Sent her pics, she stated, "that would be $200,000. for kitchen." Without measurements, coming out like she said she was, twice. After many weeks, i again recontacted her and she said, "oh, it got cancelled, were doing a new computer reboot," or some lame ass excuse. If I hadn't even reached out again and again and again, she would never have responded. Based on this , I'm sure the service and completed production, if it ever occurred would have been a "Shitshow." Looking elsewhere. This has been going on for months, what a joke.

Our salesperson was very quick to reply - even if the correspondence was lacking in warmth - but I persevered. I wasn't looking for friendship. But that is where my satisfaction ends with Waterworks. Overall, the products are amazing. You are paying for an extremely high end product. You will love them. You will dream about them. You will spend a lot of time on Pinterest. If you can swallow the bitter pill of feeling like a second class citizen. I just didn't enjoy the experience. We were ignored on our first visit to the showroom - with no excuse, mind you... There was a blizzard going on and no one was shopping at the Merch Mart that day. It was us... and a family flipping through the blueprints for the new home, their designer, and their Waterworks salesperson. We should have know our relationship would be doomed from the beginning. We eventually fell in with our salesperson, who seemed nice and knowledgable, if not a little uninterested. We knew what we liked... we just needed someone to help us maneuver the Waterworks product line. We got super excited. We KNEW we were going to make it work! Then we got the price. Whoa. Regroup. My two star review is not a reflection of the price... We knew going in it was going to be the high end of our budget. It's about the customer service you receive when spending a lot of money. Because lets face it... we could all go to Home Depot and buy Kohler. But when you spend money at Waterworks, you expect to be treated well. Not ass-kissing. I'm talking basic respect. We are a young couple. Sure... we are only doing a kitchen and a bathroom right now, but if we had enjoyed this experience, we would have recommended Waterworks to EVERYONE. We would have been devoted Waterworks loyalists. Instead, we will take our money elsewhere. Additionally: + The website is terrible. + You have to specifically ask that the quote include all the components to make the faucets work, etc.. That seems really, really silly... But to not even ASK if we want those components included seems sneaky.

I am constantly sooooo grateful for Dan Ryal's professionalism, respectfulness, empathetic ear when I panic call or email him with our latest problem. I am so grateful that Dan is my rep - my guy, who has made working with Studio41 so wonderful, that we are increasingly using Studio41 for our business and construction. I've thanked Dan a million times, he's a very humble guy who just sheepishly says, "well, it's my job, you're welcome, of course." I certainly can respect a person and their work ethic, but when someone consistently goes above and beyond, I believe it deserves recognition. So easy for people to reach out and complain these days, but not to compliment.

We chose Studio41 for our bathroom renovation because of their beautiful product selection and…read morebecause we received the recommendation from our contractor. We assumed the higher cost would come with a higher level of customer service and communication, but unfortunately, that was not our experience. Prior to purchase, communication was solid. However, once payment was received and the order was placed, communication significantly declined. One major issue was that we were not informed us that our order would be split into two separate shipments with different numbers. I received one invoice with one order number. When we received notice that our order was ready for delivery, we reasonably assumed the entire order had arrived and ready to be delivered. Instead, only half of the order was delivered. Because Studio41 does not deliver items into residential units, we had to hire movers to transport large and heavy items--including a vanity, toilet, and tile--into our condo. Had we known the order arriving was not the full order, we could have planned accordingly. Instead, we incurred the cost and inconvenience of hiring movers on two separate occasions. When I contacted customer service to discuss the situation, the response was disappointing. Rather than acknowledging the communication gap, the representative was dismissive and implied that split shipments are common knowledge. As a customer, I don't believe it's unreasonable to expect this information to be proactively communicated, especially when it directly impacts delivery logistics and additional costs. We also encountered issues with Studio41's return policy. We purchased Kohler mirrors that ultimately did not work for our project due to installation requirements. Although the mirrors were brand new and still available from Kohler, the only option offered was a return with a 50% restocking fee. Given the substantial markup on many products and the overall purchase amount, we expected more flexibility and a greater focus on customer satisfaction. To be clear, the products themselves are beautiful and high quality. My dissatisfaction is entirely with the customer experience after the sale. For a company positioning itself as a premium showroom, the communication, support, and return process fell well short of expectations. Unfortunately, I would not shop at Studio41 again and would encourage others to carefully review delivery and return policies before making a purchase.

The facility was clean, and our instructor, Tim, was great--knowledgeable and full of pro tips. Unfortunately, the experience after the class was disappointing. After paying $109 per person, we were surprised to find that we had to stand while eating the meal we had just prepared. We also were not allowed to take any leftovers home. We've attended several cooking classes in Chicago as well as other cities, and every one of them provided seating so guests could comfortably enjoy their meal, as well as take-home containers for leftovers. Not allowing guests to take food home seems unnecessarily wasteful. It's difficult not to wonder whether the leftovers simply end up being discarded or eaten by staff. For the price of the class, providing chairs and take-home containers seems like a reasonable expectation. While Tim and the quality of the instruction were excellent, these two policies significantly detracted from the overall experience. Unfortunately, because of these inconveniences, we won't be attending another Sur La Table cooking class.

This company deserves zero stars and I wouldn't recommend anyone use Porcelanosa for kitchen…read morecountertops. The whole experience and customer service have been atrocious. Especially for the cost ($16K) for kitchen countertops. The product isn't what they advertised (defective). I wish I would have known this information before I chose to go with this company. After many months of delay (4 months), the countertops were finally installed and one of the pieces was broken/cracked during the first installation. Although this product is advertised as being "indestructible" that is definitely not the case. So I had to wait two weeks for them to re-fabricate the piece. Leaving no accessible kitchen for 2 weeks. Then instead of fabricating the piece, they decided to cut corners and add a seam, which is very unsightly. Which was unauthorized and a breach of contract. The defective countertops also need brackets now because of this. Porcelanosa doesn't stand by their work and hasn't offered to repair or fix any of this either. The countertops also contained multiple scratches from installation and the use of a razor blade. The overall product does not look like the showroom quality that you see and I have attached pictures. The customer service by Porcelanosa has been slow to react, rude, and not acceptable for anyone to deal with. Especially for a company that states they are a luxury brand. This whole experience has been anything, but a luxury experience. It's been a disaster. I am still waiting on them to resolve this issue, but I am not holding my breath. I just don't want anyone else to suffer through the nightmare I have experienced.

I will be going back when I redecorate my kitchen and my bathroom. The store sells bathroom cabinets, flooring, kitchen cabinets and tiles. I was looking to replace my dated damaged laminate floors in my condo in June 2019. Patricia Forman helped me pick out some gorgeous luxury vinyl tile. She explained to me that this would be a good choice for me because I own a small puppy dog and it is considered a very low maintenance material that is water resistant!!!!! Basically the material looks just like wood but it is "commercial grade". They have commercial grade lvt which is more resistant to scratches than regular lvt that you see in other stores. This actually works very well for my lifestyle and is cost-effective and beautiful. Patricia provided me with some floor samples that I could take home and think about. Then in June I purchased the tile. She suggested an amazing team that came and completed the project to perfection in several days. I absolutely love my new floors!!!!!
