The meat quality is really delicious! Sergio was very attentive to our needs! The unlimited side dishes is an awesome plus

I was initially apprehensive after reading some of the negative reviews, but we decided to give Road to Seoul a try for a dinner with another family. We opted for the Deluxe menu ($42.99), which allows you to select four premium meats at a time. Overall, the experience started off very strong. Everything we ordered tasted great, and the service was excellent--a special shout-out to our server, Derek, who was incredibly attentive and provided great recommendations. The staff was also very accommodating, setting us up at a corner table with two separate grills to suit our party. Pro tip: make sure to ask for sesame oil to mix with the salt for your meat dipping sauce. The hot bar also had some solid options, including perfectly fried chicken wings, though we focused mostly on the KBBQ. However, the experience took a turn the following day. Despite eating a significant amount of food, I didn't feel particularly full afterward, and both my wife and I woke up feeling terrible--sluggish and suffering from a severe, hangover-like headache. We suspect it may have been a reaction to high levels of MSG. While the food tasted amazing in the moment and the service was top-tier, the physical reaction we had the next day makes me hesitant to return. It's a shame, because everything else was great, but the aftermath was just "no bueno."

Came here for dinner again. They still have the complimentary side station for hot food items like cheese corn, fried dumplings, japchae, and more. In addition they also have a salad bar for the kimchi, salad, raw mushrooms and onions (for grilling), and more. We always enjoy the brisket, beef belly, unmarinated rib finger, and garlic pork belly. Great service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lots of indoor seating for small and medium sized parties.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Free parking in rear parking structure. Highly recommend!

Great Korean BBQ! The food was delicious, the meat was fresh, and the service was friendly. Everything was flavorful and we had a great experience. Definitely coming back!

Met a friend for lunch here the other day and was greeted with a happy hour deal. There was a good variety of meats for the price and a serve yourself banchan bar that had a good variety. They also have tofu soup that was quite good. Loved their potato salad and the oranges were so yummy! Will definitely be back for the deal! Service was good and it was a nice ambiance with good ventilation.

Checked this KBBQ spot out during their weekday happy hour and honestly, it's one of the better deals I've come across lately. For $22.99/person from 11am-5pm, the value is pretty hard to beat. The meat quality is solid... not ultra premium, but definitely flavorful, and well worth the price point. The ambiance of the restaurant is what it is, an AYCE KBBQ spot. What really stood out was the service. The staff were super attentive, quick with grill changes, and consistently checked in. You can tell they actually care about the dining experience. Big plus for the self-serve banchan station too. Everything was stocked, fresh, and convenient so you could grab exactly what you wanted and how much you wanted without having to ask the staff. Overall, a really solid AYCE KBBQ option if you're looking for good service, decent quality meats, and a happy hour that actually feels worth it. Definitely planning to come back.

Best if you go during the week Monday- Thursday. $10-$14 cheaper per person. Service is good. Food is good, prices a bit steep. Can Soda $2.75, water free. The best part is the salad bar. All you can eat.

    $22.99/person (7/3/26) 11 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday

Came here for their weekday lunch AYCE KBBQ ($22.99/person from 11 AM - 5 PM), and honestly, it is an absolute steal for the price and experience. Our server, Lulu, was incredible and extremely on top of her game. We never had to flag anyone down--she was always right there the moment we needed a grill change or wanted to order more meat. Our water glasses were constantly refilled without us even having to ask, and she gave us a really professional, helpful explanation of all the sauces on the table. The AYCE includes access to a great self-serve bar stocked with banchan, salad, and a really good spicy tofu soup. Overall, everything tasted exceptionally well! The only minor downside--and the reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5--was that a few cuts of the meat were a bit too fatty. Still, the quality overall was great for a lunch special. They use a food delivery robot named Bella to bring out the meats, which keeps the flow super efficient. You don't have to sit around waiting for a runner to bring your next round; Bella rolls right up, and then the server takes the plates from the robot to place on your table. For $23 a person, you really can't beat the value, the self-serve variety, and the stellar service we got from Lulu. Will definitely be back!

Second time coming here! But this time the whole fam came with! Friendly staff and we didn't wait too long for a party of 13 people! Lots of tables good lighting and good food! The chicken wings are amazing! The breading is so good! We ordered a the rib eye, marinated beff and buldogy and it's so tender so good! Make sure you come in empty and enjoy all the emats but these are out favorites! One of the best kbbq in the LA area. 100% recommended!

Is becoming one of my favorites. Each time I come, the wait hasnt been terrible and the customer service is great. They do a good job at making sure the meats keep coming and the robots are a cool addition. It keeps my kids entertained. I like it because of the self serve bar and its variety. I would go just for their fried chicken. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is alot of tables and I can see it be busy and lively at night.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They are open til 2am. Overall, pretty good place to try out.

Open till 2 AM for the hungry hippos! The amazing smell pulls you in, and the sound of steak sizzling on the grill makes you drool.

This is a great local spot that's open late--until 2 AM--making it the perfect place to satisfy a hungry hippo. The incredible smell practically carries you through the door, leaving you helpless and hypnotized by the sounds and sights of raw meat being cooked perfectly over a hot iron grill. The sizzle of the steak will literally make your mouth drool while you wait to devour the flavorful meats!

This ayce kbbq place is conveniently located on the corner across the Regal Edwards theater. There is a public parking plaza behind the restaurant. I went to take advantage of their weekday lunch special for $22.99 that has 15 items to choose from. The quality of the brisket and pork belly are solid. They also have a self serve salad bar with many items that taste fresh and delicious, such as salad, potato salad, pink radish, japchae, and tofu soup. I really enjoy the kimichi and seasoned cucumber to go with the meat. The servers are nice and always walking around to help, especially with changing the grill. Had a nice experience here and would recommend to others.

The hostess seated us right away since we arrived before the lunch crowd. We went with a party of four and were seated in a booth next to the bar. Our server was also the bartender. He greeted us right away, and when I asked for recommendations, he was spot on with his suggestions for everyone. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich with fries and a side of potato salad. The chicken was moist, crispy, and full of flavor. I really loved the fries they were perfectly seasoned with a nice crunch. The potato salad was delicious, too. It had fresh dill, which gave it great flavor and texture. One of my friends ordered the catfish and chips, and I got to try a bite. Just like my chicken sandwich, it was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. I don't usually eat fish, but it was surprisingly delicious. Another person in our group ordered the fried catfish sandwich, and the last meal was the baby back ribs with mac & cheese and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were creamy with the perfect texture, and the mac & cheese was rich and delicious. The baby back ribs were incredibly moist, flavorful, and fall off the bone good. I will definitely be back for lunch. The atmosphere was lively, with sports playing on the TVs, and the Dodgers game made it even more fun. Overall, we had a great experience, and I'll definitely be back again soon.

It also seems this is one of the few places in socal with a license to cook with charcoal indoors, which is a bit of a bummer. Place was not too busy when we went but the center it's in is a bit small and can be tough to park. The service is pretty typical for a Chinese place. I found them more attentive than average honestly and they were always available when we flagged them down which I can't say for a lot of places, so service was overall good in my opinion. Place is AYCE, two person minimum, 2 hour time limit but are generous. You can get water or hot/cold wheat tea which was good, similar to barley tea. They can change out your grill at any time and add charcoal if the fire starts to die down, which you'll want since you want to be cooking meat quick over a high heat to make the most of your time here and get the best cook on your meat. To me the standouts were the beef tongue, boneless beef shortrib, and this cold cut you don't cook that I forget the name of. The beef tongue particularly really had everything going for it. Great balance of flavor between fat and muscle, a little chew but not too much like some bad tongue has. Super thin so fast to cook and easy to eat. Everything else was good but nothing KBBQ doesn't have a better version of (looking at you marinated beef). The charcoal flavor is gonna be a unique element so take that as you will. I'm told in China every place like this has its own 'signature sauce' and I guess the one here is the sesame sauce that is quite sweet, creamy, and perfectly thin for dipping. I followed the pro here and added green onions, cilantro, vinegar, and soy sauce to taste and it helped balance out the flavors for me but I still found myself preferring to eat the meat on its own most of the time which was a bummer as dipping between sauces is a nice way to change things up as you eat the same cuts of meat for 2 hours. The shortrib is incredibly juicy and delicious. I found the steak cuts my least favorite as they were a bit tough and lacking flavor. If you pay in cash you'll get a 16oz cup of their INCREDIBLE yogurt so I highly recommend, but you also get small cups of this at the end of your meal. It has a high fresh acidity like freshly squeezed lime juice balanced with sweetness that really makes this yogurt bangarang and super addicting. So much so I bought two things to go and wish I got more! Owner was a total sweetheart too. Def a great place to hit especially for the charcoal element and world-class yogurt but otherwise my favorite KBBQ spots are still gonna be my go-to for everything else.

A decent spot that my partner and I like whenever we're feeling some skewers vibes. I find myself to be a huge fan of their cucumber salad. Yes, even for a skewer place, they can be very delicious as a compliment to the savory skewers. It's nice to have that sweeter taste to offset the saltiness of all the other items. Interior is nice but can be quite hectic. Tons of tables that fit all sizes of groups, staff is quick but sometimes they do feel like they're understaffed. Service is not really a thing here, most like a food shop stand but interior. They clean tables, assign seating, bring you your food and that's basically it. Paying can be confusing but most of the time you can pay on your phone but it's recommended to pay where the register is, quick and easy. There's so many food options that you might find yourself scrolling for awhile. One feature I like is that their ordering system is easy. Scan a QR code and you can just order on your phone. Staff is moderately quick so that's a plus. If you're with a group, I recommend ordering on a designated phone to prevent any confusion or extra charges, etc. Skewers wise, my favorite goes to the beef, lamb, and the squid sticks. All are seasoned well but can be a bit salty. Most of the food here is spicy unless you ask for it so prepare for that. There's also a side/condiments bar that's filled with snacks that you can munch on while you're waiting for your food free of charge, however it's pretty filling. Overall, a decent spot that's great for a late night snack. Not the best but not the worse either when it comes to service. Food is great and even better for people who can handle spice well. Will definitely be back in the future.
