a nice texture and crunch.  I had the Stuffed Artichoke and my husband had Shrimp Gamberi on an Arugula salad. Both were substantial and beautifully seasoned. We had two glasses of an Argentine Tomero Malbec. It was a generous pour. For the main course, I had Polla al Limone (Lemon Chicken) over spinach. A simple dish done well. My husband had the Halibut special, a classic Mediterranean baked halibut with tomatoes, capers, and olives. So good that he finished it all...a rarity for him. (The halibut was pricey and it would be appreciated if the price was mentioned when the specials were gone over. Perhaps we should have asked.) We finished with a Sorbetto al Lampone, a tart raspberry sorbet in a dark chocolate shell and sliced.  And as we left, our sweet hostess brought over Lucianno, the most adorable puppy, to send us off with puppy kisses! We definitely will be back...especially for the wild boar ragu over pappadelles. One nitpicking observation. The entrance to the restaurant was a tad shabby. We mistook it for the service entrance. It needs to be spruced up to match the superb food inside!

And idk what it is, it could be just the local folks don't got that much flavor in their taste buds and they the anti-City folk type so most of the businesses just lack in that field. With that said... this was a pretty decent Italian spot I will say WITH that consideration in mind. I did have the ravioli with slow cooked carne inside and that was delicious. My wife got the lasagna and... it was iiiitte. Family next to us were raving about it and like they were nice and we were being polite. But like let's be real here - it tasted like Stouffer's. Not that it's a knock, but at that point, you paying for the atmosphere. Which I will say the indoors is nice. You can have a nice date night or family outing here. There's a bar and plenty of parking. The service was on point and very accommodating with our new born. Who we were chopping it up with our waiter, and found out the owner's name is also the same as our kid so that was fun talking with them on. The garlic bread - idk if it's supposed to come cold, but it had like tomato sauce on it, it was like the complimentary bread with some extra shit on it. But I wasn't feeling that, but my inner Italian side just kept dipping it in my red, and it was all good. I'm glad we came here but probably won't be back if given the chance. But we looked around, and it seemed like to be the only viable Italian restaurant in the area so, if given under the same conditions, we would be back lol. I just went back and forth there like 3 times. Is that non-Ai enough of a review for you Yelp? After they flagged me for actually structuring and editing my reviews like in old school English class. Now yelp is promoting "Yelp Assistant" even though it's Ai. Gtfo here lmao

I also have to say -- I genuinely do not understand some of the comments saying the waitstaff were rude or uninviting. Every female waitress we encountered was beyond gorgeous, cheerful, smiling constantly, and so kind to both me and my older great aunt. We got so many sweet compliments throughout the day and everyone made us feel very welcome. Michelle behind the bar was especially lovely and pours a STRONG drink, which we appreciated Honestly, I'm surprised they weren't busier for Memorial Day weekend, although maybe the bigger crowd came earlier in the day. Food-wise, the appetizers and seafood specials were very satisfying and obviously fresh. We ordered the crab cakes, soft shell crab special, their clam special (half clam casino / half clam oreganata), and a Bloody Mary topped with what had to be 12 shrimp. The crab dishes especially were fantastic -- those crab cakes were PACKED with crab and tasted incredibly fresh. I do want to leave a couple honest criticisms though. I was not impressed with the mussels in white wine sauce, despite multiple waitresses recommending them. This is a dish I order frequently in NYC and Long Island, so maybe my standards are high, but the sauce was unusually sweet -- my great aunt noticed it immediately too. It almost tasted like a sweet white wine was used, which just doesn't work for this kind of dish. The wine either tasted low quality or maybe wasn't cooked off enough. One other thing that disappointed me: the drawn butter is definitely not real butter. It tasted like a vegetable oil-based substitute. For a seafood restaurant serving fresh crab and lobster, I really think real butter should be standard. That said, I would absolutely come back here for the vibes alone. Beautiful waterfront setting, friendly staff, strong drinks, and fresh seafood made for such a relaxing holiday afternoon.

We were sat at a large table on the huge patio, and it was good, even though the live music ended a bit early. Our server was lovely, her smile never faltering even when my mother insisted we sing for a birthday boy at the table. Personally, I want to eat seafood anytime I'm near the water, and this was no exception. We shared oysters (solid, but very pricey), baked clams (quite small, but tasty enough), sesame crusted ahi tuna (solid), a beet salad special (well balanced and one of the best things we had), and fish and chips for my kids (solid). In the future, I'll probably stick with starters because those were a better bet than the mains. We shared the Cod Mediterranean and the Honey Soy Glazed Salmon. Both dishes were undersized, underseasoned, and overcooked. That's a bad combination. If I have anything to say about it, and I usually don't, we'll be back for drinks and apps but forego the mains next time.

Our table was in the same room as the bar but next to the fireplace. The bar doesn't have actual seating - they have tables in front of it which is nice and keeps the intimate, moody quiet vibe. It definitely had a romantic vibe with the fire, the lighting and lots of flowers throughout hanging from the ceiling. My only complaint is that there was a table with kids who were pretty noisy in the beginning. Not exactly what I was expecting for my Valentine's Day dinner but that's what I get for an early dinner! The food was excellent overall. We had a sense of what we wanted but then the server came over and told us the specials which threw us for a loop! I was dead set on getting pasta because Feast & Floret is known for their homemade pasta but we ended up ordering a few different plates: Quail Special - This was my first time ever having quail. The plate came out with 2 whole birds and to say I wasn't nervous would be a lie. It was a little salty (not sure if maybe it should be) but tender and delicious. It came with creamed Kale and nuts. Chilled Beets with Mint - Weird having with a hot meal but still so good. Butternut Squash Arancini -- A must try. You can taste a hint of butternut squash. It wasn't too overpowering. Affogato - The simplest dessert on the menu but worth it. Regarding drinks, try their Honey Old Fashioned. I'm not a whiskey drinker but always try my girlfriend's drink when we go out. Their Honey Old Fashioned was so good that it made me want to order one for myself! Feast & Floret also sells their own honey. My girlfriend had to ask 3 times for a steak knife and we were constantly begging for basic items like drinks and ketchup. The predatory billing practices here are shocking: 20% Automatic Gratuity: ok, this is not unusual for large groups in many resistant, but clearly explained why the staff felt no need to actually serve and take care of us. 10% "Living Wage Fee": A mandatory tax on the customer because the owner refuses to pay their staff properly! From start to finish, everything about the day radiated warmth, care, and that unmistakable Woodstock charm. This big old tire lug even cried at one point (beautiful day). The Barn itself is stunning -- rustic beams and earthy textures balanced by soft, glowing light that makes every moment feel intimate. The space feels both elevated and welcoming, where guests instantly relax into the atmosphere. As a photographer, I loved how naturally light fell across the room, how every corner offered a backdrop of character and soul. The staff deserves endless praise, I must say. They were attentive, yet never intrusive, and moved with thoughtfulness. I watched glasses being filled before anyone noticed they were empty, plates delivered with genuine smiles, and small details handled with a level of care that made all the difference. And then there's the food -- it was out of this world. Every dish was crafted with love, pride, rooted in the flavors of the Hudson Valley and plated with artistry. From the first bites of fresh made pasta to the rich, soulful entrées of chicken and fish, guests talked about the food all night. And me, two days later I'm still talking about it. Guests lingered at long tables, savoring not just the food but a sense of connection it fostered. My hats off to the chef! I love what you do. The Barn at Cucina in Woodstock does not just host weddings -- it embraces them. It gave the bride and groom and their family and friends a space to celebrate love, life, the past, present and the future while also creating a sense of community, belonging. By the end of the evening, it was less like a venue and more like a gathering place for something sacred, joyful, holy. If you're considering Woodstock for your wedding, The Barn at Cucina is a gem. As a photographer, I can't recommend it enough -- it's a place where love is not only celebrated but elevated, wrapped in incredible service, unforgettable food, and a setting that feels timeless, chic, elevated.
