We called and e-mailed all day long, were consistently sent to voice-mail and never got a response. Had to message them on Facebook under a different name to get a response, and when given the name it was scheduled under, we waited half an hour longer to be told "the office was supposed to notify you this morning to tell you we won't be making it today". Could have told us that one of the many times we called/emailed. They didn't even offer to reschedule. We have a party this weekend and will just have to try to figure it out ourselves now. Do NOT recommend.

Knowing I have an older tub on my hands, I knew it would need some service. I wanted to look into replacing a seal around the pump motor and impeller since there was a little bit of a leak on it when the pump was running and gave him a call to ask if he knew where I could get the parts locally. He was very helpful and suggested Gary Pools. He gave me some good advice on replacing it myself, so I wanted to give him 5-stars on Yelp just because I know if I ever hired him for anything he'd be extremely helpful. I got his prices for the future and he said he charged around $125 and up for a service call + parts which seemed reasonable to me. Hopefully, I won't have an issue where I'll need his help, but if I do--at least I know a local hot tub repairman I can call! Glad I found him on Yelp.

I also noticed that all of the exterior screws were damaged - showing someone had already been inside this pump - a return from a different customer? They were very good about the return and sent me a new pump even before I sent back the first one. However, the second pump came with a bent impeller shaft causing it to churn the water and add a lot of air to the system. I sent them pictures. Now they want me to return this pump again and are giving me a refund - they will NOT send another pump. But I am out two installation fees ($185 each) from the first two bad pumps that they will NOT compensate me for. I feel that their pumps are very cheap Chinese knock offs. I cannot recommend them for pumps.

The crew who showed up to deliver was so nice! The best part Is that they have someone come out for your first set up and explain how to maintain it.
