[[HIGHLIGHT]]This restaurant is extremely small with limited seating and there's no bathroom, so plan accordingly![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Most orders are for delivery or to-go, and they get really busy between 5:20-6:30 during the week. I recommend ordering via the app to avoid a long wait. Also, make sure to confirm your order, as sometimes they give out the wrong orders. You can order in person, at the kiosk, or via the app. We ordered the kids' meal for our son, which included a 4-piece boneless chicken, Gogo squeez apple sauce, Minute Maid apple juice, and a kids' toy. (Please note that this particular location doesn't offer kids' toys.) Always check your bag at a fast-food place! When I noticed there was no toy, I went back to the counter, and they informed me they don't offer them. She offered a complimentary apple pie instead. Personally, I would have preferred a toy, but it was nice that she offered a substitute. I wish they would let you know upfront on the app. I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich ($5.99), and it was as good as I remembered. I would definitely order it again. Lastly, we ordered the 8-piece Signature Chicken Family Meal ($26.99) with large Cajun fries and biscuits. I asked for some honey for the biscuits, and they were happy to provide some. I usually love popeyes. I dont know why the food was barely warm when i got it though. Ordered 3 pieces, chicken sando combo, and pickles. The inside of the chicken sando was warm, everything else like fries and pickles were barely warm.. basically cold. one of the pickles tasted like smelled and tasted like fish.. almost threw up. The blackened ranch did make it a little better. I guess coming on days other than tuesdays or weekend is a nogo? Ill give it another chance on a random day and see how it goes. Took around 10-ish minutes to get there from where we were and they seemed short staffed as there was seemingly one person in the back kitchen and one person working the front cashier/order/pick up area, so I had to wait a bit more after arriving. They do have an order kiosk, but that was shut down at that time. My friends and I wanted to try the limited pickle items, but they didn't have the pickle chips or apparently the wings? We were only able to order the pickled glazed chicken sandwich combo with Cajun fries and upgraded to a pickled lemonade freeze. Chicken sandwich barely had a subtle pickle flavor to it and it tasted more like a regular chicken sandwich. The pickle lemonade freeze was way too sickly sweet. Mostly tasted like a slightly more sour lemonade after the sweetness. The Cajun fries were the best, despite being a non-limited item. It has been my wife's favorite chicken place for so many years. I guess around 8years? I cannot remember. It is a bit oily for me, but she loves it. I usually order to go, but today my son insisted to eat some here so we did. I've always heard so many things about Popeyes and how it's better than KFC. I'm more of a Korean spicy chicken wings kind of gal, Popeyes fell short. The chicken wings, I wouldn't call wings. Little baby drumlets that were overly dry. As I bit into the wings, the bones in the wings were crumbling and falling apart with the meat. The sauce was not spicy, tasted more like a Cajun seafood boil, was not a fan of it. The mash? The mash was cold and was very much lacking gravy. All in all, for $25 this was not worth it. Who ever is working cashier and the cooks in the back working on fathers day 6/21/26 at 630pm are clearly miserable and don't like their jobs. they were all rude, had bad customer service & told me they couldn't give me what i wanted to order because they cant make me fresh drum sticks. they have to use out of the pile that they over cooked who know how long ago. I visited this Popeye's on October 16, 2025 and had an uncomfortable experience. When I came in, there was a customer in front of me whom the cashier helped and took his order at the counter. When it was my turn, the employee refused to help me and told me to use the kiosk instead. Shortly after, another customer came in and was helped at the counter right away. I'm not sure why there was a difference in service, but it felt unfair and disappointing. I hope management addresses this so all customers are treated equally and respectfully. read more
