For the first appointment, despite confirming the appointment a few days earlier, nobody showed up. It took several hours for somebody from the business to get back to me and tell me what happened. The window they give you is 3-4h. That's a big chunk of time to block in your day, only to get a no-show. It is quite frustrating and unprofessional. We rescheduled, and again nobody showed up on the agreed upon time and date. I started to worry that I had fallen for a scam, because I pre-paid for the service and was left feeling ignored. Otherwise I would not have taken on the trouble of continuously trying to coordinate receiving the service I already paid for. Third try was a success, and a 2 person crew came out.
