Once my daughter got more confident in the water Alejandro went over blowing bubbles/breath control in water, 10 second spotted back floats on her own and push off swimming, so proud and great work. Overall, my daughter is soon to be on her 10th lesson and I've seen progress. Jade the manager was also very helpful and supportive. Thank you Big Blue!

Kendle Bahl helped teach me the correct form to be able to pass the swim test for my High Schools…read moresurf team. I was struggling in the water when she stopped me and gave me some pointers. We worked together on how to properly do the breaststroke and free style. I was most struggling with the underwater swim. She taught me proper breathing technique and how to kick my legs use my arms. After some extremely helpful lessons together I was able to pass my swim test with ease. Kendle is kind and very easy to work with. She is respectful and pushes me to achieve my best. I am so grateful for Kendle as if it were not for her, I still be just be flapping around in the water.

She just graduated to Pre Comp and is now a swordfish. My 10 month old started with the parent tot class for 1 month and then we switched to private lessons with Emily and he's doing so good! He's going underwater and learning to float already. I'm here twice a week and see that everyone here works really well with the kids, my children and I all feel comfortable working with any of the amazing instructors :)

Coach Leo is warm, encouraging, patient, and caring. He always wraps up the lesson with a summary of what was worked on and what is to come in the future. He is a wonderful addition to the Watersafe team. We will always be thankful for the invaluable lessons he's teaching our son. Can't say enough about how clean the facility is - staff is constantly keeping things clean and organized. Alex is the person we see most and he is just always so polite and attentive. Presley is neurodivergent which makes I more challenging to focus and follow directions most times. The impact has extended far beyond tumbling class and into many areas of his daily life. Since beginning training, Presley has shown significant improvement in her ability to mimic and imitate movements, follow directions, stay focused, and regulate his emotions. His mental agility, attention span, and ability to process instructions have all improved noticeably. We have also seen increased confidence, better body awareness, and greater independence when learning new skills. The Ms. Angie and the coaches create a positive, structured, and encouraging environment that has helped Presley thrive. Their patience, consistency, and ability to engage children have made a meaningful difference in his development. The skills he is learning through tumbling have carried over into other settings, including home, school, and social activities. I've been swimming for a little over 18 mos…read more I originally learned with a USMS group, and wanted to get a second opinion on my my stroke. Jacki was an easy choice given her dizzying resume alone, and the fact that she trains 5 minutes from my house was a no-brainer. I've met a couple of great swimmers who coach, but I've found her style of coaching to be an exceptionally great fit for the way I train and learn. First of all, she's extremely knowledgeable on modern swim technique, and can very clearly explain the choices for what she teaches. Jacki does a great job of breaking down any technique in the context of race strategy (Ideal choices for distance vs sprinting, training, etc), and has helped me a ton with body position and recruiting the right muscles for better efficiency as a well as injury prevention. She's very direct in her communication style, and I've learned a ton in just a few sessions with her. She's helped me break through a number of barriers and created a progression for me in my form that's felt highly productive and effective. 5/5 would definitely recommend to any swimmers looking for private instruction at any level.

She pinpointed issues in my daughter's freestyle strokes and offered solutions. Her explanations were easy to understand and follow. My daughter said that she was able to swim faster in corrected strokes by the end of the session. Jackie also offered good strategies in pacing her 200 free event. My daughter is motivated to do her daily swim in Jacki's approach and check results in swim meet next weekend. We're looking to see Jackie on a regular basis as we feel our daughter will improve tremendously with her instructions.
