Had my daughters birthday here a few months ago and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in and met with the receptionist to the final goodbyes of the staff at the end of the party; it was a hit!! We rented the location for 2 hours and had the whole place to ourselves! It is an indoor pool, but the windows and doors are all open to let the cross breeze in, we brought toys, food, games, music! All the necessities! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, it was really relaxing to be in such a nice environment! What a wonderful way to spend the afternoon with friends and family! We all had a great time and will return again next summer for her 11th birthday!

Great place to have a pool party! A few weeks ago I rented the swimming pool for my niece's birthday party. All the people who attended the birthday party commented on how great it was to be able to have a birthday party there. The temperature of the water was also great. It's warmer than the normal temperature of a pool, but not hot. It was fine for a summer day. The best thing was that many of my guest had infants, and they liked the fact that the pool was warm enough to get them in. We all enjoyed ourselves and the lifeguards did an exceptional job in keeping everyone safe. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place for birthday parties, events, or even to take any of the classes they offer. Thank you for providing great service.

Monica is incredibly patient and intentional in the way she teaches. I could clearly see her introducing new skills step by step, making sure he understood, and encouraging him the entire time. What stood out most was how engaged he was. He was completely attentive, listening closely, and genuinely excited to try what she was teaching him. It is amazing to watch his confidence grow in the water, and I truly believe Monica deserves a lot of credit for that. She takes her time, communicates clearly, and creates an environment where kids feel safe and motivated to improve. If you are looking for a swim instructor who is skilled, patient, and truly invested in her students' progress, Monica is outstanding. We are so grateful for her!

Our daughter was initially extremely afraid and apprehensive getting used to her head under water. She cried bloody murder the entire first week. It was admittedly very difficult having to hear her scream the entire 15 minutes, but trust the process! Alex was so good with her and earned her trust. By the end of the second Monday, she got out of the water and exclaimed how much she loved swimming. I was shocked! Something just clicked. Not only did she get over her fear of having her head in the water, she loved it. She was able to roll, float on her back, and kick within the second week. She spent the third week refining skills and feeling more comfortable under water. We are so incredibly proud of the progress she's made in such a short amount of time. And while we feel so much better about the skills she's picked up, nothing can beat the confidence and resilience she's built along the way. Thanks, Teacher Alex!

Ok, so first of all let me start by saying we had a bumpy start with the lessons. My daughter is…read morenot afraid of water, she sees water and jumps right in she's fearless so I HAD to get her swim lessons, so that being said I came across waterworks. I had paid for private lessons which were going to start right after she went on summer vacation. But her lessons kept being cancelled, they got cancelled 3x I was livid as you can imagine I called customer service which was great they helped me but there was some issues with the instructors I kept getting different instructors and time slots it was not fun at all. BUT as soon as she was able to attend a lesson I was so impressed at how much my child learned. I gotta give the girls their flowers. My daughter first had Lola who was so sweet and patient because my daughter is a handful and full of energy and it can be hard for her to pay attention (that's why I got private lessons). And then she had Julia which I saw an improvement in her and she also had Emily both great instructors, I saw so much improvement and they got her to listen and pay attention she followed directions, she went from level 2 to level 3. I had originally paid for 8 lessons, but I had seen so much improvement I went ahead and paid for 4 more classes. Every week i would see her in the water i would see something new that she was learning. This is the best money I've ever spent, I've told my friends about it, it's so worth it, I'm actually thinking of taking lessons myself. I do plan on her continuing since she seems to be a natural in the water.

The instructors are very nice and polite, and my son completed 13 lessons. I tried to keep him with…read morethe same coach for consistency, but unfortunately, that coach missed a few sessions. Because of the limited availability of other instructors, I had to switch him to whoever was available. At one point, my son--who I believe is at a Level 2--was paired with a child who was on their very first lesson. I feel children should be grouped with others at the same skill level, as this impacts both learning pace and overall progress. Each time we switched instructors, the new coach essentially had to start over to get familiar with my son, which felt like a waste of both time and money. At this point, he is still unable to swim. I've reached the point where I'm now looking elsewhere for a private instructor. If your goal is for your child to truly learn how to swim, that may be the better route. In my experience, these programs can feel more focused on keeping you enrolled rather than ensuring real progress. When it comes to a child's safety, consistency and instructor availability are critical--and that's where this program falls short.
