Used to get food from this location alot as the next closest one is 45 minutes to an hour away but I will make the drive next time. Never get our order correct, either not the correct sauce, or something in the food that we didn't as for, like pickles. Also, they manipulate on how long someone is waiting for their food because once you pay for the food, they ask you to reverse therefore, the time customers sit at the drive thru window is less than what it really is. Be very careful ordering here. We are staying in Lynn at a local Airbnb we drove 4h to get here and arrived around 10pm with nothing to eat. We saw Popeyes nearby probably 5-10min away, when the uber arrived the food was cold, tasted weird we didn't think much of it at the time so ate it before bed and went to sleep around midnight my girlfriend got very ill. Nausea, vomitting and diarrhea trying to wonder why she got sick. Following morning I got very ill with constant diarrhea and nausea NEVER eating here again and will report to a health inspector. 1st time trying this Popeye location. I mobile ordered the 18pcs chicken wings. My order wasn't ready by the time we arrived so the guy asked us to pull upfront and wait. We waited a good 15 minutes and then I decided to walk in just in case they've forgotten us. As I approach the counter, a guy walked out with our bag of food. He apologized for the wait and told me they've given us 30 wings. I thought that was super nice of them. The wings were crispy, flavorful, and juicy. I like this place but the service sometimes can be terrible. I think they just hire teenagers and don't properly train them. I mean, you can't really expect much from a Popeyes but you'd think management would notice these things and have a more professional work place - even though it's hard to hire people, you also can't have toxicity from one or two allowed to continuously being spread because they don't want to work. It's one thing to be having fun, but another thing to not be attentive and courteous to your customers. Will update the stars if anything change. read more

I ordered some chicken and whipped potatoes with gravy but when the young woman gave me my order, my potatoes had virtually no gravy on them so I asked if I could please get a little more gravy? On 4/2/22 I stopped by this Popeyes location and went through the drive thru to place my order. I ordered the shrimp tackle box, two spicy chicken sandwiches, fries, and two drinks. Thank goodness I checked before leaving to make sure my order was correct. I received the completely incorrect order- I received boxes of chicken instead, no shrimp, no chicken sandwich. I went inside to let the staff know and they seemed annoyed that I walked inside to get the correct order. A gentleman was able to correct the order, however when I began eating the shrimp I noticed that a piece of hair was fried into the shrimp. I then called corporate and was informed that the store manager would reach out to me within 3-5 business days. It's now 4/11 and I have yet to hear from the store manager..so much for great customer service ! read more

Both my wife and I think this chicken is far superior to KFC. It is moister and more flavorful with a better crust consistency. We got the spicy version. Neither of us especially like the mac & cheese either here or at KFC. I thought it was better than KFC, my wife thought KFC's is better. The biscuit is moister and had a slightly better flavor. This was my 3rd and last time here. First time I got huge attitude from the staff. They acted like they were doing me a favor by taking my order.
