He pulled up to my home with so much ALOHA that I really needed that day. The lock on my car door was very difficult to open and since my keys were in view we decided to retrieve the keys instead. ED IS AMAZING!!! Thank you for helping my dumb ass after I locked my keys in my car. He came within less than an hour and took less than ten minutes to get my keys. After I gave him a really appreciative hug, he turned around in my apartment's parking structure. Ok. 4.5 stars rounds up to five, so Pop-A-Lock gets a 5 star rating from me. Paul showed up ahead of the estimated time and called before arriving. He wore a mask and was able to give me a jump start in under 2 minutes. The only reason I would rate them a 4.5 (if I could) rather than the 5 star rating it would be due to lack of identification. Paul introduced himself and was very nice. It would've been a little more comforting to know what business he was from because there were no markings for Pop-A-Lock on his car or his clothing. I've used Pop a lock 2 times and service has been phenom. First time locked my keys in trunk at Walmart. It was the worst. The guy was super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my car won't let you get in the trunk with out keys. After a little convincing the guy gave me a quick 6 min ride to my house to get my keys. He really went above and beyond. Second time, dead battery. Quoted 60 minutes. He showed in 30! It was the same guy as before. We laughed and talked story. He jumped my car and I was on my way 5 minutes later. I wonder if men ever lose their keys? or just us girls? Well, in requiring the services of a locksmith, its not as if I have EVER exactly "lost" them...I leave them in my truck on the floorboard, and then i lock my truck and walk away. automatic. nice, right? So on two different occasions, I had Zack come out and rescue me. And everyone around me because really, my partner and the family was catching hell from me (as in my ranting and raving about how "I'm gonna miss my big meeting!!! Dammit!!") and I was making them as miserable as I was. Zack rolls up, is super nice and friendly, without being creepy (cuz who needs creepy when you are already feeling vulnerable and stupid for locking them in there anyway) and gets me into my truck right away. He is joking with me and treats my truck with the love and adoration I do leaving no marks to suggest she had to be broken into to retrieve my keys, and in a few minutes he is on his way. As he leaves he is truly and sincerely appreciative of the business and really, really nice. So I've used him twice: Geico paid once and my service plan at my truck dealership paid the second time. Today, our friend got lock out at the house when SHE left her keys in her truck. LOL. I called one locksmith and he finally gets there and is rude and I sent him on his way. No thank you. I then called on my insurance company to send someone and they sent Zack. Of course....That really made my day. He was able to get her in right away. Just wanna say a huge thank you to Geoff and his coworker for helping me out today!!! Left the gym and as I was putting all of my things in the trunk, I shut it before I remembered to grab my keys. He got to me within 15 minutes of calling and was able to open my door. But....the door locks still weren't working, which meant my keys were still locked in the trunk. (I have a 2014 Jetta, for those wondering) I called him back and he turned around to come and help me pry open my backseat to get into the trunk to finally get those damn keys of mine (with no damage done!) I went through my insurance to get my vehicle unlocked, the technician with pop a lock tried at unlock my driver side door on my Jeep Wrangler for approximately 5 min before giving up saying it was to hard. We were on vacation and our house sitter/dog sitter locked himself out of our house using a lock on our door that we normally don't use. The key could not turn the lock and he couldn't open it. All while our 2 dogs were barking away. I called Pop A Lock, and they quoted me a price and said someone would be there in about an hour. . A couple months ago, I locked my keys in my car and I was referred to pop a lock. Unfortunately I did not read the Google links properly and I ended up calling a different company. (Be aware that pop a lock isn't the first link that pops up when you Google the company lol!) With that, the service I received was absolutely terrible. (Company shall remain nameless) Not only was the man completely unprofessional, I was over charged. With this being said, I locked my keys in my car again this morning and I made sure to call pop a lock this time!
