Mark and Lisa were working and even though it was time for them to go home, they opened the door for my dad. He needed a pool cover and a pillow. They took down his order, went wherever to get it, and cashed him out. All with a smile and what my dad described as 'excellent customer service'. He came home so happy that they were able to accommodate him like that.

I cannot recommend enough to not do business with them and find a company that is more professional. The crew who showed up to deliver was so nice! The best part Is that they have someone come out for your first set up and explain how to maintain it. This is my first spa so having that was awesome, no need to figure anything out for myself. Their prices are really fair, I was able to get a nice spa and didn't have to pay a million dollars. While attempting to help in our purchase, she walked away to ask another customer what they needed -and never returned! Every other salesperson was busy. Then that same young lady that was attending to us, we saw her with a third customer. Why hadn't she come back to complete the sale? We had limited time before another appointment and had already visited the Gary's location nearest to our home (sales rep there said he knew nothing about umbrellas). We drove to this location for the larger selection, fulling intending to purchase, at the very least, an umbrella. $450 - NOT SPENT! Will we go back? Should we? Would there be any sales people to help us spend our hard earned cash? What's wrong with a company that has great inventory but refuses to train it's sales staff? Gary's COULD be cranking out the cash, if only they knew how to "sell!"

So they ordered something incorrectly, installed it knowing it would never work. Followed up 3 weeks later with an estimate to correct the situation for an additional $6400.00!!!!!. They removed it and now want me to pay for the labor to originally install it!

They walked us through the purchase, delivery and set up instructions with great detail. They sent us upfront and a detailed quote before ever spending a dime. When it came time to receive our spa they coordinated directly with our contractor for easy delivery. Can't say enough good things about this company. If you're looking for unique and high end spas, this is your best option in my opinion. I will note that while located in Canada they do deliver to the USA without a problem. You will have to pay the import duty tax which they lay out in the cost. If purchasing in the US, they only accept a cash transfer from your bank. If you haven't done that before it can be a stressful process. Again, Immerspa makes it easy.

The main disappointment was the box where the machinery sits: very heavy and inoperable piece that caused an injury to the hand in a friend handling it. Also covers do not always adapt to the size/shape of every spa; they glued the clips to the stone to use with the ties; the glue is yellow and it looks like puke right on top of the stone. They do not inform well how to control the remote settings, and have low skilled subcontractors installing their spas. I would not order again. You are on your own resolving many issues around it.
