    Pool was not regularly serviced and turned green resulting in a huge mosquito problem. When I called the first time I was told the owner forgot to order chlorine. The next time they didn't come out they said the guy that does my pool quit. No phone call or anything. They just didn't show up, They then came out and dumped a bunch of chemicals in and said to run the pump for a few hours and they would be back on Monday. Well it's Monday and no one came again and the pool is turning green yet again.

    My pool pump was making a loud electrical noise every time it was running, although it seemed to be…read moreworking fine. I googled the problem and found videos that it could be a problem with the capacitor (ordered one online but it wasn't the capacitor), debris in the impeller (cleaned out impeller but it wasn't that either), or loose bearings (requires special tool and labor intensive to replace). Of course loose bearings was my problem (not any of the other easier to fix issues). I googled pool stores in Fresno or Clovis and came across Pool Mart and read all the good reviews. I called Chris and explained my problem and he knew right away it was the bearings. He was a great listener; since I said I had cleaned the impeller he figured I knew how to take the motor apart. He said he could fix it for $100 with a one day turn around time (or $125 labor if he has to come out). I brought it in the next day and sure enough he called me the following day saying it was fixed. Pool pump is now reinstalled and purring like a charm. While I was there to pick up my pump, Chris also answered my other pool questions around how to turn which drains on/off and fixed my leaky fountain cap for free. A few days later I called Chris for advice about my friend's neglected pool. He gave me some great advice about getting mosquito fish so I did. Now the Consolidated Mosquito Abatement District is happy and off our backs. Unfortunately for Chris, he will now be my go to person for all pool related issues.

We contacted them and immediately Travis got back to us . He came out to our home listened to our ideas and brought our vision to life . The overall experience was fun and exciting due to how the entire staff worked with us in such a professional and timely manner . We recently had one of our pool lights go out . Travis reached out to us they came out immediately and replaced them . Again their staff was so kind and professional. Our friends and family have enjoyed our pool so much that a few of them have decided to build their own pool . The exceptional quality of our pool has always led them straight to Signature pools .

    I reached out to Nicci Mellon for an estimate and Nicci was nice at first but she didn't really…read morelisten to my ideas and what I wanted in a pool. So I asked her to resign it but it took her weeks to do so, when she did it again once again it wasn't to what I told her and this is after me having to email , call and text Nicci repeatedly. I think it's because she wasn't consistent with my message/ S phone calls that she forgot what I wanted in a pool design. Nicci always has an excused and apologized for why she didn't reply. Currently I'm Still waiting for Nicci to return my phone calls. Signature pool was one of my top choices but the customer service I'm receiving now is worrying me to proceed. I would advise others to request for another designer right away if you get Nicci.
