But now, we came in to talk about tires. Rob (who I believe is the new manager) immediately greeted us and was super friendly and knowledgable. He was patient and took his time to educate us on tires and the work we needed or *didn't* need. I'd highly recommend Rob to be your main point of contact for anything. They were very rude to my daughter when she brought her car in due to a starter issue. They treated…read moreher like she was a dumb kid wasting their time. She has had troubles with her car starting several times and was recommended to go to A&B. She dropped off her car and they called her that night and told her that they started it just fine 15 different times. They had her leave it over night so they could check it the next day and told her the same thing. Said there was nothing wrong with the car. However, the people who recommended them tested her battery and starter and all that and said it was coming up as the starter being low. And to take it to A&B because the first garage couldn't do starters. They didn't bother to do a voltage drop test on the starter cable and ground circuit, or check for a dead spots or inspect the neutral safety switch or clutch pedal switch. They just decided that since it started it was fine and not worth their time. We won't be going back. Although, from the sounds of how they treated her, I doubt they'll care.
