After talking with him and telling him my year make and model he said he would be able to do it. I was hesitant to buy the motor but he told me he could do it so I trusted him. I paid $10,000 for the engine and had it shipped to his shop. He calls me a couple weeks later and said he doesn't want to do the Job after he knew my year make and model before I purchased anything. I trusted him as the professional, I learned quickly that he had no idea what he was doing. After expressing my concerns/frustrations he tried to blame me for everything. Now I'm stuck with a $10,000 engine sitting in my garage. They are friendly people otherwise but after reading the other reviews, it is clear that these guys don't know what they are doing.

Today i had my car checked out at a different shop and was quoted an unreasonable number I then called Mr. Breaks and talked to a very well mannered gentleman who made me feel it was worth my time to come in. I made sure to ask if he had time for me today given it was 345 in the afternoon he gave me a ball park price of $100 diffrence and said no official quote till he sees it but could do it for me today they close at 6. I then come right away there and drive 15 minutes. When i walk in a guy other then i was on the phone with, makes it very clear he doesn't want to be there. He goes on to tell me he can't promise to give me a quote today or do my breaks because there are 2 cars in the bay being worked on and they closed at 5:30 but when i talked with the other man he said he would take care of me and they close at 6 i asked if i leave the car here for 2 hours can i have a quote and come pick it up and was met with no you can leave the car to get worked on or come a different time. To me it was a lost opportunity for them because i just wanted a price had i got one i may have used them. Arrogant attitude from guy at the counter, he lost them a customer today.

On 9/9 I went to get an oil change (I've been going for years) from Andrew. I should have known it…read morewas a bad idea to let this new guy do my oil change! Andrew was no longer there. He did my oil change. I tipped and left. My car started driving a little weird after awhile. I pay close attention to my dash and ride of my car. I went back for the guy to check and he said it was okay. Well my car started making a noise and the oil light came on. I was loosing oil and I did not have any leaks before getting the oil change. I pulled over and got oil to put in. Took it home and parked it. went back there for them to look at my car and was told I needed an oil pan gasket and oil pressure switch. $700. I almost left my car for the repair but I couldnt afford to right then. I took my car to get a second opinion. The oil was coming from the dip stick that the new guy broke at Castle. I don't not need an oil pan gasket in fact my car 2012 Malibu doesn't even have a gasket. (Its a $20 sealant kit) It didn't need an oil pressure switch at all. (A $25 item) At best parts for the repairs if I needed them was $80 They were about to charge me $700 for something I didn't need. I did need the dipstick tubing they broke. The worst part though is my timing chain plastic guide broke off from the oil being low. Keep in mind I went back there twice. They need to replace my timing chain. I will be contacting the better business bureau if they don't contact me asap to make this right. Alex is who I spoke to. He wasn't mean but was abt to rip me off for sure and I would still have a problem. I will wait to see if Alex or Sam calls me To make this right

I like the fact that he has his own area where he works. He's not some rim rim operation that pulls up in your driveway with a junky power washer. I have a Ford flex. It was pretty darn dirty when I bought it. It didn't look so dirty until he pulled the seats back. He did not add on to the original quoted price even though he spent an extra three hours on it. Mine was considered a small SUV. It has three rows of seats. I clean houses for a living and I am a perfectionist. I must say this owner Chris works by himself,so he knows the job is done right, and I must say he did a spectacular job! He met my standards by cleaning every nook and cranny even under things. He did not miss the door jams. He did a great job on the windows. He did the inside and the outside of my truck. It looks like and smells like a new truck and it is a 2009. He even got the stuff off the outside of the doors by the mirror. He also went out of his way and picked me up and dropped me off at home home.
