I'm addicted to their BLT, that couldn't possibly get anymore bacon on it with seasoned fries. A warning about them they're delicious but sometimes barely any spice, other times,WTH! My son loves everything on the menu. He's the brave one, only fearful of seafood. Honestly I can't keep track of the hours, and we always seem to want to go when their closed! But absence... It's a cool environment too with lots of photos before the hurricane practically leveled the area. Definitely check it out, you'll enjoy.

That will prevent me from probably going back whenever I'm in town. I would think that most of the population nowadays is non-smoking so I would not allow smoking at the bar where most people wanna sit, but maybe outside on the lower level where the grass area is. Put some tables and what not out there. The wings I had the second night were not cooked through. This really could be a great location with the smoking I think is gonna kill most of the business that would go there. Just my feedback.

Came here for a family dinner. Great location and awesome water views! One of those places that…read morethe ambiance views is enough to make patrons return. People were actually fishing right outside by the parking lot too which looked relaxing... Now for the food. We started off with appetizers and it was oysters and poke tuna tower. Not an oyster person myself. Brother in law and wife had them and they enjoyed them saying they were fresh. The poke tuna tower was good but it lacked salt and needed more sauce. It seemed like the sauce was only on the plate and not mixed with the ingredients. But the ingredients were fresh and the chips were served hot with some seasoning on them. For mains we had "Fish n Chips" and a bowl of clam chowder. Well it was more of a cup as they forgot we had ordered a bowl. Flavor was there but the temp was like warm and I'm a type that wants it a little more hot. The "Fish n Chips" for me wasn't the traditional plate when you read the name of the dish. Fish n Chips for me is flaky strips of fish or beer battered. This fish was more of a solid piece and breaded. But the seasoning was amazing!! The flavor was there so that made it up for me. But I'm a guru to fish n chips so I had a different vision of it. We did upgrade to the mahi mahi on it and that was really tendered. The fries were a little bland and the sweet potatoes fries were really chewing and dry. The menu had some great options that we want to try therefore we will be back to return again. Our server was on point! Great service and all with him dealing with 2 big group parties including ours. Think his name was Victor. Again, I highly recommend this and we cannot wait to go again!!

TLDR: Waterfront seafood restaurant (often busy, with a long wait for dinner) with delicious food…read more(still thinking about the pecan snapper and key lime pie). Good kids menu with the option to add protein (chicken or carnitas). This place exceeded my expectations. I did set them fairly low considering this is a touristy waterfront type of restaurant. FOOD: Delicious food here! Large menu too. Good clam chowder -- I only got a small cup but it was generously clammy. My grilled shrimp was good but usually most places can get that right. The asparagus side was cooked just right -- still had that crisp to it. However, the show stealer was hubby's pecan snapper. It was a big portion. The fish was also thick with a nice thin breading. Really dang good. I don't often grab dessert but I'm a fan of key lime pie -- their version did not disappoint. Delicious. KIDS FOOD: One of the best kids menus I've seen in a while. They've got a few deep fried options (chicken, fish, shrimp, corn dogs) as well as not fried (grilled cheese or mac and cheese). The part that really stood out was the option to add chicken, carnitas, or bacon to the mac and cheese. I got my son the mac and cheese with chicken on the side and they brought a large plate of chicken! It was delicious diced chicken too -- my son loved it! It was great to have a kid-friendly protein option since it's always fried junk or carbs galore. I should also add that the mac and cheese was real macaroni with melted cheese on top (not that fake goopy boxed type mac and cheese). They offer crayons and coloring paper to keep kids occupied while they wait. WAIT: I see a lot of negative reviews for the long wait. I mean -- it's a popular place, should you really hold that against them? I would probably avoid this spot for dinner on a weekend for this reason. We came for lunch on a Saturday (midday). There was no wait and we got a window table (we requested one). VIBE: Exactly what I wanted. Nice view of the water -- saw lots of fishing boats go by, a cool bird, and even a dolphin! The place is large and full of people but it's also pretty spacious with enough room between tables. SERVICE: Friendly and pretty attentive. BATHROOM: Cool chalkboard walls where you can leave your thoughts. There were some charmingly positive sentiments written in my stall. PARKING: Limited spots right outside of the restaurant but there is a large lot where people park their boats next door. No issue finding a spot there (early Saturday afternoon).

Even on a busy evening, we called and were able to secure seating. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by every single course. We started with their delicious, fresh bread and crisp salad, pairing our meal with an incredible bottle of Malbec. For the main course, I ordered the Pecan Crusted Halibut, which was absolutely spectacular, and my husband had the Lamb Chops, cooked to absolute perfection. The Parmesan potatoes were also delicious. The service was amazing from start to finish--we were welcomed with warm smiles, and our waiters were attentive and wonderful. To top off an already perfect night, we had the pleasure of meeting Chef Sergio, who took the time to come out to our table. I truly cannot recommend this place enough and we can't wait to return to try more of their incredible dishes on the island. (Don't forget to also try their delicious deserts!)

One of the newer ones. Each time we've been there everything has been flawless. The servers are friendly and efficient, updated menu with new additions. Recently, we had a delivery and it was so unlike our Applebee's. If you didn't know they have delicious, tender baby back ribs...Yum! However don't know what happened this time, the ribs were so tough, we could barely get our knifes through, and only ate two each, and had to pitched them. But the good news is the manager, Liz came to the rescue, as soon as she heard my complaint. She kindly urged us to come back and would fully replace our meals. Once there she was so lovely and sincerely apologized. Our server, Jordan, also did not disappoint. We switched up from our many usuals and was delighted . Jordan recommended their new salad, Strawberry Balsamic Chicken Salad, and it's my new favorite. Fabulous combination of flavors, and DELICIOUS . My son also selected a new dish, Lemon Parmesan Chicken, and it's a new favorite too. Liz, is an outstanding manager, frequently checking in on us, and was extremely kind and professional. She has taken the initiative to be titled "Attitude Adjustment Manager", and is a perfect title. Don't hesitate to check it out. It's a new, improved Applebee's, with all the old favorites and seemingly adding new additions and updating their menu. And it's such a contemporary, beautiful atmosphere. Let Liz know about your experience, as she genuinely cares. Bravo! As for the baby back ribs, have had them since, and perfect. Let's face it, every place can have an off night, and they were eager to make it right. I'm getting some cravings just thinking about it!
